  1. Well looks like it was confirmed it was Killer Shark.
  2. True it did look like a great white, but I think when Geoff Johns revamped The Shark, he made it more Great White than Tiger. At least the artist (Ethan Van Shiver drew it that way).
  3. Ok first off, an OK episode. Basically a "fix it" episode where as shoe horning a black actor into the Firestorm role for the spin off. Ok, can we finally move on now? ( By the way, Coud they have made him any more "black"? All that was missing was a gold grill and his pants hanging below his ass. And why didn't they use the established black character of Jason Rusch???) Anyhow, as for our surpise at the end the episode, that was NOT King Shark, but the often misidentified The Shark, a known Green Lantern villain: Karshon, a tiger shark mutated by nuclear waste into a humanoid monstrosity. Despite his heightened intelligence, he is still motivated by his bloodthirsty instincts.
  4. Ok when the two Flashes jogged around that brick column, I immediately thought of the immortal Flash cover #123! I was totally not expecting it! Well done! Loved it! But why does Jay not have his powers? Will he slowly get them back? The E2 STAR Labs looked intact, yet why are there so many meta humans and Jay (and Zoom) is a Flash?
  5. Ok, finally read some of the responses to my questions about iris and the police captain. I have been away from comics for a while and was unaware about those changes. Now it seems silly I even asked about it. But it is a tad strange there are still no black guys in Central City even remotely interested in Iris? Just saying....
  6. Flash has always been close to GL, and with the constant references to Coast City seen in a few episodes, it is only a matter of time till Hal Jordan shows up (and probably will be a spin-off series). My bets are season three (with maybe a foreshadowing/seed planting in season 2)
  7. I just don't get why he is clearly evil, yet constantly is helping. Caring, knowledgeable, nice and understanding. He appears to be the real Wells at some points, then becomes Thawne at others. I wonder if when he absorbed Wells, he didn't absorb His personality too?
  8. Ok, well this is the thread to ask it, so don't hate.... WHY IS IRIS BLACK???? There I said it. Obviously, they added it as a modern take on her and she was white in the comics, but EVERY White guy has the hots for her? And she seems to ONLY date white guys with ZERO black guys even looking at her, so again I ask, why is she black? Plus, if we ever see Wally West show up, he will now have to be black as all the West's are black now. Don't get me wrong, I like the characters/actors, but just don't get why they had to change it for sake of changing them for diversity sake. And why did the make the police captain gay??? Again, they made him gay for diversity sake... And don't get me started on the chic from Arrow on why she dresses like a nerd hooker ALL the time (or her cougar Mom)??? Ahhh the CW at its prime....
  9. Here's a crazy thought, what if Henry Allen is actually Barry from the future? Since they are keeping Mark Hamil as Original Trickster, why not Mr. SHIPP as original Flash? In the flashback, we see Reverse Flash get trapped in time, what happened to Flash? It could have been Flash from future who also got stuck in past and has been pretending to be Barry's "Dad" all that time? (Note a different man was Barry's real father that we don't know yet)
