Two groups of people succeed on Ninja Warrior. Parkour practitioners and rock climbers. The grip strength and fluid movements help a great deal. An athletic background always helps though.

I enjoy The Weatherman and like Elet Hall, not because of their success but because of their attitude. Brian Arnold I love and am greatly looking forward to an imminent Total Victory or at least Stage 3 victory in the regular season. Kacy Catanzaro is greatly overrated in my eyes I think Meagen Martin deserves more credit due to the fact that she's a better athlete and went farther. I think he Wolfpack can get a little cocky but Arnold and Caldero keep their feet on the ground where as the doctor, while I like him as an athlete can get a little cocky. The other guys not as famous so he can't really get a big head.
