  1. I think most of the letter has been deciphered on reddit and it's pretty clear it is to LF.
  2. He initially just said he was responsible for bringing a character back but later on in a radio interview he was asked if the character was Jon Snow or the Hound and he said the Hound.
  3. I know he got a lot of flack but he did reveal his character was responsible for bringing the Hound back, which was the sole reason the character was on the show, so more like he gave away everything than he gave away Nothing.
  4. She's Jorah's cousin in the books and in the show.
  5. While watching I did take the Arya scenes at face value (though did find a couple of things a little off, mainly how out in the open she was being) but now I'm pretty sure we are looking at a fake out. It just remains to be seen by whom. Either Jaqan testing the Waif and possibly also giving Arya a way out (if he never intended her becoming No One) using Faceless Man Magic. or Arya using Theatrical props and fake blood to get the League of Assassins to believe she is now dead. I'll have to look at the scene again to see if Arya's movement is what leads the Waif to go for a belly stabbing rather than a throat slitting or something else. There is of course the scene
  6. I believe so. In previous seasons the Night's King was played by someone else but in this season the character is played by this guy
  7. We were told Ned was about to head off to the Eyrie to be fostered (and meet Robert for the first time), Brandon being older probably had already been sent somewhere to be fostered which is why he wasn't in the scene.
  8. Jaime's note to Doran explains that he is sending Trystane back to Dorne for his own safety but he wants the heads of Elleria and the Sand Snakes for murdering Myrcella.
  9. Ser Alfred Hunrith cast. Who? You may well be asking. Some speculation that it's a fake name to hide who he is playing (suggestions being Arthur Dayne, Rhaegar or young Ned Stark among others) or could just be a made up show only character or even a new character from Book 6.
  10. Mel is a Red Priestess and a Shadowbinder. I've always assumed it's the 2nd of these that give her the power to create Shadowbabies. It's possible that all Red Priests/Priestesses are Shadowbinders but we know it's not a power exclusive to them (Quaithe is one as well, plus ).
  11. At least two people find Ned sitting with Lyanna's body (and presumably new born son). We know this as Ned remembers "they" finding him. One of these is no doubt Howland Reed, another is likely Wylla. We are told that only Ned and Howland survive from the party of seven they came with so the other person/people that make up "they" were likely at the ToJ already. We know Wylla is part of the cover up (as she claims or at least doesn't deny that Jon is her son) and as it's likely there was a midwife there with Lyanna when she was pregnant it makes sense for this to be Wylla. So Wylla is probably one person who knows pretty much everything. There may well have been lots of other people at the ToJ as we also know that Ned has the tower torn down to make Carns for the fallen. It's unlikely that this demolition was carried out by just Ned, Howland and Wylla so there must have been others around as well. Of course these extra people could be more of Neds men who arrive at the tower a little later.
  12. No, you're not right. Real world example. If Prince Charles dies before Queen Elisabeth II then his Son William becomes Heir and not his Brother Andrew. Andrew is in fact behind William (who is followed by his two Children) and Williams brother Harry. There have of course been cases (in Westeros and the real world) where the order has been ignored (Aegon V becoming King for example) but if you keep to the actual order any legitimate sons of Rhaegar would be before Viserys (and Dany). That's why Aegon (if the real deal) is a big thing, his claim to the Throne is better than Dany's.
  13. Aegon (and an unborn brother if legitimate) would be ahead of Viserys (and any younger brothers he had). If the Heir (Rheagar) dies you then go to the Heirs Sons and not the Heirs brothers.
  14. That was actually said when he visited the Castle Black Set and looked up at the quarry wall (400 feet high) they were using for The Wall..
