What she need is surgery to deflate that ego of hers, cause it's seriously putting pressure on whatever little brain she has. Maybe she should convince the Shannon twins to go with her. I can totally see those 3 operating on people.

It seems to be that boob lady had some deep seated feelings of inferiority from the small chest she had as a girl and the jealously she felt towards her sisters bigger boobs. What she needs is therapy to get over that. Her boobs looked pretty good after. We didn't see he when she was a double D, but she has a small frame and is naturally skinny. Big boobs look horrible on petite women.

At least the Persian girl embraced her big nose and only went for a nose job for a deviated septum, not to have a peter pan nose. I reallly liked her. It's obvious her parents raised her to be a strong woman, proud of her roots.

I think the girls were dumped on a grandmother that didn't really want to be saddled with troublesome toddlers and basically raised themselves. From what they said, they were allowed to do whatever they want. To me this speaks of an overwhelmed or maybe uncaring parent figure. This doesn't make for a good start in life. They are/were extremely pretty so where probably able to get away with a lot of stuff most girls could not. To me they just come off as just really spoiled

"coochiewoman" explained in a follow-up episode that the reason she didn't walk out was because all the nurses spoke only spanish. She didn't realize there wouldn't be any anethestia. Still. If I was going to go to a foreign country to get cut open, you can bet anything that I would thouroughly research the doctor and facilities before going.
