As someone who has worked at the Hall of Records, I second the general consensus that there's no way that James Frain could've known where Paul would emerge. There really are tunnels under the building that lead to no less than 5 or 6 other civic center buildings as well as multiple parking lots and exits. But hey, maybe everyone that has ever worked at Vinci PD not named Velcoro was posted at an exit and Paul just happened to pick door number Frain, right??? On a different note, kudos to the lighting/magic for the Hall of Records shots when Paul first arrived... It looked soooo much nicer than it does in reality.
