  1. Happy to have found the forum for this show. I wasn't expecting a lot when I started and was hooked pretty quickly. I loved that the teenagers looked like teens and more importantly acted like teens. It gave me Skam vibes in both those respects. Can't wait for S2 and what the look at the end meant.
  2. Delilah: I'm sure you've been talking to Eddie? Katherine: My husband? Why yes I have. Bring on snarky Katherine because it's a better look than overly helpful Katherine. Delilah is an ass. How she has friends is beyond me. Don't care about this PJ storyline that much but I don't get all this anger towards his dad. Sad to say I didn't care that Rome's mom died, but I did like his talk with Gina about how yes he was sad but it wasn't depression. His mom is dead so him feeling sad is a valid reaction.
  3. Really didn't like this episode. Happy Katherine was back but this show is not really committed to the cheating storyline and the actual fallout. They don't seem to be committed to ANY storyline just characters acting and rarely reacting in a realistic manner over a sustained period of time.
  4. They really should leave this little tidbit in an interview and not let it become canon. At this stage it will just make people loathe Delilah more as if that were possible.
  5. So I thought the premiere was fine borderline good for me. I was worried based on something I saw in a preview that Katherine/Theo would be part of the group shot and maybe it still happens later but I am very pleased it didn't happen this episode. In fact I thought Katherine's actions were understandable and Grace Park sold her inability to even look at Eddie in her bedroom scene. Wasn't a huge fan of leaving Theo alone but I've decided to believe she waited till she saw Eddie's car and bounced because this isn't the 80s Katherine can't leave 7 year olds home alone. Thought it was interesting that Gary knew this whole time but I still have problems with the way these friends just handwave this massive breach of trust. Rome/Regina is going to get messy unless he is serious about wanting them more than he wants a baby. I genuinely dislike Delilah, even more than Eddie. It's mostly how shocked she looked at the idea that Katherine left. It's like Delilah has no thought that Katherine has feelings and that maybe hanging with her ex and his baby momma was not what any rational woman would do 3 days after finding out the truth. Eddie I don't give a deep sigh because he and Kath3rine have chemistry but he made a whole ass baby with another woman. He was having unprotected sex with another woman and then lied to Katherine after the affair came out for months, how can she ever trust him? He and Delilah sharing secret talks about naming their child. Please someone find Katherine a new man and spin them off into a new show. The lactation nurse was so over the top I didn't feel sorry for Delilah just resented their obvious attempt to make me feel sorry for her. But I'm tired of victim Delilah so ehh.
  6. So I saw 2 other sneak peeks when I was on YouTube. One is of the guys stealing some crib and the other is of Chandler Riggs character seeing Maggie as a therapist. However, I watched some s2 preview and it struck me that the thing that bothers me about this show is how the characters don't react like normal people. What triggered me was seeing Katherine and Theo in some group pic with the whole crew and Delilah and the new baby. That is not normal, no wife who had been cheated on would be over it that quickly. I wish this show would allow characters to react realistically without trying force this fake bond. Basically I want a show with Katherine saying fuck everyone and getting new friends, still upset the office romance was killed last season for her to be crapped on with this Eddie/Delilah mess again.
  7. So you can see the first scene of S2 by liking some tweet by Million Little Things and they send you the first scene. Eddie does tell Katherine that the baby is his and she tells him to go to the hospital to be there for the baby the way that he wasn't there for her. She's upset with him understandably and is crying as he leaves to go be there for the baby and Delilah. She is the one that tells Eddie Delilah is in labor. Eddie sucks, Katherine deserves better, same as last season.
  8. I wish the pairings were Matt/Claire and Karen/Frank.
  9. I realized after binging the season that I can't stand Sydney and she's going to wear on me next season.
  10. Yeah, not sure I can back Naomi here. It would be one thing if she let them know what she was up to, but to pretend like you're following ship protocol and going with the majority and then go behind their back. I guess one can make the parallel for when Holden did it on the Cantebury but that led them to a massive mess. Amos is awesome and interesting in the way he tries to solve problems. He knows Alex is upset and he's willing to pick a fight to just get it out there. I wonder how he will react to Naomi's actions. I do think it's interesting that Holden and Amos at the end of the day are from Earth and seem to still have some connection to Earth while Alex is aligned to Mars and Naomi to the Belt. They will protect each other and back each other but at the end of the day there is a divided loyalty going on. Chrisjen calmly stating she would destroy Mao's family and then building to a crescendo about the hellfire she would rain down on them all while Errinwright sits there shitting his pants was amazing. The Mars crew is not getting enough attention so I was confused about what happened there, like I understand that they were attacked by something but that is the weakest part of the story. Fred Johnson is going about handling a person like Holden in the complete wrong way. I don't trust him with the nukes and making Holden jumpy is just going cause a mess for him later. It seems like Holden has been above board for the most part with all parties with the information he has at the time but poking into his ship and insinuating things is just going to be a mess. I wonder if Fred will try to make a play for Naomi to bring her over to the Tycho side. I was shocked he was still in charge at Tycho, is that because the Mormon ship wasn't destroyed at the end of the day? Sad to see the Martian captain go. Happy Chrisjen shot down that guy that was trying to hit on her, he should be an interesting character. Th episode wasn't as exciting as last week but I still enjoyed it.
  11. So since the Mormon ship didn't hit Eros does that mean the Mormon's will able to get their ship back or is ship on a course to the sun as well?
  12. "Mistakes" don't usually end with you serving 20 years to life in a maximum security prison. I truly hated the judgmental tone they insisted on taking with the mom. It was clear to me that she most likely killed someone or led to the death of someone, that is first degree murder type of sentence.
  13. This episode tested my patience because I really am only in it for Jane/Roman/Patterson at this point. I totally agree with slf and Chaos Theory that it makes no sense to have Jane okay with the FBI especially after an episode like this when she is forced to work with a man that tortured her for months. She should be skeptical of the FBI and the US Govt as currently constructed. Which is why my continued plea for a Jane/Roman road trip of just kicking ass should be in play. Just saying... Again, Jane/Roman were my favorite parts of the episode, her desperation to save him and help her brother just speaks to me. It is interesting that based on the background we have been shown I would say that it is the opposite that Jane should have been the one who is incapable of empathy, Roman has shown empathy repeatedly and when he realized that his sister didn't remember him and viewed him as a killer he tried to adjust for her approval. Even his inability to kill Jane when confronted by Shepherd shows me there is something there. Reade/Zapata were boring to me. Weller and baby mama was boring as well, I do think the show realized it wasn't working so they just shipped her off. I thought she was going to tell him that she didn't want him to be involved and that Connor was a better potential father. This works. I thought Patterson's headaches were going to be related to her torture. I kinda want to see Jane/Alice recover all her memories and see how it meshes with the character we know now.
  14. Seriously, all the scenes. Jane/Roman continue to be the highlight for me and I think they act so well with each other. And they're such a badass fighting crew, I may watch this show if it was just them kicking ass and solving the clues with Patterson of course.
  15. Allison is truly awful. She has this constant need to be the victim in every encounter she has with other people. Why was she skulking around the school/daycare? Why not show that you are taking positive steps and are ready to be a parent again by giving Cole/Luisa a call to let them know that you are coming back to town and would like to see Joanie. Based on the phone call with the mysterious person it appeared that her plan was to try to speak with Cole for the first time in front of Joanie. Who does that? Why doesn't she understand that this process needed to be handled delicately given how quickly and abruptly she left. I would feel for Allison if I thought that she actually was trying to be better but it honestly seems that her expectation in life is for everyone else to accommodate her. I feel for Joanie and Luisa, I feel for Cole too but I need to see what he plans on doing because he needs to be firm with Allison.
  16. I read the quote and it didn't seem to me that he was saying that. Here was the quote: Especially with the last line it seemed like he was acknowledging that Wes has been hanging out in the muck at this stage.
  17. Wes was crossing things out as it related to the immunity deal, he was angling for blanket immunity. Then when the cops left he retrieved the voicemail from Annalise and snuck out of the station. Someone pointed out that Wes could have been attempting blanket immunity to confess to her murder, but we may never know unless he runs over the deal with someone else.
  18. The only way I see it is if he accidentally killed Wes while he was drunk. Which would be slightly ironic given all the complaining he has done about Wes and having to cover the Sam thing up. However, I do think it would so very dark to have another member of the Keating 5 be the one to kill Wes accidentally or not.
  19. So Pete confirmed that Annalise has been arrested for Wes's murder. I wonder if that means they will ever bring up Rebecca again because I am interested in why they would assume that Annalise had killed Rebecca at this stage. Anyway, it also appears that the anonymous source is not Wes necessarily so is it an anonymous source who is saying that Annalise killed Wes because that is what the charges were based on.
  20. I think that is why they charged her with arson and first degree murder. I think they may switch tactics and claim that she killed Wes because he was going to provide evidence to the police. And if they retrieve the message on the phone telling him to come over, then they will use it as proof.
  21. Plus, the murder they are questioning her about happened in Philly and I assume the body was buried in Philly. This is just a function of a show not understanding jurisdiction or anything law related really. The NY cops would not be interested in the Rebecca murder and they certainly would not be at the disposal of the Philly DA.
  22. If it were not for Sam killing an innocent person Sam and Rebecca would not be killed. It is not Wes' fault that Bonnie decided to kill Rebecca. Additionally, what exactly did Wes' obsession force anyone to do? He didn't force Annalise to take the case and he certainly didn't force Annalise to continue on with the case when she realized that her husband was a suspect. It always seemed that Wes' biggest flaw was that he was so desperate for figuring out the truth. He knew something was up and he questioned things. I understand people hate Rebecca but she would have ended up in jail for the rest of her life for something Sam did. I never faulted her trying to figure out what had happened. She would have been a fool to trust Annalise and I applaud every character that doesn't blindly follow Annalise because she is not a good guide. She went to Nate as a former detective and he should have probably taken her to the police but he had other interests. She was annoying and abrasive but she wasn't all that wrong in her motivation in trying to figure out who really killed Lila. I do like your point about the title maybe indicating that they no one gets away with murder. It's a fair point. I do wonder who they will blame for their lives being a mess now that Wes has paid for his murder because unless the show ends soon they will be in something else soon enough. And then he snuck out of the station, avoiding the cops and Nate. Wes didn't snitch on anyone. I think this ties into how they found Rebecca's body and why they would assume that Annalise had murdered the girl.
  23. Seriously, how does this even work though. I know that these guys have done bad things but this death just seems like it would run almost too deep for me to believe that these guys are just going to be worrying about grades and classes in the second half of the season. I mean if Laurel is actually pregnant with his baby what is the story for her? I almost feel like it was a bit too dark, all the other murders have been people peripheral to the group and the story and it was about watching these people twist out of the fucked up things they did, now though they will be dealing with the death of someone they knew and in some cases loved. I am interested in how the show moves on, not because I think the show can't go on without the character of Wes but in this moment I can't see the structure of the show remaining the same. We'll see.
  24. Good interview. I really do flove Alfie. I hope that he gets something else, I know he did a play but the man is too pretty to disappear from my television forever.
  25. She was eyeing him really hard in the last episode. This Annalise "snitching" thing is a distraction from the real killer.
