Did I miss the part where they know EXACTLY where the San-Ti are? They discussed a string of nuclear weapons to project them toward the San-Ti, but how do they know the path? WHERE are the San-Ti in the universe?

They're both juveniles, but I think he has shown a lot of faith by flying to America. Remember, she was in Egypt when they met. She was already in his country. Okay, I haven't quite finished the series yet (up to S2 E4 and read this entire thread as well as the linked articles) and here's what I think caused the animosity between the Manses & Natalia. She is now an adult, regardless of how old you believe she was when the Barnetts adopted her. The Manses took her in, took care of her, but also saw a potential source of income, whether for themselves personally or "for the ministry." They film season 2 and prepare for season 3, thinking, "Girl, we gon' be RICH!" And then Natalia, the adult, makes her own deal with ID or whoever produces this shitfest. THAT'S what broke the relationship. Pretty obvious when Natalia says she can't comment "because (she) signed an agreement." The Manses put up with a lot from Natalia as an investment in the future and she screwed them over. I have to believe everyone is lying. It's quite possible that Natalia was older than 6 when she was adopted by the Barnetts, but she was hardly an adult. Aged down to help with adoption, perhaps, and precocious, sexually and otherwise, because of what she had been exposed to in orphanages & foster homes. Probably sexually abused, and any attention for a child is good attention. She may have tried this with Michael, Kristine saw it, further fueling her suspicions and hate. Natalia needs some serious psychiatric care and the Barnetts need some jail time. The ONLY reason they got off is that they had Natalia "aged up" and got that fact barred from court.

O.M.G. I just got around to watching the March 7 episode & I really wonder how this woman functions in the world. What kinda of job does she have because I wouldn't hire her. She tossed out every excuse imaginable, hoping something would stick. "I was at work," "I wasn't there," "I thought he had a license," "I didn't give him permission to take the car." If I could have reached through the TV & slapped her I would have. Her life must be nothing but chaos!

I agree. They're ridiculous. With Ashley & Manuel, they both complain that 90 days isn't enough. Then you shouldn't have applied yet. Give it a few years. Get to know each other. She goes to Peru to visit. He goes to RAWchester to visit. Only apply for the K-1 when you KNOW you're right for each other. My husband and I (me - USA; him - England) were wishy-washy for TEN YEARS. Yes, TEN. I was hoping he could move here. He was hoping I could move there. We didn't have go to the K-1 route, but there were still time restrictions. We took a weekend trip to Vegas and got married right there in the marriage clerk's office while his assistance snapped photos with our camera. Then we planned a big, blow-out party with family and friends for months later.

Did I miss something? When Clayton took them to a Llama farm, didn't Anali say something about being from a different part of the country from where the llamas were in Peru, but it was a nice gesture anyway? If that's so, then she's just winding him up with the guinea pig costume and rent-a-llama. How many other ridiculous things can she get planned for the "wedding?"

My reasoning is that he thinks all Americans are rich, and comparatively speaking, Daniele IS wealthy next to him. She isn't voluntarily buying him a sports car, a house, or rental property, so he's going to get "what he's due" by hook or by crook, $40 ATM dollars at a time. He was hoping she wouldn't notice but she did. It also wouldn't surprise me if Daniele left her card sitting around the apartment to tempt him just so she could catch him at it. The DR & Yohan aren't living up to her dreams, either.

I have to laugh at this because I saw a photo of my older brother's ex-wife who had OBVIOUSLY had some work done, and it was the usual fish lips and over-sculptured cheeks. Then I saw a photo of his high school prom date, who he had recently gotten back in touch with, and SHE had the same fish lips and overly-contoured cheeks. These women would be in their mid to upper 60s. They look GOOD, but seeing them so close together it was obviously the look-du-jour.

She mentioned "eye color change" in her litany of surgeries. I don't even want to know how that happens. What's wrong with contacts?

There is a method of signing called SEE sign - Signing Exact English. This method includes prefixes & suffixes that we use in English and all of the articles, etc. This is sometimes taught to hearing impaired students when teaching them English, but it's correct that ASL has its own grammar and word order.

And as someone above mentioned, why buy items at retail from another store to sell at yours? I couldn't believe that they bought $8 worth of stock that they thought might net them 50 cents. Heck, if Brandan knew that he could have brought another suitcase full of "exotic" America products to sell!

I was wondering that myself. Is it USD$40K or ZAR40K?, which is closer to USD$2,000. Still a lot of money but not necessarily life changing. ...and does he currently own the house they're living in or are they renting? If he owns it then he'll make some money selling it. If he's renting then he can apply the monthly rent to his mortgage. (Assuming mortgages exist in S.A.)

Statler whines that she DESERVES UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. In that case, she needs to get a dog. Forcing Dempsey to let her move in will NOT get her the unconditional love she wants.
