  1. I saw the Titanic exhibit in San Francisco. It felt to me as if I was visiting a grave. To change the subject, are most people sick of the ghost genre? There seems nothing on, any more. What happened to "The Dead Files?" Now you see it, now you don't! I have no advanced notice that there are no shows!
  2. If Amy told me to move. I'd be gone. Trust me. When she gives out sometimes a seemingly "laundry list" of professionals to consult, does she give references? People like that would be kinda hard to find in the "Yellow Pages" unless you had a special type of yellow pages or a directory or maybe just google it (I'm 63 and kinda dim on my references!).
  3. Zak does the best he can and I'm sure he's sincere about what he's doing but he should do his research! The better research HE does, the better informed we are (or maybe we should do our OWN research??).
  4. me, too. Leaving your own mother in that house after she'd gotten pushed and broken her leg. Oh, oh, there's some serious disconnect going on between mother and daughter that we're NOT being told about.
  5. I saw it. Adam and Amy have a lot of empathy for their subjects and they appear to have a deep need to help them. It is rewarding to watch.
  6. Whoa! Isn't anyone going to comment on that episode in Reseda, last night?? What a crazy thing! No one could film that "black mass?" Since I'm not at the scene, it's hard for me to understand the situation. It seems like the crew had lost their minds!
  7. Dunno. I was over there for the "open house" and I did not "feel" anything, even when I went into the garage. I know it was rented to a couple after the fact, who seemed like it didn't bother them.
  8. That's right. In CA, they have to disclose it if it happened in the last three years. I notice there was a house where the man killed his wife in the garage OVER three years ago. It was under deposit, then it wasn't! I betcha they found out through another source!
  9. Terrible! This episode really gets me to thinking about murders and the supernatural element. I wonder how many people were taken over by an unseen force and driven to murder or had unexplained deaths? I'm sure we'll never know, but the thought chills me to the bone.
  10. Boy, I watched the new episode last night and fell asleep during it. Things have CERTAINLY reached a new low!
  11. Good Lord, last night was a real "winner." These people are in agony, esp. the wife who appears very close to a nervous breakdown, and they REFUSE to leave. I would have left even without Steve and Amy's advice! Are they masochists? I would live in a sh-t hole without trouble, then in a palace in a nightmare!! Ay-ya-ya and oy vay!!
  12. I thought the living situation strange, as well. It was just too many people. No wonder the wife was responsible for the pk.
  13. What the hell is happening with "Ghost Adventures?" Are they running out of ideas??
  14. Does anyone know when they will be coming back or are they, themselves truly dead??? Answer me!!
  15. Ok, when are they REALLY coming back?? They don't do too many episodes as it is. I DO miss Grant. I wonder who does their voice-overs, or GHOST overs, as it is!
  16. Maybe it was a "Two for one" special (matching glasses)!
  17. OK, I can't help the Yiddish snark: "The Mishiguyam of Oak Island." Mishiguyam are crazy folk. Sorry, last post, almost rhymed.
  18. What an idiotic premise. Someone somewhere put up money for this show. They should have donated to a worthy cause. They also should have employed the Three Stooges to play the brothers. Honestly, they're running around like farts in a skillet, jumping at any lead, really hacking up the island (they should be prosecuted for messing with nature). I'm not watching, anymore. It's not history. It's Bobba Mysus (fairy tales in Yiddish).
  19. Yucck!! I was fresh from the Hallmark channel when my husband "forced" me to watch this garbage. It's true. They throw everything to the wall to see what will stick. I suppose maybe it's a safety measure because the writers may not know what "sticks," so they are playing it safe! I asked my hubby if they were all high writing the script. I watch it one year and it's in New York and then it moves to Texas. Where will it be next year? Maybe they will shoot it to the moon. What a waste of talent.
  20. What I really can't stand about these guys is that they lose their train of thought so easily. For instance, they say to their spiritual subjects, "We want to help you." Then the spirit speaks through the "spirit" box, they ask another question, and then the team hears something. They are more curious about what they heard then what the spirit has to say. Those guys are soo insincere, no wonder they get attacked! Also, remember when they used to provoke the spirits? I'm glad to see that they have stopped that practice-bunch o' nuts! I think sometimes, that these guys behave like a bunch of contemporary three stooges! Lord help me!
