Pedestrian is the word I'd use to describe Nikki Carr's material. Geez--it's all base-level, broad, observational humor about race and weight. Almost nothing surprising in any of her sets this season, IMO. Lachlan has some clever moments and turns, at least.
Joe and Rod Man were by far the best two comics this season. I have no idea why Keenan feels "tricked" or whatever, simply because Joe's gaining a bit of confidence on stage. I agree that I prefer his slightly more nervous delivery, but the quality of the jokes hasn't changed. I just don't see how, on that basis, you can rank Joe under Lachlan and Nikki. Sigh...
