I was unspoiled and didn't know VI was leaving. Too bad they made such a mess of Deimos, as I have always enjoyed VI and was happy to see him when he first showed up. They went so terribly wrong with him though.

OK, so Deimos wants the amulet because money? and Sonny dug it up after Chad buried in on the island because money? and Deimos has Haloed the entire party because this is the way to get it from Sonny? how does he even know Sonny has it? Why did he knock Paul out and drag him into the bushes? Why does no one recognize Deimos? the disguise beard is so over-the-top that I would be looking at the person wearing it twice just because it is so ridonk. not a good way to go unnoticed. Why aren't the Johnsons at this party? Where are Abe and Theo? Where is Marlena?

I don't like Chad OR Gabi OR Kate OR Andre, so that was pretty much all a pass for me

I also don't get why they are not pooling resources/efforts. Chad already had two fish when Paul went off to fish and apparently they are discovering the fruit trees on their own (Gabi falling out of a peach tree and Sonny finding a lemon one.) this is just ridonk. I have always enjoyed VI and he is really selling Deimos doing the "I can't understand why you are believing the absolute worst of me even though I did absolutely all of it" thing.

Sonny is a pilot??? most folks who are not professional pilots only fly little small passenger aircraft, not get up and walk around like it is a living room type aircraft.

but, here is the problem: they are taping SIX MONTHS OUT so they have no way to gauge audience reaction. THEY might think X and Y should be the couple, when we at home are liking X and Z, and Y with someone else entirely. but they have no way of knowing that, since they are now doing something we won't see till November. The perfect examples of the problems with this are Stephen Nichols as Steve Johnson here, and Tony Geary as Luke Spencer on GH, who were both originally intended as day players, but both got such immediate fan reaction that they were written into long-term roles. At that time I don't things were longer than a month out at most.

Dario told Rafe today that Eduardo's arrest threw up all sorts of red flags about the Hernandi, and since he was born in Mexico when Mami Hernandez was visiting there (and I guess she is/was not a US citizen) he can be deported.

I don't get why Wyatt is supposed to be a bad dude. ok, so Theo set him up with Ciara without telling her (for unknown and probably really stupid reasons), but like Wyatt said, she seems really happy, and if he actually does care about her what is the big deal? though if Theo realized that he actually does want her and Ciara reciprocated I would be THRILLED to see Claire kicked to the curb.

Stephanie could have snuck into town, smothered Ava with the pillow and snuck out again without anyone even knowing!! it's the perfect crime!! bashing Xander over the head without a real plan was not very smart. but what is with this tiny cage in the middle of the living room? soaps never seem to take into account that people need bathroom facilities. also, remember way back when when Tony/Andre (don't remember which one it was) was imprisoned with a motorcycle helmet on his head and when the helmet came off he was clean shaven??

there has been no mention of Brady having surgery to remove the bullet or anything like that. Also I think someone mentioned this all happening "last night", if they were going to airlift him anywhere it should have been to the nearest big Canadian hospital, not Salem USA.

Coleman! I knew I knew him from GH, but could not think of his name. But why did Lani drink champagne from a bottle that was already open when she walked into the room, especially since he didn't. That is like the most unsafe thing to do ever.

Nicole is so much better than this, why is she even dealing with the grossness that is Scooter. Tell Brady what is going on, that he knows who you are, and then get the hell out of there. don't go meeting him at any motel to either reason with him, sleep with him, or try to kill him. I liked Jennifer's dress and Kate's was sort of interesting, but Abigail's looked more like fancy negligee.

Even if it will take two weeks for Brady to get new IDs set up, can't they just leave and go stay in a motel or something before they get new real lives to go to?? this whole storyline is so incredibly stupid and gross

Nicole needs to tell Brady and they need to leave right now. though this is probably how they will get caught and have to go back to Salem. Scooter is just gross, how did he get into the house? though I never get out of the shower/bath in my own house and wonder where are my flip-flops. are Eduardo and Deimos in some kind of cahoots now or something? or is one of them playing the other? do I even care at all? way to go Show, for making me mostly pretty uninterested in both Vincent Irizarry and A Martinez. though I can tolerate Deimos a little more than Eduardo, mostly due to that thing on A's chin. I wish he would shave. Oh, and I just remembered that they were on Santa Barbara together. VI was only on for a short time I think, he was playing a good guy type of doctor and it really wasn't a good role for him. But I'm sure he interacted with Cruz at some point, most people did.

Jennifer Landon is Hilary? Didn't she win some emmys? I think she is terrible. and as have said before, the dialog for her, Nicole and Brady and now her husband is very clunky and not at all how real conversation sounds.
