  1. Chad Charlie. He is one of the roofing guys that Bear works with. He was in the episode where Bear goes to work.
  2. And his performance is exactly the same in Westworld. The only difference is, he gets to use high powered futuristic weapons.
  3. The first viewing of this episode, the musical was annoying. This is my 3rd or 4th run through the entire series and I now find the musical hysterical. The music is sure to be earworms, the lyrics are awful, the dancing…..wow! I would have loved to have seen the outtakes and bloopers of this. And the expressions of the the writer Taylor hired, gold I tell ya. “Pure gold Jerry”. I mean I’m tapping my toe and singing along to “Stars Hollow” it’s so bad.
  4. For me to get through a re-watch (and yes, I'm masochistic enough that I've watched the series more than once), I tell myself that Gilmore Girls is like the Buffy episode Normal Again, where Buffy thinks she's in a psychiatric hospital. I tell myself that Lorelia is really in a psychiatric hospital and she has dreamed up Stars Hollow where everyone loves her and her child and they never do any wrong. Her mother is a cartoon character of an evil woman and never loved Lorelia. Of course it doesn't all fit, but it's how I get through the periods where I just want to reach out and slap the characters. On a completely different note, I LOVE the character of Gil. The first time I watched, I really wasn't a big fan of his, but on subsequent re watches I really enjoy his character. Here is a guy you assume is going to be a stereotypical hair band/metal head, but he is sweet, thoughtful, very talented and has no prejudices or preconceptions of how people or situations are to be. He is open to most anything and gets excited about things that Zach grumps all over.
  5. Now I want to see what the hosts. Worlds look like. Did they recreate their loops or now that they are free, did they create something completely different?
  6. THIS! This is what I was thinking as she was blathering on about them being freed. No, they were programmed. They knew nothing else. They just transferred their allegiance to whomever controlled/owned (after all, she did offer a lot of money for them before burning the masters) them, much like a machine.
  7. This. The previous episode she had just told Shy she had learned her lesson. Why hasn't she learned her lesson with Sophie. She should have either said no thanks, or like you said, step aside. She of all people should know that Sophie has to have the spot light. She knows that Shophie had her blackballed....
  8. This. The acting seems very stilted to me. No emotion about anything.
  9. I'm just going this. Midge talking about her father working for Bell labs in her routine ended up with a mysterious kitchen fire, the show ended, her stay there cancelled and her father losing his job. She knew his work was "hush, hush".
  10. The other thing that bugged me in this episode was blaming her all her problems on men. I f talked back to the tv saying “no honey, this one’s on you”. She shoots herself in the foot over and over again. Sophie Lennon, her father, now Shy Baldwin. Whose next?
  11. She just doesn't get that she was wrong to out him. I mean come on. She was back stage. She saw all the women that were trying to set up their daughters or granddaughters with him. Not everyone knew he was gay. Yes! She already helped him once when he had the snot beaten out of him. Why would she think it was okay to just "riff" about his sexual orientation at a club in Harlem?
  12. Yes, this! With the tantrums. She pulled that with the one bank that wouldn’t approve her loan. She throws a hissy fit, and they extend her thousands of dollars in a line of credit (which she blows on clothes, dinners, spas etc..)AND they apologized! WTF?
  13. What about the business with Brandy's mothers Credit Card? Or how about the Debit Card she Kourtney and Khole got in a bit of hot water for. I know they haven't ever been charged, but they have certainly skirted the line
  14. I don’t know. I laughed more during this episode than I had during a lot of them lately. And this episode being sort of an homage to season 2 of Fargo, awesome. The shootout at the hotel had Mike Milligan and Hanzee Dent. I’m sure there were others I missed. If there would have been a UFO, I would have peed myself laughing.
  15. I was wondering if Matt was hoping to be let go with all his inference about not wanting to be in the tent and how he used to be in movies and now he's reduced to this. I'm feeling like "don't let the door hit you on your way out."
