  1. I think something might be wrong with me. I find I'm rooting for Britt/Jason. I haven't cared about anything Jason since he first paired with Robin (Montauk days, etc.)

And I think Kelly T is doing a good job.  Does it make me a bad person that I think she's had a decent reboot and Bryan Craig is nowhere to be found? And that I want it to stay that way?

Previews...of course Carly's not going to step aside, Michael, she fuckin' looooooves being queen of the mob.

Maybe when NotMike returns and tries to take back his "bizness," he and Carly will go all Prizzi's Honor on each other. That could be fun.  🙄

Or maybe War of the Roses. That might be better; both spouses die in that one.

  3. Too soon, too fast!  I want more now!  Though yay for already being renewed.

    Jean Smart is a Goddess.

I love both women.  They have such great chemistry and I think Ava is finally starting to unwind and warm up a bit.  More so once she somehow gets out of this email mess.

I like Kayla but I hope they don't overuse her.  She's best in small doses.

I feel like Marcus kinda deserved that dumping cause it's karma for ratting out Ava like that.

I kind of agree but I still felt for him - they were such a good couple.

    Come on Season Two!

Chloe chasing Maxie through the forest was hilarious. This is what I want in soaps: good, solid cheese.

I think she was trying to channel Jack Nicholson from the end of The Shining. And it sort of worked, in an SNL kind of way.

I want "Mike" never to be found.  And since Nina has never worked for me, she can stay with him and they can be a happy, country couple forever.

I like that RoHo is back.  How this Doc Austin character plays out, I'll just have to wait and see.

Burton and KT have crackling chemistry.  I too cheered when Jason went into the harbor, groaned when he came back and booed when Billy Miller ended up under the bus. So I'm giving Kelly T / Britt all the credit. Just cause I want to.

It's too bad Billy Miller left, because I'd have loved to have his Drew and Frew in some sort of face-off. Does Kim go with OG Drew because he's actually Drew, or does she go with Frew because he has the memories? Which one does Monica slobber over?

This is starting to sound like a storyline for Dr. Drake Ramoray.

Just out of curiosity, how many times have you done a full rewatch of Chuck?

Five times, I think.  And I'm getting ready to go again - it's my holiday and a lot of stuff is on break show. I do skip a bunch of season 3 episodes.  I watch vs The Beard,  and then pick up again with Ep. 12, vs The American Hero.

I've started rewatches quite a few times, but life/circumstances always interrupts and I think the furthest I've ever made it was through S3.

I recommend Season 4. Timothy Dalton was so much fun. My rank of all the seasons by how much I love them: 2, 1, 4, 5 and then 3.

Damn. With all the talk about Joaquin Phoenix and Adam Driver, Sandler just slips in under the radar.  I hadn't even heard of Uncut Gems until last week when it was a preview at a movie I went to see.  Very interesting......

I can't watch the typical Sandler comedy.  I find them irritating and cringe inducing.  But I do think we're going to get Adam Sandler, Oscar nominee for this season.

I'm hearing Oscar buzz for Adam Sandler for Uncut Gems.

This year's dark horse for a nomination, I think.  Great reviews and now the movie has picked up several Indie Spirit awards nominations, including Sandler for Best Actor.

Hmmm . . . .  I forgot about Scotty. I think Scotty or Jax would have made more sense. Too bad, the real Drew is not around b/c in Franco's absence, it would have definitely been real Drew who talked to Cameron.

Or Kevin. Married to Laura, Cam's grandmother. Almost any male from that age group is a better choice than Sonny. Then again, that applies to most things.

What the heck were those lantern releases shown in the Radiance update?  Nowadays everyone is protecting the environment and trying to ban balloon releases, so why are they releasing all this waste into the stratosphere?  Unless there's something I'm missing, like it's tied to a string and is retrieved and recycled?

My first thought was 'I sincerely hope they're not in California.' Or any drought area, really.

Though I do love that scene in Tangled.

When I was a child, I looked forward to the annual holiday airing of this musical, and I still have extreme nostalgic love for it. Enough that I actually gasped when I read this post. So thanks for making my day!

Me too! And the opening shot is of him on his white horse. When I first started watching GH and saw Alan, my reaction was The Prince is on this show!

Back to present day - in only a week Nik has proven to be boring, dumb as dirt, and a whiny bitch. So... not a fan.

And the show has gone back to the well too often with ghosts appearing to their loved ones in difficult times. Ghost-Alan, Ghost-Courtney, Ghost-Stone, Ghost-Kiki (she broke the pattern a bit, in that she offered the opposite of comfort). I'd be expecting Bry-Dawg to make a victory lap as Ghost-Morgan, dropping in on Sonny and Carly, Michael, and Ava, if I didn't think they were going to bring the character back with a recast eventually.

Perhaps we're headed towards a new show incarnation: "General Hospital: Our Town."  We could have the regular cast Mon-Wed-Fri and the graveyard cast would get their soap on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I admit to being quite nostalgic at the moment, as Amazon Prime has put up the Cinderella with Stuart Damon's Prince Charming. I watched and got ridiculously teary.

  13. This is pretty good Buzzfeed list - 17 Innocent Rom-Com Moments That Are Actually Way Steamier Than Any Sex Scene

    https://www.buzzfeed.com/ehisosifo1/innocent-sexy-moments-romantic-comedies

And I'm conflicted.  I don't know whether I feel badly about myself regarding the fact there's only two movies here that I haven't seen, or absurdly proud.

I do think it's perhaps pathetic that my mind immediately flashed on at least two or three scenes to add to the list.  Not in order, but the fence climbing scene in Runaway Bride, numerous moments from Hugh Jackman in Kate and Leopold, also multiples from Notting Hill (still of the opinion Roberts and Grant had insane chemistry) and the Dirty Dancing scene in Crazy, Stupid Love.)

The Chidi scenes were great, but I really do hope he doesn't continue to be separated from the rest of the main cast for too long.

So much this.  Each episode feels like a section of the show is missing.

    I manage their social media.

    I'm doomed.

To the train switch - I was suspicious.  But I thought it possible that we had both Bad Janet and Vicki in a Michael suit working against the plan.  I'm glad it was the real Michael all along.

As the only one in the universe who doesn't hate Spinelli, even I found his analysis of the audio boring as hell.   Nobody cares.  Do it off screen.

You're never alone.  I'll join you at your table.

MEK is a silver fox and I like it.

Now that you guys have put it out there that Franco is still in there lurking, watching, and unable to communicate I had a horrible thought and I can't shake it (spins, throws salt over shoulder and spits twice) - this would be the weirdest start of a DID story ever.  FV wouldn't do that, would he? Tell he wouldn't do that and that was Ron's thing.

Timothy Omundson! I am so glad to see him return and in good health!

I burst into tears when I realized who the actor was.  This is usually a get misty show for me, and then only sometimes.  But during the stroke speech tear fest number two started and it was a full on ugly cry.

I will always associate the name Donna with Tori Spelling's character on "Beverly Hills, 90210," Donna Martin.

For me it's Donna Moss from The West Wing. Though her full name was Donatella.

Sam being charged with murder is a real stretch.  So what if she was talking about the crappy stuff Shiloh did?  So manufactured.  *Gasp* Have they possibly run out of story for Sam? And Jason? /s

Really good to see MEK. Still a fan.

Same. College shopping with Mom, I called it. And what a miserable trip it was, because she was horrible. I guess we flew out to Arizona, although I have absolutely no memory of it. But I vividly remember the campuses of both UofA and ASU. And Maryland, ugh.

So you had to know there was a chance there might be a Maryland alumnus here, yes? *raises hand* Fear the Turtle!  😉

Kim was already pretty far down the road to crazy town and I think hearing that real Drew is presumed dead drove her the rest of the way. Problem is that story is moving way too quickly and they aren't playing out the necessary beats.

Though I don't see Kim and Julian recovering from this.  I kind of like DeVry and hope that this mess doesn't leave his character stranded with nothing to do but try and rein in a now homicidal Brad.

Which reminds me - where the fork is Lindstrom? He should be a part of this.  Franco wakes up, Kevin excuses himself to take a phone call, and we haven't seen him since.

You tell him, Robert.  Between the poofy hair on that actor Wes and his scowling and glaring, his character comes off like a petulant teenager.

His hair reminds me of the poofy hairstyles women had in the 1910s. All that's missing is the bun.

It makes me think of Gumby.
