I thought Michelle's comment about hoping Kristin isn't pregnant because "we don't need more of her" was incredibly nasty. She seems like a particularly sour person. I do like Nia and her husband Dan. They seem like a good couple and I feel for her that she's having such difficulties emotionally. I really hope she does look for some help.

Sandoval keeps re-writing history, as does Rachel. He's such a petulant child, his voice is a constant whine. He still takes no responsibility for anything. He has absolutely no depth. He's all style and no substance. Loved James going after him - kind of a hit and run. But spot on.

I think Schwartz was happy to use Jo for the past 18 months. She has feelings for him that he doesn't reciprocate but wasn't going to be honest about it. I think Jo is an awkward person and may have trouble reading other people to some degree, but Schwartz was sending the wrong signals - he is such a smarmy, insincere fuck. Sandoval is a serial cheater - he always has someone lined up to go to instead of ending one relationship and then looking for someone else. I hate it when these two are on the screen. On TV, there's a clip of Lala saying something like: "I've never seen anyone get cheated on and suddenly become god". She's referring to Ariana of course, but really, while Ariana's the one who got cheated on, it's Lala who has become god. She knows all, she sees all. She never sees anything from another friend's point of view. She says one thing to their face and then speaks badly of them behind their back.

Brittany's mouth has now entered muppet territory. Not attractive. Same with the mega-boobs which start at her chin and go to her waist. Both Jax and Brittany are so disingenuous about Alex being invited - I'm sure Jax does it to stir up shit. And then acts surprised that shit WAS stirred up. (And while I was thrilled that Jax slammed Sandoval on Vanderpump Rules - I think Jax is a slimeball in every way.)

Tom Sandoval just says the words, there is no actual meaning or sincerity behind them. Yay for Katie not accepting his "apology". Tom clearly thinks there's been enough time between the shit hitting the fan and now - he's done enough "grovelling". What a pig. He and Schwartz deserve each other.

I thought Dorit hesitated and then said yes. As if it was easier to agree with Andy's question than say it was about Kyle and reap the repercussions of that admission! Andy should have/could have posed an open ended question instead. I think Dorit genuinely thought she and Kyle were friends and Kyle tried her best to show that they were not.

For Kyle, Erika and Dorit - if something didn't happen to them/affect them - it's trivial. Example: Lisa Vanderpump's brother commits suicide - Kyle's response was to tell her something like "we're all dealing with stuff". Kyle's friend commits suicide - everyone must be supportive. Kyle yells at everyone to "be honest". However she doesn't want to talk about personal stuff - "people are being mean to me to bring it up". Erika swearing at Garcelle's son - those three laugh about it. When Garcelle says she doesn't trust them around her children - Dorit (who constantly trots out her PTSD when it's convenient) tells her - "that was over a year ago!" Kyle doesn't want to discuss her personal life (unless it makes her look good or be the innocent victim), but then complains that people didn't call her to ask how she was. You can't win with these women.

Tom Sandoval has the most whiny voice in the entire world. In fact, he's the biggest whiner in the world. Well, perhaps tied with Scheana.

When I was a nursing student a million years ago, it used to make me crazy that, in a hospital setting, doctors would introduce their medical students to a patient as "Doctor". They should have come up with a better designation/honorific such as: Mr, Ms, etc. and explained that they were a second, third, fourth year student.

This article, which is introducing Annemarie, states that she does have a Masters of Science in Nurse Anaesthesia (if the article is accurate). https://thecinemaholic.com/annemarie-wiley-rhobh/ In the screenshot of her Instagram page in the above article, AM says: "CRNAs are Doctorate prepared anesthesia providers, completing a 3 year anesthesia program and residency." That may be the current entry to practice as a CRNA in the US but she herself doesn't have a Doctorate. However I know that standards change all the time. In Canada, nurses used to come from 3 year hospital based schools. Then it changed to 2 year college programs. Then the minimum entry became a 4 year University program. There are a variety of programs now depending on if you've already got a University degree, or are straight out of high school, etc., things evolve. And they all end up as nurses. However, Annemarie isn't a doctor any which way you look at it. I agree with TattleTeeny that AM was kind of yelling at Sutton in the discussion about her esophagus. Sutton kind of laughingly said "don't yell at me". I think it was more about telling AM to back off than anything else. I'd be highly offended if someone I'd just met was openly sceptical of a medical issue I had and mentioned only in passing, especially when I had proper medical attention and evaluation of that issue. Annemarie is the epitome of the saying: Always certain, seldom correct.

I have a family member who is a doctor, an anaesthesiologist. However, years ago, twenty or more, they were called anesthetists. And then at some point it became anaesthesiologists. So I never understood the difference that was happening on the show regarding one vs the other. I would only ever refer to AM as a nurse-anesthetist however. And I do think AM glosses over the nurse part. Just like she glosses over her lies.

I think that's very true. She had absolutely no time or sympathy for Lisa Vanderpump when Lisa's brother committed suicide - even chastised her by saying something like "we all have things in our lives". Sutton has experienced suicide with her father - again, crickets. But when Kyle experiences a suicide with her friend - well, now Kyle deserves a whole lot of sympathy and grace. Things and situations are only important to Kyle when it involves her. And I hate the way she makes it seem like someone is lying about something (ie. Sutton's miscarriages) if she didn't know about it. And I hate how she tells everyone to be honest, but she doesn't want to be.

There is no revelation of Tom Sandoval's (thoughts of suicide? bullshit!) that would change my opinion of him - that's he's the lowest, shittiest worm in the whole world. He's upset because there wasn't instant forgiveness given to him by the group. Schwartz is a spineless little fuck - that hasn't changed. Who are all these new "friends" of Sandoval's - they are just there for him to speak more about himself and whine how people done him wrong! He is so shallow and insincere.
