Amen! I would've told him that he could sue me in Small Claims Court if he wanted money for his phone. Would have told him when he appeared in court for the case to be expecting to be served his own papers for the many people who were going to be suing him.One problem, the producers would be afraid that others might be afraid to appear on the show because of what they allowed Nev to get away with. Producers would never allow it, and too bad because I believe that everyone would be cheering.
I just saw this now because it made it on the list of New & Max's 15 Craziest Catfish Moments which aired last night. It was #1.
Of course then he wouldn't have taken him to his "recording studio" with his "sound engineer" which I guess was pretty funny (I only read about it as it wasn't aired last night).
So they should have waited until the very last moment to let him know. Like after saying goodbye add a by the way....about your phone.......well, sue us, yada yada ya.
