  1. I, too, am enjoying "loose canon" Branch. I peeked at next week's episode description, and it said something about Plus, I'm so over the "Walt's wife/Henry's trial" thing. It looks like they wrap it up next week - maybe wishful thinking on my part? I just want to get back to the old Henry/Walt vibe. I don't care if either is in jeopardy, sure, make that part of the drama. But bring back the funny, the camaraderie between the two.
  2. Conversely, no game, no backbone would = no balls, etc? Which would apply to at least one or two of the guys, especially Caleb. Amber is the only "game" he is hunting for. As for the 4skin, I too read it to mean.......um.....uncircumcised? The few times I've been up late enough to watch BBAD have rendered me completely over pool/billiards/whatever. OMG - it's like watching the fake grass grow - numbing. But I did LOL when one of the (interchangeable) guys "accidentally" poked a hole in the tabletop. It looked more like goofing around that got away from him, than any kind of accident.
  3. This is a pun, right? I agree, but reading it........well, I had to wipe down my keyboard. The terms "Big Brother" and "reality based" kinda don't belong in the same Forum, not at all.
  4. I'm expecting this, too. Looked like Jane takes some kind of a hit in next weeks show preview. Wondering if that might be it.
  5. OMG - watching the show right now and I sooooooo want to tell TPTB that they should give each potential HG a voice test, and immediately eliminate anyone who sounds like they're on helium. Nicole - I'm looking at you! Her DR room is a truly horrible sound! Dogs are howling!
  6. Last night on BBAD - Caleb and Frankie were talking about Caleb's plans for (once again?) rescuing Amber, but only after she'd dangled for a while so she'd "know her place". He kept using that phrase - "know her place". What kind of Neanderthal Bunny Boiler is this guy?
  7. Is anyone watching the ratings or demos? I am so bored by this season so far that I'm only watching the Thurs nite episode, and dozing through that. Is CBS losing viewers on this snooze-fest?
  8. Isn't it obvious that Christine is spending most of her time with the HOH guy's group? Seems every time I see her she's cuddled up in an HOH bed with a couple of guys. So, if this is true, and observed, wouldn't it be reasonable to assume she's in an alliance with the guys? I'm wondering why nobody's figured this out.
  9. SimoneS - Thanks so much for posting this link! I really don't understand why it wasn't in the show that aired. It has significant impact on Henry's situation vis-a-vis Matthias, as well as adding insight to why Henry is somewhat estranged from the reservation folks. But then, I've come to realize that this has become the "Vic and Branch Angsty Hour", not the original Longmire that I once enjoyed.
  10. I wonder how much of that is stirred up by conversations in the DR. From what I've read the staff is pretty active in directing those conversations, and could easily fuel a mild dislike into a raging inferno just for the drama of it. Sadly, it all just sounds like lunchtime at the local middle school. Heh - if they had more than one table, the hamsters would very soon have a "cool kids" table with the girls all trying to sit with the quarterback. Everyone else, AKA "the nerds" would be sitting with Donny. I know it's on tonight, but I don't know if I'm going to bother with it.
  11. Come to think of it, if Ferg weren't holding down the admin fort, the others might actually have to do something related to their own jobs instead of wallowing in their personal issues! If anything happened to Ferg, the office would come to a screeching halt. That's what I loved too. Didn't care so much about the COTW, just looked forward to their banter. Sad that the best part of the show has gone missing. The tone of this season is so different from the previous seasons. Was there a major change in TPTB or the writing staff or something. IMO - this season has been pretty awful.
  12. Completely agree with Nilo. It's gotten to be such heavy slogging I find myself wondering why I even bother. I originally tuned in because of the levity, especially the wry humor between Walt and Henry. With all three main characters angsting all over the screen, and now Ferg showing signs of discontent - and who can blame him with everyone wallowing around in their own personal dramas instead of doing the job that brings them together - I'm about to give up on this one-time favorite.
  13. I can't believe how boring this is! I actually dozed off during the show. I have to admit that this tedious snooze-fest of insipid, threadbare "strategies" has me remembering last season's horror with fondness.
  14. If TPTB put Vic and Walt together romantically, I'm done with this show. I don't like Vic, not at all. And honestly, I wish they'd wrap the "who-killed-walt's-wife-and-set-henry-up-for-it" storyline. It's dragged on long enough already.
  15. What was Hector supposed to do for Henry? Isn't that why they were looking for him, because he had something to offer in Henry's case?
  16. It wouldn't be the first time an actor has been switched out, even lead actors. I wouldn't have noticed at all. The pregnancy - not a fan, but Jane is a hoot with it.
  17. To my surprise I really enjoyed the switch up. I especially liked the insight as to how the pro influences the star's performances. I liked seeing the difference in the way Marc and Derek guided Amy. Val and Meryl - their AT was wonderful! He really let her shine. Generally good show. Julianne - meh. Thanks. I was wondering what genre their dance was supposed to be, besides another tribal rip-off.
