  1. Croatoan!! So much yes to this, and not just because I love the outer banks area ;).
  2. Since they added vampires this year, it would be interesting if the next season somehow included werewolves. I'd love to see the show go to rural New England, like Maine or Vermont. Even a ghost hunting pair like Ed and Lorraine Warren would be cool, though maybe not super original. I just hope the rumors about Gaga returning are false, though. Do the viewers a favor and give the lead to someone who can actually act.
  3. Loved Mr. March in this episode! He's one of those deliciously evil, over the top characters that I can't help but like. No wonder Miss Evers has such a thing for him. Her face when he was marrying the can't act Countess was so sad. And speaking of...this episode solidifies the fact that Gaga cannot act. The only thing worse than her line delivery was the makeup department's inability to hide her real eyebrows in that dinner scene with March. Makeup did a great job in that Hollywood party flashback, though. Did anyone else not recognize the countess at first? Took me a minute to realize it was her...she looked so much better with the shorter, darker hair. And I guess the addition of Valentino, aka NotTristanbutTristan, explains why model boy had to go. Can't wait to see how Liz reacts when she sees him. Also, that tango scene was kind of ridiculous and looked like something off Dancing with the Stars. And RIP kooky Marcy. She was always fun to watch, so I'm a bit disappointed they killed her off. This is definitely a high casualty season.
  4. I agree that by logic, it's likely one of the above. I could be wrong, but the attempted back seat murder of Chanel #5 as she tried to flee points to one of the Chanels. They were all just in a room together listening to Hester tell that story, and then it almost happens to #5? I guess the red devil could have been listening at the door, but the evidence points to someone in the room. I don't think we're finished with Hester yet, either. I could definitely see her being the girl red devil, but it's still a mystery.
  5. I'm pretty bummed they axed this show after just 3 episodes. I thought it was pretty good and was really starting to get into it. Figures.
  6. Thinking the show should be renamed American Porn Story after this episode. Holy nudity, Batman! Nice to see the Swedish Fish swimming around in search of their purpose, but I could have done without that jiggling ass shot as one of the girls was piggy backing that guy. Poor Lowe with his breakdown. The scene where he sees a bunch of the hotel ghosts in his room reminded me of the scene in Murder House where Violet sees the ghosts in the basement and freaks out, thinking she's losing her mind. And speaking of, yay for more connection to season one! More of that, please, powers that be. My dislike for the Countess grew even more after she deflated poor Tristan just to keep him from Liz Taylor. I know she's supposed to be a very old vampire, but there's just not enough of a human, relatable side to the Countess to counteract all of her wickedness. Ramona (or anyone at this point, I don't even care) needs to bust a stake on her, stat.
  7. Things started to get interesting this episode! I like the scavenger hunt of sorts that Kent sent Karen on, and I'm curious to see where that leads. I wonder if he'll figure out that she's now working with the detectives and try to stop (aka kill) her, or if he'll keep up the game. I have a feeling that the little girl Kent babysits (?)will somehow play a role in his being caught, too...like she's going to see that wanted sketch at the library or on tv, or something. Also, I love the music on this show, but I hated the cover of 'Should I stay or should I go' in this episode. Please, Wicked City, don't go the way of Grey's Anatomy!
  8. I want more Iris and Liz scenes! They make a great and snarky pair. A bit disappointed with Liz's backstory, though. It just seemed so generic and boring. I'm liking the weird dynamic between Lowe and Sally, too. It seems like she knows a lot more about him than she lets on (like maybe that he's the killer?), and I'm curious to see where the storyline goes with them. Anyone else officially tired of the Countess? Her changing accent and general mannerisms just seem like bad acting to me. I know Gaga is new to acting, but her portrayal just ruins the character for me. I hope this is her only season on the show.
  9. I actually enjoyed the pilot and think they did a great job with the casting. Erika Christensen really brought the crazy in Swimfan, so I could see her character becoming really interesting. Ed Westwick is quite believable as a psychopathic killer, too. Also, I can't believe we're the same age in real life. To me, he just comes across as older than 28. I'll concede that the plot seems a bit generic, but I think this show has potential and want to see more, especially with the killer (hah) soundtrack.
  10. Yay for Angela Bassett coming back! Loved seeing her channel Pam Grier. Her characters are always so badass and fun to watch. Alex was pretty interesting this episode as well. I've never been a big fan of Chloe, but she's doing a great job with the character and conveying the heartbreak she's experiencing from Holden's disappearance. Plus, an actual story is unfolding in this confusing maze of characters. The countess is starting to get on my nerves. I feel like her accent keeps changing, and to me there's just nothing likable about her yet. I hope we get some backstory that reveals more about her before she became a bloodsucker. Donovan grates, too. Loved Liz Taylor setting him straight about his mom! Sally, on the other hand, is just so tragic and I can't help but feel for the character, with her crimped hair and perma-leaky eyes. The scene where Bentley's character said he wanted to help her was so sweet. I like his character (even though I always forget his name) and I hope the hotel doesn't swallow him up.
  11. Murder House - Tate and Moira Asylum - Lana and Kit Coven - Zoe, and Misty Day. Loved the Axe man and Myrtle, too! Freak Show - Jimmy Hotel - So far it's Miss Evers, and I actually like Wes Bentley's character, too.
  12. Gaga did not impress this episode. Between the music and her dress, the scene where she's walking into the art show under all of those lights reminded me more of a luxury car commercial. It just got worse when she opened her mouth. Same goes for Sally...literally. She's shaping up to be my least favorite Sarah Paulson character. Yay for Evan Peters and the maid, though! I want more of them and less of Gaga. Poor Swedish Meatball, getting drained and then dumped down the chute to rot with the other victims. I wonder if her family will come looking for her.
  13. Did anyone else notice that as the Red Devil crept up behind Gigi when they were investigating the house, it looked like manicured nails sticking out from the gloves? I hadn't noticed that in other scenes with the Red Devil, so I'm wondering if there really are two killers - one of them being a woman. The sorority sister living in the trailer mentioned that one of the sisters had gone crazy, so maybe she's the killer Gigi is ordering around. The Shining maze was pretty cool, but Chanel #5 and the twins were annoying. I like Abigail Breslin, but she just seems so miscast. Hester was hilarious as usual, though. Girl is a master manipulator and I'm interested to see what else she has up her sleeve. I feel like there's something up with Zayday, too, just not sure what. Curious to see if anyone appears with a bandaged hand next week since she apparently speared the Devil.
  14. I thought Alek and Emma made a good pair! He's really stoic and I think it's been hard for him to become more expressive as a dancer, so it was cute to see another side of him with Emma. And whoa, Bindi and Val were awesome together! I think the powers that be missed a great pairing with those two. Same goes for Andy and Sharna. In just one week, she brought out a talent in him that Allison just hasn't been able to tap. Call me a cynic, but I knew Alexa would get at least one ten after her talking head, and since she was paired with Derek. I think she and her husband are good dancers, but I'm over hearing about their "competition" each week. Like, we get it at this point. I felt kinda bad for Hayes, too. I think he's doing really well for his age, but Allison's choreography didn't seem to do him any favors. I'm just not a fan of hers, though. Pretty excited to see Olivia Newton John next week! I'm guessing she'll be a better guest judge than Maks was.
  15. Agree that one of the Chanels is likely in on everything, especially since #2's body was stolen from their hiding place in the freezer. Of course the killer could have snuck in, but the whole thing reeks of some inside involvement. That, or knowing RM it's all a red herring. My bet is also on #5 though. There's definitely something up with her, and unless I missed it we really haven't gotten her back story yet.
