  1. Sheldon had some great lines this episode. My favorite was his observation that cooking goat in Chivas (goat) stadium was odd.
  2. I'm terrified of flying, so I was rooting for Mah Jing. I laughed when he talked about his inspiration on the helicopter. He sat in the middle and looked miserable. When someone is in the midst of terror, they aren't inspired by much -- except to survive. I saw Dexter on another fashion reality show, Styled to Rock with Rihanna. I always found Dexter likable but didn't see him as that great a talent.
  3. The finale covered a lot of ground, but everything made sense. Hank and Jill returning for summers was the main surprise. So, the Lawson family continues on. That was the happy ending for Hank and Evan. There's wasn't enough Jeremiah. But there's never enough Jeremiah.
  4. I've been to Hong Kong, so I loved that storyline for that reason. It looks like it's all wrapped up and Boris got his happy ending. Too bad about Amy Wang and Hank breaking up. I didn't like that Jeremiah was missing, but Divya was given a complex patient of her own. She did complex procedures without breaking a sweat while very pregnant. I think the writers were sending a message. Very cool.
  5. Dragons or dragon-inspired makeups have won for the past three weeks, I believe. Rob started the trend, then Walt, and now Melissa with the lizard/dragon. Dog cyclops would have been a great concept for another challenge--like incongruous superhero.
  6. Mitchell's work is so bad, I'm fascinated by it. I'll be sad when he's kicked off...probably next week.
  7. Issac's comments to some of the designers were well deserved, especially to Mitchell. Make a dress! The naked looks were disastrous and embarrassing for the challenge. Yet, the designers didn't seem mortified. I'm glad the judges called out how that's objectifying to women.
  8. It's time Delia reclaim her power. Perhaps she'll stop the wedding before someone does it for her. Abby is indeed a mess acting in ways that Jake complained about. Maybe he'll return and get her to come to her senses. Poor Zoe.
  9. All I could think the entire episode...
  10. Food flavored with urine would make a great Quickfire. Bear Grylls could guest judge.
  11. I want a Project Runway, Jr. "All Stars" or reunion show down the road. I am curious to what happens to the young talents. They are being thrust into a temporary spotlight of adulation and fame. I hope scholarships follow for everyone on the show.
  12. I noticed Tim said, "Love you" to the designers twice during the episode. I'm not sure I'm ready for the Tim Gunn save. If Tim starts crying, I'm going to be a bucket of tears. I liked Tim's critiques on construction. It seemed like he was teaching the designers to pay attention to the fundamentals. Jaxson used up his 8th life by now I think. Please, no TG save on him!
  13. Kwame is my favorite, but I'm also rooting for Marjorie. Romance isn't in the cards, she stonily admits, but she's good at cooking. Yeah, Marjorie for representing regular women. Phillip's role is a drama unto itself. He's battling to claim James Beard glory and TV fame. Will he be able to start a sentence that doesn't begin with: "my restaurant" or "my girlfriend?" Will he ever talk intelligently about ingredients and the craft of cooking? There's a contract with Food Network on the line (I'm guessing) if he can establish himself as a food authority. If Manbun can stay in the competition to the number 4 or 5 slot, he's clinched the deal.
  14. The best episode I've seen. The decision to end it seemed realistic and not forced. Really great acting and dialogue.
  15. This is what I'm seeing... Phillip (Man Bun) is Marcel 2.0 Amirite?
