  1. I donated through PayPal and I think those donations don't show up on the page so there may even be more than that.
  2. He was bragging about how Robin was a hot commodity and he managed to snag her. He referred to her as the "Hot Model". I watch the Tik Tok summaries so I don't have to suffer the insufferable KOdy, I just get the good stuff. Does anyone know what he means when he says that now that they are split "they no longer cover each others sins in a cloak of charity"? He spews so many words. Starts blabbing about the "sacred loneliness again". He also complains that his public persona has now made him and Robin the "heels of the show".
  3. Okay, the part about him snagging "the diesel jeans model" was just painful. He is so unaware of how all this sounds. He was bragging that he won the prize. Well now he has his prize and lost his family, oh well.
  4. I saw comments about the kiss and came here because I think she removed that picture. I don't see it in her montage.
  5. Sander is a Social Media Influencer and recently started a new job within that field. Griffen is in Law School and will graduate UF this spring. He is focusing on tax law.
  6. Has Amy spoke about her diabetes? I watch but sometimes not really paying attention. It may be gestational but I do not think Continuous Glucose Monitors are easy to get or affordable for someone without a Diabetes diagnosis. I spotted the Freestyle Libre on her arm during the doctor visit last evening. I have LADA and have been wearing one for 6 years so I notice. If so her diet is doing even more damage.
  7. Each and every one of them is divorced. Christine is just the last to leave a situation she was extremely unhappy with. Between now and dead it wasn't how she wanted to live. Meri probably divorced against her will but ever the martyr she went along for "the family". They are hypocrites, well except Janelle because she seems to get it but they have all divorced and if I'm correct all those divorces were 'legal ones. So happy for Christine and can't wait for Janelle to complete her quiet quitting and head for the road or maybe Coyote Pass with a garden and a cure little house.
  8. I think some people really live their lives waiting on the jackpot that may be an inheritance. I have BIL who still complains about a vacation home on Cannon Beach that went to his stepmother when his father died, still complains 25 years later. Gripes about how wealthy he could have been and the struggles he has. I tend to live by the motto that an old boss of mine held, "my dying does not mean you win the lottery". He owned a restaurant and his son thought he would just walk right in and it would be his once he was all grown up.
  9. I saw a video recently about this being done (as an experiment) to adults in a professional environment. They all hated it and found it demeaning and degrading and led to less productivity on the job.
  10. Not sure where the grow operation that Jacob showed on Instagram is but maybe the farm? He posted his greenhouse recently. He also posted about mushroom hunting and he can make some money doing that too. I mushroom hunt with my Lagotto and we can do well on a good hunt. I don't see so much wrong with Jacob and his lifestyle, at this point we have no real indication he lives off Matt/Karen, Amy/Chris or the government. Living as he does isn't costing a ton of money if he is frugal. I spent my early 20s and 30s living in The Bush and my life was so similar, I looked dirty at times, I scraped by, I grew food (and other stuff), hunted for food (both Flora and Fauna), I hauled water, chopped food and lived in cabins & trailers with limited electricity. It was hard and I was never a diehard live there until I die person but damn I learned a lot and the kids learned to be resilient and take care of themselves. I am one who is not ready to write him off just yet, especially on the basis that he doesn't conform to the societal norm of a linear life.
  11. I think Moriah & Micah have been hurt by her personally but she is their mother and many people forget/forgive the horrible things their parents do. Ethan will have a more difficult time as she hurt the woman he loves. I think we all are easier to forgive when it's personal and react a bit more intensely and are more protective of the ones we love. Ethan seems to be terribly damaged by his parents actions and may have a more difficult time dealing with the hypocrisy due to his personality and the way he processes the information.
  12. I didn't mean normal in the sense of the the parental unit configuration I guess a better word would have been average middle class family of one sort or another with nothing that would stand out as a red flag. I shouldn't have used the word "normal".
  13. Well the one I am FB friends with, don't want to give up too much info but she had a pretty normal average middle class family life with no outwardly visible red flags as far as I could tell.
  14. The parental unit stopped posting FB updates about the show so who knows.
  15. Well it is and ugh, it's so bad for so many reasons. I even know her grandparents and i hope they aren't watching.
  16. It is so difficult to watch this show knowing the parents/family of one of the crew. First time I’ve had this experience and I hope it’s the last. So cringe worthy.
  17. I have been following an ex Mormon (AUB) on TikTok, he is super refreshing and interesting. The other evening he did a live where he listened to Nirvana for the first time and ate Sushi. @thefreshkingbenjamin is his name. I am learning so much about how actual crazy it all is. His last name is Brown, so maybe someone can do some sleuthing. I’m sure it’s a pretty common name though.
  18. The video doesn't prove it but I think it would be pretty bad for her to claim she's at Harvard when she's not. The still I posted above is from the Tik Tok/Instagram video where each family member jumped in with their school colors claiming the school they were currently attending or the school(s) where the obtained their degrees. It is a generic white background and could very well have been shot over holiday break. Most people that do this for a living shoot multiple videos and post them at a later date. I would just think lying about attending Harvard would kill her future chances at Harvard and maybe even other colleges.
  19. I know people have been wondering about Jazz and Harvard. Sander posted this video about a week ago. I think I saw it on Tik Tok first. Jazz at Harvard
  20. So is Charlie supposed to be Charlie Goodnight? They are up in that area of the world but I thought they moved on from the panhandle.
  21. I have a Civil Engineering Degree with a Geomatics emphasis which makes me a Land Surveyor but I am now a GISP (because that's what the cool kids do🤩). I have been working in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for 20 years now. I agree with everything you said above.
  22. I am one of those students too. I made it through a year and a half of college and left. I had never had to develop any study habits to get A's in AP classes, I did well on SATs, actually scoring higher on the 2nd round after staying out all night partying. I didn't care because my first scores were high enough. I apprenticed as a chef and built a career in that field before going back to college in my late 30s to get an engineering degree, math was easy the writing and other classes were a struggle. I hype she succeeds but it is tough if you do not have those study skills.
  23. It was lamb, rack of lamb to be exact. Rayna expressed her love of lamb while sitting down to eat. I am sure it has been served to guests at times. Not super unusual. It's usually roasted in an oven but can be cooked on a grill.
  24. I don't' think it is a matter of credits transferring but a matter of her status at Harvard. She was accepted as an incoming freshman and if she takes any college credits during her year of deferment she would lose the freshman status and become a transfer student. In most cases this means applying again as a transfer, risk losing incoming freshmen scholarship money and even losing a spot in a competitive major. You start the entire process all over again. I have 2 nephews and a niece who deferred 2020 entry and they were all told this by their schools.
