All police detectives are workaholics.

The version I was watching flashed FJ so quickly on the screen and then cut to the answers that I had no idea what the answer was.

Colonel Flagg always made me laugh.

Person of Interest was prescient, I love it, and am still bitter over its cancellation. I only wish someone other than Caviezel played Reese.

Thanks all, @shapeshifter and @stewedsquash. It probably was an in-house illustrator. I really like the colors and thought maybe I could find a poster.

A Cooper's hawk used to visit my yard a lot when I was feeding birds. It's the striped tail that makes them identifiable so good thing I was listening to the clue and not looking at the screen.

During a 3 day power outage many years ago, I spent the evenings learning several forms of solitaire because cards and illustrations in a book were the only things I could really see by candlelight.

It depends on other conditions but cross stitch, jigsaw, reading.

due South was ahead of its time in combining drama and comedy. I just found "North", one of the best episodes, and I'm howling at the ghost dads. It's been years since I've watched an episode and I'd forgotten how much I loved it.

I not only got FJ, but also came up with both shuttles. I was sure about Discovery and guessed Endeavor based it sounding like it should be the name of an English explorer's ship.
I could only think of Endeavor but knew it was Cook.

The You're Wrong About podcast ran a series of episodes about the trial: https://podyssey.fm/list/id37804-Youre-wrong-about-O-J-Series

I knew where FJ was but couldn't think of the name. Hellespont? Dardanelles? Bosporus? Close but no cigar.

That's exactly how I knew. He's 96 today, btw, and put all his songs into the public domain years ago. ❤️

It's mostly cloudy here, too, as always when there's something interesting happening in the sky.
It's getting a little dim now. We're supposed to get 90+% coverage around 3:30.

Gordon Lightfoot's name couldn't be more Canadian if it was Bob or Doug McKenzie. One of my favorite moments from Psych was Pierre referring to his stint in a Canadian prison with the phrase "a Coffee Crisp and 20 guys named Gord."

Friend of a friend reported feeling it in Killington VT. In southern CT, I thought a big gust of wind had hit the house and didn't think anything of it until my colleagues started asking if there'd been an earthquake. At least one of them reported items falling off a shelf. Earthquakes aren't common here, so even a little tremor is exciting. Like snow falling in Florida.

The ones who claim to be concerned are full of shit. They aren't concerned for you, they're trying to make themselves feel better. And they can all mind their own business.
And doctors...this is the reason fat people with a genuine need for health care don't pursue it. Really, none of your thin patients get sick?

Detectives is available on Britbox, or possibly Acorn. I wish they'd made more episodes.

@StatisticalOutlier, check whether your library is part of system that lets you use your card at any participating library. In CT, my local library card is good at every public library in the state, in NYS and Ohio it was county level. I haven't tried to use Kanopy or Hoopla for video here but I'm going to try now that @meowmommy has suggested it.

I'm going WAY back now. The first project I remember "Lou" Gossett from (that's how he was billed in 1970) was a short-lived, but enjoyable ABC series called The Young Rebels, about younger colonials fighting against the British during the American Revolution. The series didn't last very long, but Mr Gossett made an indelible impression on me.
OMG, I thought I was the only one in the world who remembered that show!
