  1. I think they want more supernatural stuff on the CW. Also DC wants to create content for their Web-based network. I don't think Constantine Needs to understand friendship. He had friends. It's willing to risk them again but at the same to be able to learn how to understand people need to be able to trust him if they are working as a team. You can't really be a team player if you are willing to throw them under the bus at any given time. Though it's a thin line between character development and changing the character.
  2. People who are annoyed that Sara is taking over are haters imo. She is the Captain but has rarely had any delving into her as a character. She always has secondary growth. The show runners felt she had a lot of character growth on Arrow so didn't need to be developed as much. Which was probably true but it's still important that she get personal issues and storylines. I actually feel much of Sara's storyline this season was bringing in Ava, Constantine and of course Mallus, Sara and her sister stuff have been included in all 3 seasons but it really hasn't had a lot of screen time. Sara is used a lot in fighting sequences but that isn't character development. I think the show has used all the characters pretty well this season. Ray might have been limited this season but he has had two episodes. His fighting just hasn't been used a lot. Legends really uses it's cast of characters pretty well imo. I think Nate took over early last season but that has improved, I don't like him as a lead so it seems like he's too much at times so I do get where the Sara haters come from but they should be honest about it. I am with Nate. Constantine needs to accept working as a team. That is what they were working on with his show. I think the Legends can teach him that. It could lead to a working Justice league dark tv show. Which is what I think is the eventual plan.
  3. To me it feels like I missed an episode or two of The AvaLance relationship. It's weird. I find they are cute together but that's it. It's super early for this kind of saving scene to matter Imo. The breakup was super similar to Sara"s with Olivers. As I said in the episode thread, that's what got to me. http://tarotx.tumblr.com/post/172064917999/kd2900-i-care-about-you-too-much-to-be-with
  4. Wally will have fun on Legends. But two episodes dealing with "ghosts" may have him wanting to run back home. When was the last time Nate stealed up? He dis for a little bit in the midseason finale but I can't think off the top my head when since. He must be really expensive. Was Bebo the the last time Ray shrunk? And as someone said this was pretty much a second bottle episode. The two extra episodes must be really expensive. Sara's breakup with Ava was super similar to hers with Oliver, that is what got to me. I loved this episode. But I think (so far) only the circus episode and last weeks have been not as good for me. I still miss Jax. He should been in a Sara episode. I really felt his absence this week.
  5. I've actually been thinking that With Rip keeping secrets yet again, something will have to give. This Ava/Sara stuff could be major.
  6. Yeah our Rip and Constantine have similar signature looks. I can see losing Rip for good after this seaon :( Or maybe we can lose him in a magical way (since Arthur doesn't really want to do the Fall season) to give JC a purpose on the show. We'll see.
  7. I like Constantine. I loved his episode. I do fear him taking over. I love this show but It's Sara, Ray and Mick that keep me coming back. They better not be leaving. I love Amaya but not Nate. So I can deal if they both leave. I hope we get another WOC to take Amaya's place if she leaves. I like Zari but she's new and we haven't really dealt with her past so she isn't leaving.
  8. LOT lost two regulars right before the break and has moved night and time this second half. Last night's episode was Darhk centric and was against both the first hour of The Bachelor finale and an episode of The Voice. I don't have A Nelson box but I didn't even watch the episode until this morning. I like Damian (though I want him gone next after this season) but I didn't need a Darhk's centric episode. Ray was his rl wife were cute together and I ended up enjoying the episode but I wasn't looking forward to this one like I was last seasons Big Bad centric episode.
  9. As the Rory&Jess relationship unfolded, I always saw the young Lorelai&Chris one as similar. They hung out because their families did. They ended up with a lot in common and connected on that level. If Lorelai wasn't sleeping with anyone else in the weeks before Rory's conception, she would know but doubt would explain Chris's parents attitude a bit more.
  10. It looks like all the legends will wear the remaining totems. https://stealingsnotscrewingup.tumblr.com Edit: There's only 5 wearable (because of Kuasa) totems and 7 (plus Rip&Jax) Legends So yeah I shouldn't have used the word all.
  11. Really only Logan's first appearance was he of the same vein as Tristan character wise. They both are of Society and have Daddy issues but if Tristan was to change it would be in the misunderstood area that Jess fit. If they can find someone who let's them in and trust them they can be saved. Though I feel Tristan didn't get a lot of screen time or use his screen time as affective as the boys that stuck. I'm not sure what would have imploded Troy but Lit happened because of trust issues, Kyle's bedroom and him bolting. Basically neither ever felt safe and secure. Logan wasn't just an example of a child with too much expectations. He has a father who will come in and bully or impress the people around Logan, to force Logan's hand. One who refuses to see his seriously injured son at the hospital for principle all the while knowing that his wife checked into a spa. Plus that Honor wouldn't be able to get there for a couple of days. Meaning Logan has parents who would have left him without any family there. As for his character, Logan's more the Manic Pixie Dream teaching Rory to live while learns to accept responsibility. As a couple the issues with them is neither had stability on their own. They stabilized each other but when either was off kilter both free falled. Then both threw themselves back into who they were before the other though still craving what the other bought to their lives.
  12. Rory asked Tristan not to call her Mary and he refused to stop. It also had a sexual labeling connotation. Imo Tristan did not have self-loathing because of the way he treated people. He had a potential of going in the direction of his childhood sucked so he had reasons to be a jerk, Like Jess, but it never really came to fruition since the CMM got Dawson's Creek.
  13. Rip and Wally supposedly get wasted on Cisco's Flash drink. When Ray gets Kidnapped at the end if the episode I hope Sara feels guilty and responsible. If she does I'll forgive them for this but I'm already hating it.
  14. Amazing Grace Episode 3.14 description IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC — When the Legends learn that a mysterious tragedy destroyed Memphis in 1954, thus eradicating the birthplace of rock and roll, they embark on their most important mission – to save music. Nate (Nick Zano) is excited to show Amaya why music is important to him and he is surprised it leads to a rock legend as well as the sixth and final totem, the Death Totem. Meanwhile, Zari (Tala Ashe) helps their newest member try to adjust to the team. Caity Lotz, Brandon Routh, Dominic Purcell, Maise Richardson-Sellers and Keiynan Lonsdale also star. David Geddes directed the episode written by Matthew Maala & Tyrone B. Carter (#314). Original airdate 3/12/2018. http://dclegendstv.com/2018/02/22/legends-of-tomorrow-spoilers-amazing-grace/
  15. I feel like I missed an episode before Bebo that softened Ava a bit but other than that I don't think Avalance has anti chemistry. On that level I'm OK with it. I don't want Sara stuck on an island. Plus Ava has the potential to be a boring Sara 2.0.
  16. I didn't mind the simulation aspect. It kept Sara's deaths non-real, gave us direct insight into Zari and Gideon. I consider Gideon her own character. She reminds me of the Machine from Person of Interest. Their do-over and over episode was a simulation as well so that aspect was cool for me. Plus we do see that Gideon knows her team so the insight to each member was true.
  17. How was John the deus ex machina? He couldn't even save Nora. I mean Darhk arriving to use the Daddy card aside, JC's magic didn't save the day. He got the Legends thrown back in time. He helped Sara allow herself to be processed. He doesn't know the answers. He has occult knowledge and was and probably will be useful in the future but he was no more than other guest stars. Especially ones that are considered crossover (either from the comics or other shows). I rewatched episode 3.9 before this episode and from Bebo to exorcism. This show has variety.
  18. The only issue I have with love interest development is if they are going to constantly pair Sara with Ava. That is why I worry. Sara rarely deals with her issues which sucks but it's the norm. I don't want Sara stuck on an island. The show works because of the different pairings. Everybody interacts.
  19. Sorry I actually thought I was in the spoiler thread.
  20. MG has said 18 episodes is the most the could do of LOT. I took that to mean they considered this a full season order.
  21. I loled because I should be thinking syfy related but I go to the figure skating movie :p
  22. I read some spec that might happen because Zari's costume looks a lot like his.
