Yes. She’s a smart business woman and I don’t think she values sentiment for its own sake. But Dallas being Dallas, there’s still plenty of currency in DCC as long as aspiring dancers still buy into the mystique and can be easily controlled.

I, for one, love Lexie’s look. That’s amazing - congratulations on the success of your husband’s medical journey! Definitely a life changing thing that should be on everyone’s cultural radar. At the same time - is it a good interview question? I suppose that the DCC being ambassadors and cause-oriented should have well-formulated responses to those kind of issues regardless of whether they are personally a donor or not - and be able to steer a thoughtful conversation regardless.

Exactly so!! I am floored that Kitty would trash her whole “tell it as it is”/badass/ruthless reputation on someone with VK’s obvious flaws. Her credibility is gone when she is either completely blind, or hopelessly compromised. Her statement last year about VK deserving the time and respect to lose the weight (in the Nick Flores episode) is truly mind blowing when she would cut *current* DCC with far more ability for so much less. She’s a bitter old troll whose opinion can be bought and is therefore meaningless #GoAwayFishwifeKitty #DeadToMe

Omg I just watched VK’s cut scene from last year. I forgot how bad it was!! It puzzles me that nothing was said on camera about her exact issues - which most of us felt were obvious - but yet they could not have shown her in a less flattering way visually, with all that makeup smeared all over her face...

There’s not that many of us here! I think she probably knew, herself, that her comment was a bit much and regretted it... fair enough. Omg everyone STOP talking about it - or they will think it’s a popular idea and will take it seriously...

If you really detest elements of your job, you can simply leave! Given that she’s been through over a decade of filming I’m guessing it’s fine with her. People will always react when they are condescended to.
