I think the dream sequence showed us that Sonny's feelings for Sparkle are in the past. He loves Will and Arianna now. They are his family and he is afraid that he will lose them...If he does get back together with Sparkle, it will be because he is in pain from Will's betrayal.

Why must Whoopie always complain about having to spend money on taxes and tolls. She was whining about $14 today. Is she for real? Does she not realize that she is rich and that is rather offensive and off-putting as a regular person to have to watch her whine about money....She is truly disgusting...she does this all the time under the guise of defending us little people. She needs to stop..She treats her colleagues on the panel like they are dumb. She has to dominate the conversation and cut people off when they don't share her opinion...Familiarity breeds contempt..I have nothing but contempt for that woman....I would be remiss in not mentioning her title, the movie stah..Whoopie Goldberg....

As a Wilson fan, I find Will's inability to take responsibility off-putting. He alone is at fault for his infidelity. I still maintain that the infidelity story would have worked better with Sonny due to his past with Sparkle. Plus, it would have been good to see Sonny screw up for once. I would have liked to see Will's reaction to that, especially since he was so self-righteous and condescending towards Sami, when EJ cheated on her with Abifail. This story makes no sense and that is why soaps are dying..When the audience is left confused and saying that this character would never do this or that..You have lost them...Will's cheating makes no sense at all and that is why the writers who wrote this drivel got fired.....I could see Will cheating out of revenge, if Sonny had been the one to cheat first...Sparkle is very weird, why is he calling Will to shoot the breeze with him..He should be staying away from Will out of respect for Sonny...I read on another board, that even Guy Wilson was perplexed as to why Will would cheat on Sonny...Even the actors know this story is stupid.....

I do think Sonny and Sparkle will date for a while....I also believe that there will be a guy coming for Will and I do think that Sonny's nightmare will come true. The only difference it will be the new guy taking his place by Will and Ari's side and not Paul. I don't think Will would keep Ari away from Sonny. However, I could see him not wanting Paul anywhere near her... Paul and Will are civil for now, I expect that to change in the future.....

Will should be contrite in expressing remorse for his actions. He should be begging Sonny for forgiveness, not deflect the blame onto Sonny. His lack of contrition shows his lack of maturity. He is an adult and a father, when you make a mistake, you own them and try to move on from it...I do think that he and Sonny will try and work things out for Ari's sake, but, Sparkle will be a blight on their path of reconciliation. If the rumors are true that Will had flirted with a guy out in LA and that guy shows up in Salem looking for Will. Sonny will think the worst and that Will had cheated on him out there as well..Once you lose somebody's total trust, it is hard to get it back....Sparkle will definitely be back together with Sonny.

Yes, Will is a liar and a cheater...That is a fact. However, he is not devious or manipulative. I don't understand why Sonny would attribute Will with those qualities. If he was, he would have been able to give Sonny better justifications for his infidelity. His asinine excuses exposed his immaturity and lack of deviousness. He could have easily said that Paul seduced him or worst that Paul raped him...I don't think Will even knows why he did what he did..I don't think Sonny knows Will as well as he thought he did...In his conversation with Kate, he seemed to be protecting Sparkle and condemning Will. I understand his anger and hurt, but accusing Will of being that sick and devious is not cool at all.. It is obvious that Sonny really loves his family and I think that dream showed us that...Perhaps, Sparkle brings out Sonny's hidden insecurities. In his dream, he saw himself replaced by Sparkle in his family. Does he believe that sparkle is a better man for Will and perhaps a better for father for Ari. I think the show will tell us about Sparkle/Sonny romance..I get the feeling that it was not a bed of roses with them.... Did anyone noticed the smirk on Paul's face when he had a flashback to Sonny putting him on blast about sleeping with his husband? What was that about? He looked like the cat that ate the canary...

What I find really stupid about the Jennifer/Eve rivalry is that I don't remember it being intense. They were never the Viki/Dorian of days of our lives. They disliked each other back when Charlotte Ross was in the role, but, it was never more than dislike. As usual the idiots in charge contrived another infidelity plot because they are incapable of writing character-driven stories. I don't believe Eve written in character would do this to her daughter. Just like Will and Sami would never cheat on their respective spouses...Eve was a complex woman who had complicated relationships with Shane and Kim. Jack and Eve were friends as well, I don't think that she would hate JJ because he is Jack's son. Their marriage of convenience was mutually beneficial. I always loved Eve and Nick Corelli, it was an intense, creepy and complicated relationship. Back then Days of our lives had competent writers that knew how to write complicated and nuanced relationships..That is why they were always known as the supercouple soap. Jennifer was never self-righteous and judgmental, if that was the case she would never have gotten involved with Jack... She believed in Jack and encouraged him to be a better man. Her intense devotion to him endeared her to me....It pains me to see Jennifer like this. I always loved the Johnson siblings together. Steve, Jack, Adrienne and their mother Jo were awesome together. Days was on fire back in those day, I wished that they could hire those writers back....

Schillinger just won an Oscar last night. I am so happy..he was always a great actor and he gave schillinger layers.. He was not just a mustache twirling villain...congratulations to a wonderful actor....

Jennifer is a self-righteous bitch and Dan needs to go away. I cannot believe we lost jack for this asshole. What was Corday thinking...I wish jack would come back, his family needs him, especially jj.

I don't think Massey would come back due to the way that he was let go from the show..Plus, he was no longer interested in doing the show and wanted to move on. I also think that the rigorous taping schedules and the fact that they have to do everything in one take does affect some actors' performances..I don't think that they have acting coaches on set anymore due to budget cuts. I am pretty sure the best actors in other genres are allowed to do retakes and reshoots for as many times as they can, in order to get the right shot...There is something about NewWill that I like, despite his weak performances....Perhaps, it is because he seems to be more comfortable in the love scenes with Freddie than Massey. Massey seemed to always be uncomfortable in simulating sex with another man. That is my unpopular opinion of the day.... I don't think Guy is ugly at all, he is very cute in his pictures online..He has beautiful eyes... The show seems to not know how to style people on the show...They make newEve look old and haggard and she is not that way in real life...

I dont know if there are any As the world turns fans on here, but, Julianne Moore just won an oscar for best Actress..I am so happy for her...She was great as Frannie/Sabrina on that show...If I am not mistaken, Douglas Marland was so impressed by her talent that he created a dual role for her. Who says that daytime actors are horrible..An alumni just won an Oscar award....I hope the new writers fix Wilson.... Who am I kidding! This is Higley here, she might give Will DID to explain his actions and say that Sami pimped him out to pedophiles..She is such a hack..She ruined Jessica on one life to live, the character never recovered from her writing.... The days of our lives in my head is so much better than the one that is airing on NBC..Steve,Bo, Jack are back with their Wives..Steve, Bo and Hope run a detective agency. Dan has died a horrible death, Melanie has left town to deal with her grief after finding out that she was not Carly's daughter. Chloe lied, the baby is Philip's and not Dan's..Chloe and Brady are back together. Wilson are together dealing with marital life, happily raising their daughter and thinking about giving her a sibling via a surrogate and Sonny..Eventually a son is born, but, the surrogate has grown attached to the boy and does not want to give the boy over to Wilson; that will lead to a custody battle..Victor and Kate are back together..Maggie has met a new man.. Nicole is pregnant with Eric's child, she soon learns that her daughter with EJ is actually alive and that Stefano has her . She tries to find her, but is incapable of doing so, due to her high-risk pregnancy...Theresa is dating a newly returned Philip and is dealing with Alex Kiriakis on the side. .Angelica is back in town trying to connect with Alex..Brady and Alex are business rivals at Titan. Justin and Adrienne are dealing with each other and their 4 sons..One of the twins, Victor Jr, has developed an attraction for his cousin Stefanie and they fall in love. Daytime used to be brave and explore subjects. Exploring incest could be something that the show could do. The other twin has been diagnosed with ALS and his wife likes Chad and she dislikes Adrienne. Andrew is also in town with Kim and he likes Abigail..Shane is away on assignment...Eve in the form of Charlotte Ross is also trying to make inroads at Titan. Paige and JJ break up for good and Paige goes away to Stanford. T gets a woman and that woman is Gabi, who has been released from prison who is trying to reclaim her life with her daughter, which adds another layer of problems for Wilson. JJ bonds with his dad. Jack has reopened his newspaper and is mentoring Will with Jennifer by his side. Abigail is a vixen causing all types of mischief to the horror of her parents. EJ and Peter Blake come back to town, each with nefarious plans to win back Jennifer and Sami. Chad is pulled into their schemes.Sami has come back to town to join Kate, victor and Justin in bringing down the Dimeras once and for all. Marlena kills Stefano .Lucas is in love with a woman that only has eyes for him.. Tony is alive and Anna comes back. She flirts with Roman, which leads to Carrie coming back with Austin and her child. If you guys have any ideas, feel free to give some...lol

Yay for Julianne Moore, she just won an oscar...She was always so special as Frannie and Sabrina. The characters were never the same after she left the roles..l....She should have won an oscar for Far from heaven..She is sublime..I am so happy for her...

I think one of the main problems with this show is the fact that they tape the shows so far in advance...I am perplexed as to why they do this..It keeps the show from fixing mistakes that are hurting the show. They should go back to taping 3 weeks in advance, it would help them enormously in the long run. I think another problem is the fact that the idiots in charge try to tell us who we are supposed to like...I hate Abigail because she is presented as a heroine, when her actions show that she is nothing of the sort. I still the hate the fact that she was able to have the upper hand over Sami...I understand that the show has a vision and they should not let the audience control their vision, however, audience feedback should be taken into account..Douglas Marland said that writers should write with the audience in mind and not their egos and their favorite characters.. New characters are given more priority over established characters. Dan was favored over Jack, they trashed Jack in order to make us like Dan with Jennifer..They are now doing that with Will and based on responses online, it is working. Alot of people want Sparkle with Sonny....Soaps are dying because the idiots in charge refuse to go back to their roots. They are trying to imitate other genres and that has alienated long time viewers. Most hit shows imitate the soap opera formula, for example on Scandal Olivia is in a triangle with 2 men; Mellie, the president's wife did not know for a long time if her son was for her husband or her late father-in-law who had raped her years ago....Now Higley is back, that hack may get the show cancelled..She is horrible and only writes events...Corday seems to be another problem for the show, I get the impression that he micromanages the writers and that can also a detriment to the overall quality of the show....

You are correct in your assessment leftphalange.. I would have had Will move out with Arianna, while Sonny reunites with Sparkle after Will outs him in the magazine, out of revenge for their affair. This would lead to Sparkle losing his career. Will would try to keep Arianna from Sonny, while Sonny fights to see his daughter. I would have had Sonny already formally adopt Arianna, making him and Will equal as parents. This would have set up a custody battle in the future with Rafe and a jailed Gabi stuck in the middle. I would bring a hot guy to hook up with Will and watch Sonny's head explode....It would have been more organic and remained true to their characters. Instead we get this drivel..These people running the show threw Jack under the bus for Daniel..Jennifer only had eyes for Jack. The real Jennifer would never have chosen Daniel over Jack. So, I have no trust that they are going to do right by Wilson....

I am also perplexed with Will's characterization. He should be more assertive and not this passive and weak. I remember reading somewhere that Chandler Massey wanted Will to go dark and be more assertive and the idiots in charge shot down his suggestions. Will is becoming more unlikable and impossible to root for. I still maintain the infidelity story is out of character for Will. Will loves and worships Sonny too much to hurt him like this..Plus their relationship was still in the honeymoon phase for him to wonder about having sex with other men..He and Sonny should be locked in their bedroom having fun with one another...lol... I could see Sonny giving Will some good loving at night..It pains me to see them like this...The conspiracy theorist in me is saying that the idiots in charge are manipulating us by making Will so unlikable so that we can root for Sparkle and Sonny to reunite as a couple. Look at how EJ got in the way of Sami and Lucas finally getting together..They were never the same again after he bulldozed his way into their lives....I fear that this is happening with Will and Sonny....Sonny loves Will too much for him to get over this kind of betrayal....If the show wanted to make Will the cheater, then they should have given us reasons that makes sense as to why Will would put his family at risk. When Marlena cheated on Roman with John, it made sense because of their complicated history. We have speculated that Sonny may still want to have a relationship with Ari when he leaves Will, but, what if he cuts ties with her....He has never adopted her, so it would be very easy for him to walk away from her.

I just have to say that today was a good show...I am happy that a gay couple is the reason for all of these spirited discussions on here and on other boards. I hope TPTB are paying attention to all of this buzz. For a long time, people complained that Wilson was boring, not anymore...lol..It is also good that they are being treated like any other heterosexual couple on daytime....The writing for them leaves a lot to be desired, but, at least they are not relegated to the backburner. I cannot praise him enough, but, Freddie Smith is sublime.....What a gem! I hope his bosses recognize his worth....I wonder if the show will acknowledge Wilson's one year anniversary this coming April....

I have often wondered if that is why Sonny even wanted Will in the first place. Perhaps, he thought that with Will being inexperienced it would make him a safe option for him. People often get attached to their first love. Sonny and Will had a mentor/mentee type of friendship when he was helping Will deal with his homosexuality. He was with Paul and he was a closet case and that brought him heartache. Will being passive and submissive was probably very intriguing to him. It kept him in control, plus Arianna being Will's biological daughter grounded Will even more. Sonny being their provider gave him another upper hand in their relationship. I remember Nick telling Will that Sonny settled for him because he was a safe choice.I think the LA trip through Sonny for a loop because he probably sensed that with Will being away from him, it would lead him to temptation. I am pretty sure we will learn in the future that the LA trip gave Will the freedom to explore his life and options. I don't think that he cheated in LA, he probably flirted with some guys that eventually led him to be more susceptible to Sparkle's advances...If the rumors are true and a guy does come into Salem looking for Will..This will add another layer of problems for Wilson, because Sonny no longer trusts Will and he will think that Will was being a hoe in LA. Once trust is gone, it is hard to get it back...Not to justify Sneasel's despicable act, infidelity is very common in relationships between gay men..I don't think this show has the depth to explore that kind of complexity in gay male relationships....

If that is true then, Will and Sonny will never get back together...Wow...Poor Arianna! her family is in shambles..Has Will thought about her? He has no right to harangue Sami about her failures as a mother...

At this point, I don't see how they will rebuild Wilson back..I was appalled by Will..Sonny truly loves his husband and Will deserves to suffer for this.. However, the writing seems to be slanted in favor of Paul and against Will.. Poor Sonny! this may push him to the dark side for a bit....The Sonny/Will debacle reminds me of Bette/Tina from the L word; they trashed Tina so much that she became unlikable....

Wow! Will is really something else....I was stunned by his excuses....He is making it hard for me to be on his team.....Poor Sonny! Will broke his heart...He is just like Sami in that nothing is ever his fault....

I just think Will is extremely naive and very simple minded at times. He has seen Sami's schemes and lies blow up in her face time and time again. Why does he believe that he would have gotten away with cheating on Sonny....I hope he gets stronger and smarter while he is estranged from Sonny. I would like the show to have Will lean on Lucas more. They have ignored that relationship. I have often wondered why Will seems to favor Lucas over Sami, when he was just as responsible for his terrible childhood.

I think Will is lucky that Sonny is in a hospital bed...If they were alone back home, I think it could have gotten a bit rough for Will...Sonny does not play at all....He wanted to lunge at Will...He could barely hide his revulsion at Will..He was polite and indifferent with Caroline. When Will offered to walk her out, Sonny asked him if he was coming back, but, it sounded more like an order...lol...Will is used to Sonny running the show...He was so blissfully unaware of Sonny's simmering rage....I know he deserves it, but, I feel a bit sad for him. He is so weak and vulnerable and he is no match for Sonny.....What frustrates me about Will was that you know the husband that you are married to, why on earth would you cheat on him in Salem..It would have made more sense,if he had had an affair out in LA, where nobody knows him...

If Sparkle was not Sonny's ex, he would be in danger from Sonny, lol. Sonny was ready to kill him when he told him that Will was his husband. Sonny has never acted that way towards anybody, not even Nick at his worst....Will is in for a heap of pain from his angry husband...Sonny knows Will inside and out, so he will know where to hit him where it hurts...

I don't think that sonny will get into a relationship with sparkle. Eventually he will accept Paul because he will be very angry with will. Unfortunately, will is woefully unprepared to go to battle with somebody like Paul. Will has always had people to fight his battles for him. He will not have sonny to protect him and Ariana anymore. I suspect Paul is going to be a real asshole to will because he is very weak and passive. He will be using will's indiscretion and sonny's anger to his advantage. Sonny knows will is weak and he may use that against him. I don't think sparkle will want sonny to have a relationship with Ariana because she ties will to sonny.

I think that they are legally married...I don't think Will would cut Arianna off from Sonny. If he does that, then he would be just like Sami...I would not be surprise if there is a custody battle in the near future with Sparkle encouraging Sonny to fight for Ari. Sonny has been providing for Arianna since she was born. Sonny has been the sole breadwinner for his family for a long time...
