  1. https://www.spoilertv.com/2018/02/the-good-fight-season-2-first-look.html
  2. Thanks for the link. It was late last night and then I completely forgot to search for it today. I wish we could have seen more Lucy.
  3. While I totally disapprove of workplace violence, I'd silently cheer either one. I know, I know... the hypocrisy. :-)
  4. Roseanne herself seemed a lot calmer than I expected in the Hollywood Reporter interview. I also got the impression that the revival is much more of a group effort, which is great when you have such a talented bunch of writers and performers.
  5. This show...sigh. Just dropping a golden gun and a session at the gun range in out of nowhere, so subtle! And of course, $Bill has a gold plated hand gun. lol (Not really though, super bad timing with this story line.) Were the hair and wardrobe people mad at Rena Sofer yesterday? Still, she looked gorgeous in spite of it all. And poor Katie, she must really love Wyatt to sign up for the worst MIL ever. (Even when Quinn is being good there's an underlying tension/potential crazy there.)
  6. David Hogg and Cameron Kasky, Florida shooting survivors, are the top-of-show interview guests. Amy Chua, attorney and author, is the mid-show interview guest. The roundtable guests are former Attorney General Eric Holder and Presidential historian, Jon Meacham.
  7. Alas, region blocked for me. (Though it's a good reminder that I wanted to do a complete rewatch before S4 starts to air.) I don't think I remember seeing that ML was leaving but I could have missed it. ETA: I was perusing her Twitter and in January it sounded like she was in the writers room. Lots of tweets about arthritis, so I hope she didn't step down because of health reasons.
  8. Wyatt annoys me quite often but at the same time, I find it interesting when we get into his background and the Quinn/Wyatt dynamics. We haven't gotten a whole lot of that lately, which is probably good for the characters individually but I kind of miss it. And speaking of parental dynamics - Hope has a father. Why can't we have some Hope/Deacon interaction? Honestly, Deacon getting sprung from jail could complicate a lot of lives, not to mention making me happy as well...
  9. The next 2 episodes (4 & 5) dropped today. My main thought - Catherine and Beal are both annoying.
  10. Just a reminder that until it is covered in show Roseanne Conner's political evolution is off topic.
  11. I'm just entertained by the fact that Thomas and Caroline have a daughter. (Barry Allen strikes again?)
  12. Maybe they will be embedding a completely different pilot within this story?
  13. True, it was really great seeing Connor Trinneer again. I've seen him here and there the last 10 years or so but not nearly enough.
  14. I liked it too. A lot of the viewers seemed upset that they were short and not full length but I'm okay with the format. Some kind of memory wipe seems likely though any reasonable explanation is fine with me. Adding an afterthought... Catherine was much too modern day feisty for a period piece. But at this point I'm resigned to it. I don't think younger writers know any other way.
  15. Yes, this is the first time I've felt anything other than white hot anger about a society that lets their children be gunned down. :-(
  16. Looks like the first 3 episodes are up and they are free to watch. (Though you do need an account.) Stargate Command
  17. I think it was a little joke about someone else also playing Becky. Less work, less wear and tear... :-)
  18. The thing is, triangles and WTD storylines wouldn't be so bad if they would just update them for the times and not repeat the same ones over and over. (They are genre staples, after all.) It's the lack of imagination in implementing them that makes them look so threadbare. And frustrating, when you have 3 (Brooke, Liam and Nicole) characters sitting there on the canvas that could nudge the show into the nineties. Or maybe even the aughts.
  19. I haven't seen it on video but looking at the screen grab, I like it straighter. It seems more natural, less prissy anyway. Dear CBS lurkers, when the only reason I'm considering watching this episode is to check out Hope's hair your writers are doing something wrong.
  20. I think $Bill (and Still) could recover and be an interesting force to reckon with but it would need some time and consistent writing. And courage. Which I'm sure looks less appealing right now than the easier ToD nonsense.
  21. I didn't realize that the rumor wasn't soap specific. Sigh... that means we're more likely to get the Bridge trouble via their daughters. I wanted so much more for a recast Hope than that. No thanks to another iteration of the ToD.
  22. There's no doubt that without KKL/TK's salaries, it could open up the canvas a lot. Though honestly, I'd rather they shipped them off to Paris/Milan/Fargo than kill them off. No matter who it is, I'm always impressed by how good B&B is at keeping big plot twists under wraps.
