The rest of you did a fantastic job of illuminating all the shortcomings of this ridiculous phoned-in waste of time before I even finished watching it here on the West coast, so I'll just bitch about one particular bit of dialogue that was straight out of an MST3K "They just didn't care!" feature: Jackson talks to April on the fourth of July, having not spoken to her since Memorial Day, and explains that he's recently replaced their couch due to a spill during "a really exciting National-League playoff game"....NEVER MIND THAT NATIONAL-LEAGUE PLAYOFF GAMES TAKE PLACE IN OCTOBER.
