Don't you think, though, if she had the baby, there'd be pictures? There's absolutely no mention that I can see, either way -- neither of a birth, nor of a loss.

I have a feeling either she didn't have the baby yet, or she decided to terminate the pregnancy, since there are no new baby pictures on either her Twitter https://twitter.com/bettiejonjosh, Instagram https://www.instagram.com/bettiejosue/or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Joshygirl accounts. I don't know how much time has passed since when the "update" show was filmed, and today (ie when was she due to deliver her baby?).

Nothing. They left us hanging. I was so disappointed with the way they handled this episode. Why didn't they just wait to finish filming until BettyJo's situation had some type of resolution? Is she still pregnant?? Did she have the baby??? Although my DirecTV synopsis said she had a "cancer diagnosis", not once in the show did I hear those words. Did she have the surgery??

According to his facebook page, he has some sort of nerve injury to his neck. He has lost a lot of weight and looks gaunt. I hope he is ok.

Boy, the attitudes on this show!!! I can't help but wonder, just a little bit, if Z's tears were because deep down, she too feels she needs to lose more weight to be happy. She just doesn't look (facially) or act happy, period. I think it goes much, much, much deeper than her weight and perceptions. She's just not a happy person anymore. And Olivia....so disappointed to see the way she was acting. Like a crackhead without her fix. But it took her sister, agreeing with what Dr. Now was saying to motivate her to change...but no apology to Dr. Now for her rude, childish behavior. He was getting slammed from all sides in that episode.

I agree. Ben looked happy, and like he was having fun. Jessa, on the other hand, looked bored/uncomfortable/unhappy/whatever. the whole time they were in the studio. She was cringing when she heard Ben's rap; I actually felt bad for him -- she could have pasted on some fake adoration then. Neither of them works, right? I don't understand how they have a relatively nice vehicle, and can afford to fly from here to here (and I agree with an earlier poster -- did they really need to fly there??? Couldn't they have driven???) with no visible means of income. On an off note....Anna is almost unrecognizable to me these days.

I was a bit let down by this episode. There were some interesting possibilities, but it was like a kite that just never seemed to make it up into the high clouds.

Because if she says it enough, her heart will believe it. I'm not making this stuff up!!! There is a faction out there that believes that our emotions are ruled by our heart and not our head, but if we focus on what is in our head(instead of reacting because of our emotions), what we tell ourselves over and over again, we can change our thinking, and not fall back on emotions.

I couldn't watch either. Another Duggar style baby shower. They really are grasping at straws.

Maybe it's a personal choice of theirs that he only gets the breast, and not a bottle filled with breast milk? I dunno. There are people like that out there. Whatever floats your boat.

I wonder if that mean old guy who said to Melissa in the grocery story, "Smilin' huh?" and then to his friend, "You see, when you get bigger, you just get yourself a bigger wagon!", ever saw this show and saw himself on there? I always feel so bad for her when I see that clip.

I was wondering why Ashley was eating out of that giant bowl. Don't they still need to limit the amount of food they eat??

The other Gilbert comment I noticed (and that bothered me) was when he was telling the EMT's, "She broke the toilet", or she's stuck on there, or something...and he had this little smile on his face, like, "Can you believe it, man???" I don't give Gilbert a pass for cheating. If you don't like it (the situation you're in), leave. If you stay, then stay, and honor your wedding vows. Can't have it both ways.

Not doubting at all what you're saying -- many of you here have watched this family far more closely than me. I'm fascinated that they would admit they're not caring for their child. Can I ask what exactly they said?? :)
