  1. I'm coming into this discussion a little late but wanted to give credit to one of our posters for comments he made on Oct 25 and Oct 26 regarding Glen. Spinxella, YOU ARE DA MAN or DA WOMAN!! Way to go on your perception of Glen's fate back on Episode 3. Here are the comments Spinxella gave:
  2. Does anyone know if Emily Deschanel is originally from Canada? I know on Imdb it says she was born in California. I'm thinking she's a transplant from Canada. She really does have a Canadian accent.

Need the presser. Haven't seen one yet. This is the time when the pressers come out for next year.

I agree, I too believe Glenn's still alive. If he can survive getting shot in the shoulder and left for dead, then he certainly can survive a zombie mosh-pit. ooks like most on this thread are in agreement that this was another boring episode. I don't know what's up with the producers, but I think this show is nearing the end for 2016. Just think, "Breaking Bad" lasted 5 seasons and so 6 seasons for TWD may be it. Looks like the big Madison Square Garden premiere for the TWD was done for two reasons: Season 6 and to be the last season. I noticed all the past main cast members were at the premiere -- may be for a memorable send off.
  5. You are correct. According to Wikipedia: .
  6. "A ride you don't want to end." Bruce Campbell at his best. Five stars. "Hit me baby." -Ash
  7. Frank Darabont was the original creator of "The Walking Dead" and not Scott Gimple and certainly not Robert Kirkman. I wonder if anyone noticed that some of the actors from Darabont's film "The Mist" were casted for TWD. They were Laurie Holden, Melissa McBride, and Jeffrey DeMunn. During the first season, Thomas Jane was going to be casted for TWD but due to his contractual obligations to the HBO series "Hung" he was taken off the list. I never really noticed there were 10 regressive shows in six seasons. I just noticed that in the last few seasons they've been doing things like the Beth, Noah and Morgan driven ones. I never thought that the entire Season 2 was boring per se because the Rick Grimes, Lori Grimes, Carl Grimes, Shane Walsh and Dale Horvath characters were all essential in telling a story leading up to further carnage. The best seasons were later on such as the Governor, Terminus and now Alexandria.
  8. I never thought those two episodes you're referring to were boring and overly melodramatic. They were necessary and they worked for that season. The drawn out slow moving, boring 90 minute episode is not doing the series any favors. The flow of the story line gets staggered and interrupted and loses the audience. Now, Durabont was fired by AMC after the 2nd season, and from what I understand, was because of the direction that producers and AMC wanted to take the series.
  9. Isn't that the truth. I don't know what Scott Gimple is trying to do. I guarantee Frank Durabont would have never done what Gimple is doing with these overly, melodramatic episodes. Regressing the internal stories with the characters really has no significance overall to the story line. They should just show segments and move on to the relevant story line. Did an episode as boring as this one have to be 90 minutes? I think the TWD are trying to make this their last season. All the TWD fans are going to tune into "The X-Files" and dismantle the TWD ratings for the second half of Season 6.
  10. Exactly. What a bunch of dysfunctional misfits. The only two people I like from the entire yacht are the first officer and Amy. The rest need to hit the road.
  11. All I have to say about this film is Holy ****! If I would have known that the same producer of Hostel I & II (Eli Roth) was the producer of this film, then I would have been better prepared in watching it. And here I thought the movie "Bone Tomahawk" was disturbing. Also, Greg Nicotero's mastery was in this film. There's no place like home, there's no place like home...
  12. Thanks Athena. Too bad the movie wasn't released for this month.
