I can't believe my first post on here is about Katie Hopkins. Please believe me when I say she is NOT regarded as clever by the British public whatsoever. Well, at least most of the British public. However, you are correct with the rest of your post that she is prepared ahead of time as regards tweets and tv appearances and her column is probably written by somebody else.
