I think it's in an upcoming episode (spoiler alert! ;) ) where he joins the class late. I feel like it is Ohhhhhdrea who helps convince him to get into the class. Every single time Tara & Sarah follow "The Blaze" with "a lot of parents read it", I laugh. Every. single. time.

Before I even looked at the visual aids, the moment I saw the word "mock turtleneck" my immediate thought was "boner killer" (lady or male!) And then I saw the visual aids and there was confirmation. Let's talk about the electric slide...through the 90s, (the entire decade) I worked at a banquet hall where every Friday and Saturday night for ten years I witnessed the electric slide being performed at weddings. Torture. Burned in my brain. At weddings where the guests were mostly white, this was The Song that brought everyone out onto the dance floor and was often played right after dinner. It didn't take long for that to be my cue to go outside for a smoke. And in case you are wondering what the 'end of the night' song usually was...You Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC. I'm still trying to figure that one out.

To Tara, Sarah and Dave: At the risk of being a squeef, I have to thank you guys for putting out this podcast. It's been a rough few days for me personally and yet this podcast managed to break though and make me smile and laugh. Please never stop, and if you could, make a podcast every day so I have something new to cheer me up as I figure out how to begin navigating life as a newly-to-be-divorced lady. (I think it might be time for me to pick up a "mad bad and dangerous to know" t-shirt, because that will probably be the best way to attract a new man, right? The intrigue alone will make them flock to me...) Seriously though--this podcast is a ray of sunshine on an otherwise dark day.

In case anyone wondered what original music played in episodes, I came across this today. http://www.fanforum.com/f265/90210-music-thread-1-a-62851104/ It was driving me crazy when I watched Parental Guidance Recommended from season 3, there's a couple of scenes where Brenda was moping about Dylan and a song was playing that was clearly not the original song that played when it aired. I just had to know what the real song was (Losing My Religion).

Ah, you know what? I must not have finished that episode because I am playing it again and she's definitely a bigot!

I've been watching season 3 and am almost to the end (just watched the prom/drunk Donna episode tonight!) But I am also keeping up with the AWT podcasts and everyone keeps mentioning Brooke, the racist girlfriend. Now, help me out. I've watched those episodes a couple weeks ago and I don't remember any racist comments from her. I'm watching on Hulu, do you think that stuff got filtered out?

How fun! I'm not even a huge star wars fan, but this would be a blast. FWIW, my kids went to a 7:45 showing of SW last night. I thought the episode was very sweet. The stuff between Amy and Sheldon was so very intimate that I felt like an intruder at times watching their scenes. Mayim is comedy gold, though. I thought the way the show handled it was really respectful to the characters.

I tuned in for a couple of minutes...it was just so boring. We get it, Kate--you have a lot of kids and it can be crazy. Free tip for Kate--in the video where you are on the airplane and you aren't wearing any makeup? You looked really good there. You should go with that look. Your interview makeup does you no favors.

I was kind of shocked when Sheldon said that he was really good at things except for getting over her. That was a mature realization for him and it felt like it was something he realized in the moment (good acting!). It felt real to me. I really enjoyed this episode and the Sheldon/Amy stuff in particular.

Right. And in relationships, as time goes by, people can manage to evolve and mature. I wouldn't say that Amy wanted Sheldon to change (as a previous poster was saying). She likes him for who he is, but I don't think it's unreasonable for her to expect Sheldon to grow into the relationship a little. Relationships take effort from both individuals.

I was going to try but then I realized I can't. There aren't words to explain it.

In S1E8 (Love & War & Snow) there is an instrumental that is played first when Lorelei wakes up because she senses snow and then again when she sees Max while walking through town. My brain is saying this is a real song and not just GG interstitial music. But I have googled and googled and I cannot find what it might be. We even tried using Shazam, to no avail. If it's not a real song, it sounds just like a song that I cannot get out of my head--and unfortunately the one line of lyrics stuck in my head haven't yielded any results either (I'm not even sure if the lyrics are correct). So I thought I'd ask here if anyone knows if that's an actual song or just GG atmosphere music.
