  1. I’m just into the show On Demand. Ready to throw them all under the bus. Sis and mom are enormous, the wife is large and Gina is a huge pile of pity. I’ll check back later after I get through the chat and comments. 😘 And the boyfriend? Oh my Me and me and me and makes me CRAZY. Was it on this thread somebody had Market Basket dough in a calzone? I love Market Basket but often cheat at Epicurean Shop, Henry’s Market and Butcher Boy.
  2. How y’all doing? My eating habit was American chop suey. It’s a local thing. And some pistachios.
  3. Can we add to the Bingo Card? “Me and (insert name here) went to (insert place here). Drives me nuts. Isn’t grammar taught?
  4. Thank you, HELLGA I didn’t hear that part. Too busy reading the live blog I guess. At any rate I wish him the best.
  5. I was so happy that Justin was doing so well. I hope they do a follow-up. I respected him immediately when he owned his situation, had a career, owned his house and was open and honest about his other issues. His honesty, the fact he is articulate and intelligent gave me hope he’d do well. Oh, I enjoy the train wreck episodes but when someone like Justin is succeeding (and Brittani! Loved her. And was it Nikki who was a theatre costume designer? She was so likable and I was impressed how she looked after her special-needs brother) it’s gratifying and makes the train wrecks more fun His mother is a bitch. Lose her, Justin. Liked the dad, he was supportive and clearly loved his son very much. Someone mentioned he was on disability. Not necessarily so but I’m no financial analyst nor do I play one on TV. But web design and contracting in software development can be VERY lucrative and if you’re careful and invest wisely you can set aside a nice chunk of change. I’d worked in those fields for several years and was able to retire at 58 three years ago. Someone else wondered why he couldn’t get into that Jeep Cherokee. All depends how far back the front seats go. His Avalon’s seats go way back and the steering wheel slides in towards the dash so he’d be able to get into that. I used to have one. Nice car. I’m 6’4 and 218 so my height restricts what I can comfortably drive. The Avalon was a treat. Okay my friends. Have a great weekend..... And for the 95/495 crowd, I wonder if we could actually find a venue that would allow us to be obnoxious and watch communally. Prince in Saugus used to be good for that. Think about it. DM me if you like and I’ll organize it. I’m not bossy but good at pulling things together.
  6. Mushroom lover! Although tend to stuff them with turkey sausage and other veggies....the sausage may negate the veggies. We don’t have them often. 😒 And spaghetti pie can be good. Lose the cream of sodium soup, make a nice marinara with tofu or ground turkey, onions garlic and green peppers. Use Neufchâtel cheese with chives between the spaghetti ‘crust’ and the sauce. The crust is easy cooked spaghetti mixed with an egg or two, Parmesan, form a crust and bake til crusty and golden. Then add the sauce and maybe some fresh mozzarella. Bake until golden and then broil (grill for my British friends) for a crust. Let it sit a bit and serve with a salad. Enjoy. It is good.
  7. Hi! Waves to all the 95/495 regional peeps. Salisbury MA here. It would be fun to organize a group viewing/snarking event. Enjoy all your comments and eating habit updates. Raisin Bran and cottage cheese here. 😘
  8. Reminds me of 'Rosemary's Baby'. I think in the book someone says they knitted the baby little mittens because he scratched himself with his claws.
  9. Jeremy's suit in the picture is really tacky. Looks like something that came as separates from Wally World.
  10. Another English Lit major here. And since Halloween is coming up, and I imagine the Duggars are afraid of the fun, I decided to weigh in. BOO!!! Satan is coming for you!!! I live near Salem and know about Judge Hathorne and why Nathaniel Hawthorne changed his name. Young Goodman Brown, one of the creepiest stories ever.
  11. I second this. I remember thinking algebra was a confusing waste of time until I fell into my career as a Business Analyst. Once I realized I could use it to show the developers in our IT department how to calculate things like interest adjustments and such in the financial software world, I was their hero. I loathed anything to do with mathematics (graduated with a BA in English Lit and Communication) but found my niche as the financial calculations expert in the software field. Go figure.
  12. You are just evil. Hence, lovable. And I absolutely agree with your assessment of Mullet. That missing back muscle must need Starbucks. No Dunkin Donuts in Tontitown? Better coffee there but of course I'm biased about Dunkies
  13. Turkey pie from a local farm,, made with their turkeys, local ingredients, and CORN. The season is winding down here so we're being hogs about fresh corn. I can't imagine Duggar World, everything's canned or made using cream of sodium soup and tater tots. Although I do love tater tots occasionally.
