Oh, I loathed Amy on TWW. She was a women’s rights activist who kind of hated actual women. Josh should have remained single because he was going to make a horrible life partner. Why inflict him on some nice female character? Early Donna was babyish and wimpy. S7 Donna was a great character, but had nothing to do with early Donna. Give me back Sam and Ainsley. Or Sam and Mallory. Wait, just give me Sam. Get rid of Josh.

Bwhahaha about Nini's outfits. I am usually fine with people wearing whatever they want, but she really does infantilize herself. She's certainly not as cute and charming as she thinks she is. I was always a bigger Michael V than Bryan V fan. Michael just had a flare for food. Leann and Malarkey did help each other, but he was so damn fake when they served. What a jackass.

What? I mean, sure, you like the men's game better than the women's, but combining the tours is more likely to bring in more fans, not less. I think most tennis fans are tennis fans. Give me a good match, no matter the gender of the players. It's offensive to say that the women's game isn't decent tennis. I just don't get the problem with activist women. Activist women are AWESOME. They do incredible things to promote gender equality and social justice. Calling a woman, calling a PERSON, an activist is a compliment. But not every woman in the WTA is an activist. Many sit on their rumps and support total assholes like Ilie Nastase (I'm looking at you Halep.) A female athlete is doesn't automatically fit into a particularly role or ideology. If the men's tour is in such disarray among the leadership, I'm sure there are plenty of women who could fix that for them, or better yet, just show them how it's done.

Lisa always looks like she's ready for someone to punch her ...because she's been knocked down so often. Once she came back in the kitchen, she was really supportive. I loved that the other chefs were complimenting the food and not being dicks. I get that Nini was making a meal, but calling jasmine rice a separate dish? Really?

I meant to respond to this and totally failed. I would have loved this. Especially if they had handicapped Michael and given him a list of taboo words, or told him he had to describe each component using a meal from their childhood. I have no idea how they would have enforced it, but it would have cracked me up.

I binged was The Mallorca Files which was on Britbox or Acorn...I forget. I thoroughly enjoyed it. A British police officer and a German police officer working together. It’s light without being ridiculous. The mysteries are solid. There is enough about the leads personally without it being over wrought. I recommend.

Stephanie’s base sounded boring. Malarkey’s unfresh salsa sounded unappetizing, but a grainy/chunky lemon ginger yogurt seemed just wholly unpleasant. I wanted to scoop up Kevin and Melissa’s chicken and go to town on Gregory’s and Eric’s double. I do not find Nini charming.

I have decided to root for Lisa. All through LCK, she had this look that said, “I know no one likes me but I’m not going to let them see how it hurts.” She was totally prepared to lose to Jen. Lisa doesn’t have a great personality and it’s only been made more difficult because no one ever likes her. So yeah...I want her to get back in the kitchen and at least take out Malarkey.

Talking about The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. I would have enjoyed it more without the B-story of the reporter. I figured out the "twist" when a crucial event happened as Evelyn was telling her story and just wanted to roll my eyes at it. The story of Evelyn was strong enough on it's own.

I kind of love Rafa's cooking videos.
