Where did they get so many working walkie-talkies?

Why can't they just tell the story? Start at the beginning and show us what happens. So tired of flashbacks and jumping around timelines.

None of the Saviours even thought to test the bullets in even one gun ahead of time?

I have often had to pull my horses out of pasture because they get too fat, though you would indeed need some pretty spooky and hard to catch horses if they were turned loose....lol! Those horses were pretty calm and laid back, I found out from a horse friend in GA that the horses have been recycled on the show. The horse that Morgan rode to search for Carol last season was the one pulling the cart in this episode. I wonder if Shiva can eat walkers? If so...never ending supply of cat food.

If Aaron had not found Rick's group, where would they be now? Better off? Or overwhelmed by the herds? it didn't seem that they were being that self sufficient in Alexandria, hence the lawns versus what should have been gardens and fruit trees, more layers of barbed wire fencing and trenches outside, etc. (just what I think I would be doing for a safer encampment). So it is a double edge sword, they haven't brought good luck but maybe they kept worse things from happening?

I hope the tainted meat doesn't make it's way to Daryl though :(

Was Carol wearing a GPS tracking device? And...wasn't that a booty knock on the door? I'm rewatching this episode right now. No way can I rewatch the season premiere again. I loved TTD telling how they used peanut butter on the actors, image going home at night and telling your family "I got painted in peanut butter and licked to death (on screen, as zombies) by pigs" about your day at work. I did LOVE seeing the horses and hope they use them more and more. Seven seasons in, fuel and vehicles would not be running all that reliably.
