I think people might be reaching a bit too much in thinking that Kim's aware of Jimmy's nocturnal sales career. Maybe she thinks he was down there bored and looking for trouble, but it's very likely she assumed that he'd gone out at night because he couldn't sleep - easy for her to ascribe to guilt over Chuck's death, and contribute to her desire for Jimmy to get help - and just got rolled on principle. I doubt anyone has died at Hannibal's hands in the three years he's been imprisoned. For one thing, he and Alana discuss his dozen, or baker's dozen, of murder convictions.
