  1. My thoughts on the lawsuit is basically are addressed in this quote. With the addition that that Deborah will drop the suit explaining that the reason she’s dropping the suit is that Ava came clean. She was probably biding her time because while she knew of the e-mail she didn’t know what was in it and needed Ava to reveal the contents
  2. I’m loving the dynamic everyone has in the office. I especially love that Joyce’s sister will be helping more.
  3. Sorry bad phrasing on my part. I meant “I almost wonder if he fell off the wagon as a way to reset his relationship with Sam”
  4. I knew it would be him when Joel started talking to the guy next to him And the camera didn’t move to the other guy. I wonder if he almost fell off the wagon as a way to reset his timeline with Sam. Or as a show of growth, Sam will set the same boundaries with James.
  5. I’m interested in seeing where the brother showing up at “choir practice” goes. I’m very excited for more of this show
  6. I teared up during just the recap. This show is so wholesome without being cloying
  7. I love this show because it could have just been silly for silly sake, but it instead has so much heart.
  8. Did we know the probie was a Dreamer? If not this show just keeps putting hats on hats. It wasn't enough that he had a learning disability to make him unique. They had to add another layer for us to be interested in? It just seems like...a lot
  9. Bruh this is like the Kidz Bop version of "Big Bang Theory". Just saying "smart" things in the cadence of a joke doesn't makes them funny or smart.
  10. I felt this especially in the first episode when she was big footing Owen about who takes charge of a scene depending on what type of call it was. It felt too forced.
  11. This show is coming along. I hope if this show takes root like the original we get episodes that focus on the individual characters. I feel at the very least we will get Rob Lowe's character backstory given that it would include WTC and 9-11 a lament psalm in which David is trying to work through a problem in his life with the Lord's help. That problem – as it turns out – is his son Absalom entering into Jerusalem to kill his own father according to google
  12. They weakly addressed that with the whole 9-11 thing. That he had to rebuild his firehouse. That said why not get more woke points and have cast an Asian chief. (Daniel Dae Kim or B.D. Wong) types.
  13. Let’s speculate on Michelle's (Liv Tyler) sister. * Is she actually dead? She says, she wants to give her a proper burial. Leads one to think perhaps no body. *Is Michelle forgetting how her sister died? Or in denial? OD ( could provide bonding fodder for her and TK as well as with the chief) Suicide, blames her brother in law for not taking care of the sister/doesn't believe her sister was depressed. Shrug let me know what you guys think
