  1. I agree. I don't understand why the cast and crew are playing fast and loose with the timeline and the aging of the characters. Randall and Kevin looked just as old as Uncle Nicky. Toby looked basically the same, just with more grey in his beard (going back to the season 3 finale).
  2. One of Sterling's Instagram posts mentioned that the "deathbed" scene takes place in the year 2045. If that's true, that would make the Big 3 65 years old. If that year is true, then Kevin and Madison's twins would be 24 or 25 years old. I'm guessing Kevin eventually has more children in addition to the twins.
  3. Kevin and Randall? Holy crap! I actually gasped out loud over Randall's bullshit. That actually hurt me. I think I would have responded with words as equally as mean as Kevin said. Not that either of them were justified, but I can't see myself just simply allowing Randall walk away without cutting him as deeply as he cut me. The rest of the show was fantastic. I have been looking forward to this Kevin/Randall conversation since last season and I was not disappointed. It actually makes it more believable that they are not on speaking terms for the next...however long.
  4. Randall paid a private investigator to find William.
  5. Regarding the chemotherapy, Randall stated, "When it became clear it was hurting more than it was helping, I was okay letting him choose to stop". William immediately stopped the chemo treatment (I just re-watched most of season 1 😉)
  6. I spent the first 60+ minutes wondering why I continue to watch this show, only to be sucked in by the final waning seconds. Not cool, guys...and yes I will tune in next week, dammit. 😉
  7. But syringes and vials could not be concealed in string cheese. The container for the pudding cup holder appeared to be a safe choice for hiding at the time I suppose.
  8. The judge stated that, "The father was given notice of today's hearing. No objection there". That's when Shauna stated that Dad wouldn't be a problem. So Dad was contacted but decided not to take part....until later this season I expect.
  9. What was that object in Kate's bouquet? I really enjoyed this episode. I am so happy the show avoided the television show cliche of either the bride or groom winding up in jail, trapped in an elevator, or some other ridiculous unlikely scenario on wedding day. What we saw, I would consider typical wedding day nervousness, so I didn't think the show got too outlandish. I really loved the banter between Kevin and Randall. I love that their relationship has evolved to the point they can joke and rely on one another. I hope these good vibes continue because those two were the highlight of this episode for me. I laughed out loud several times. I'm not the biggest Ka-Toby fan, but the last couple of episodes began to change my opinion about them (which is that they are far too dependent on one another, and the whole relationship seems rushed and based on fear of being alone, rather than true desire for one another). Now we see in just one year, Toby is having some sort of medical/emotional crisis, and now my heart is heavy. Randall and Beth: their worst case scenario game had me laughing...like really laughing at its bleakness and honesty. I would have had those same thoughts about Deja, I just wouldn't have the courage to say it out loud. But I guess that's why R & B are such a lovely couple, because they can be dramatic and real at the same time. Deja: please leave. Lyric Ross is a wonderful actress, but I just don't really connect with her plight I guess...
  10. I don't recall at this exact moment, but was Jack hooked up to a heart monitor? He could have died the second after Rebecca left the room to make her phone calls and no hospital staff member noticed for several long moments that he was dead rendering, the resuscitation attempts fruitless. Rebecca did mention she was tired of explaining her situation "again", so I took that to mean she had been on the phone for a little while.
  11. When we first met the social worker and little boy several episodes ago I thought to myself that the social worker looked just like an adult Tess, but then I completely dismissed the thought. That is superb casting and a great twist! Overall, I really enjoyed the episode. I wasn't a puddle of tears like I expected to be, but it was still a solid episode. Mandy Moore was fantastic in her immediate denial of Jack's death (that's when I got a bit weepy). To see the reflection of Jack's dead body just laying in the hospital bed was unsettling. I didn't expect to fell as wounded as I do -- considering we have known from very early on the man is dead. I expected Randall to really break down at the kids' party but glad Beth stepped in before Randall could do just that. Not so sure how I feel about Deja coming back just yet...
  12. Earlier in the day, Rebecca is fiddling with the dial and gets a bit exasperated because the crock pot was not functioning properly -- maybe trying to turn it down to a lower setting (this happened just before Sophie calls Kevin to inform him of her acceptance to NYU)? I didn't catch this until I viewed the episode for the second time. It was such a quick little thing, but clearly showed that something was very wrong with that pot.
  13. I had the same thought about Darlene working for the FBI. I would also think she would be used to get to Elliot and/or Tyrell. This was a great episode was fantastic...but then again, I think all of them are, so I am greatly biased. This episode had a feature film quality to it, and I absolutely loved it. The pacing was more along the lines of season 1, which was welcome. I laughed out loud when Elliot stepped out of Angela's apartment wearing that Josh Groban sweatshirt (great call-back to season 1)! I prefer Mr. Robot when Elliot's mania is on full display, so I think this episode is a great start to season 3.
  14. After last week's episode, I wondered if Tyrell was Elliot's "inside man". Tyrell would work on dismantling Evil Corp from the inside (just as Colby advised Angela to do) with Elliot and fSociety doing their thing. But Tyrell would need CTO in order to pull off the plan. I dunno. Not so sure about that theory now... And each week, I feel more and more sympathy for Elliot. At the cemetery, I just wanted to grab him and hug him. Rami Malek is phenomenal and gets better and better each episode. This does make me wonder what role dear old Mother Alderson will play in future episodes...
  15. I thought she was eating an eggroll... Anyway, I loved this episode. Elliot reacting to trunk-Shayla was some of the best acting I have ever seen
