The little face Charlie made when the umbrella broke was priceless but so fun <3 His and Sharna's dance was my favorite of the redos. I wish I could have seen more of the come back from commercial buffer dances especially Marlie's and Karina&Tony(which I think both probably show that Maks had a lot of help on his freestyle choreography). Charlie was a blast to watch his season :D

I definitely don't want Johnny or Tara. I'd love Michelle Kwan or Sasha Cohen. I love them though :D I would still Love Nastia Liukin. And Seeing John Barrowman at the show tonight, well I can watch him entertain me 24/7. I Know he did Skating with stars in England or whatever it's called but seeing him dance would be fun. Any of the regulars form Buffy the vampire slayer or Angel I'd love a season of ringers from skaters, gymnast and actual famous music stars. But have all or mostly newer pros.

I don't know if Maks and Meryl get to dance the Freestyle encore since supposedly James is but I'm sure their fusion package will be about that type of sadness or perhaps future plans depending on what they want to go.. Maks is often an over the top drama queen.

As a dancer on DWTS what has Meryl really done that she couldn't do from week 1? From her first packages she was shown that she could turn and spin and be lifted. Maks has had her turning and spinning and lifted. I'm not saying it isn't impressive but imo Maks and Derek have both kept their pros at about the same level they came into. Maks has been able to show Meryl's warmth and sweetness and has choreographed dances that highlight their connection. The DWTS producers made sure Maks kept to that this week. Derek has made Amy feel like a star. She's here competing with able bodied stars and athletes and is succeeding. Both of these young women's growth has not been about the actual dancing but the way people precieve them and how they look at themselves. And Candace's growth has been that as well to be honest. Imo.

Imo this season was about getting Maks the win but still kissing Derek's ass.

I get not liking Amy's dance but all of that is still dancing. I don't know where the saying it isn't is coming from to be honest. I think Derek had done better work though. I do think we got nothing really new from anyone this week. I like both of Meryl's dances though I liked the AT with Val better (I'm a fan of Val's though) and I liked the M&M FT&Rumba better. Though this was good too. Meryl hold's her body in such tension and it really works well with AT and Modern. They deserve the win based on dancing for sure. I hate all the do it for Maks moments the final had though >.< All the crying over M&M made me think I was watching a Travis Wall dance on sytycd :p

I really LOL because I can't stand either :p I think Derek is the more creative and Maks has a better presence as a dancer but they both annoy me off the dance floor that it's hard sometimes to enjoy what they put out there :p I love Meryl and she is making me stand Maks Like Shawn Johnson, Allison Holker and Jaimie Goodwin did for Derek.

Except that I don't believe that. They showed very little of Charlie, especially Charlie and Sharna. Most weeks the show had Charlie's packages be "created" scenes instead of real moments.

Tony was Candace's Switch partner? They will probably have him do it...

I don't get we learn things about everybody except Amy+? I think most of Meryl's packages were about Maks. I know we learn stuff about her but what really in this comparison to Amy? That Meryl can show character? Well she was always the character part of Merlie's dances so I don't really get why everyone is shocked about that. But other than that everything is about Maks really. That she's strong cause she can put up with and Control Maks? LOL. That's for another thread. And We saw Amy struggle emotionally and then over come it. We know she was having issues with her Boyfriend but he was still there supporting her. There was a ton we saw. There was more to show though like physical wear and tear of what dancing on Prosthetics. I know she was injured but mostly it was about the emotions and struggle. Maybe this week. I get you with Charlie. They had so much to show and wasted it but that's for his or the general thread. BTW the James's Charlie moments was In the stupid Switch up week and it was to make James and Peta all about each other >.<

Val is who Meryl should have been with imo. He's who I wanted her to be with before it was announced she was with Maks. I wanted Charlie with Chelsie Hightower because I figured they would be uber cuties together :p Others wanted him with Peta. I'm not really a fan of hers though. She always appears sooooo needy to me. I pretty much have barely registered Sharna before this season. Probably because I usually don't watch the show live. I do a combination of DVR and Youtube. I like her personality though I think she didn't know how to manage Charlie's time and became a bit obsessed in the show allowing her do use creative openings/closings.

When I just watched that scene I was thinking about how all the tumblr/internet people who hate Gwen were probably like, 'we knew that Vile creature Gwen felt that way' :p And they were hoping for Jack to literally skin Gwen-LOL It wasn't Gwen's finalist moments that is for sure. JB is so cool being a cute charming evil man. I think I will be watching Arrow next since JB was moved to season regular for next season.

When shomances are a thing they become THE thing the fans talk about. No matter what show. Reality or scripted. Plus when people love or hate something they talk about that a lot. Maks and Derek have a lot of love and hate so they are talked about a long with ships. I worry we might see more showmances next seasons if Meryl&James end up 1 and 2 this season like Facebook is predicting. I'm hoping James (Or Amy) is out after Monday so Mark's Votes don't pass to Derek :p I'm not a fan of Maks but I want Meryl to win since she's far and away the best dancer left with Danica and Charlie leaving the last two weeks.

It's what people started talking about. I'll see if I can find the stuff later tonight. People starting talking about what Meryl could have done with someone other than Charlie. Perhaps she could have had a partnership like Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir. When I find it I will post it in the Charlie thread.

I get why it would be practical in a real world use but not for a TV show that's visual. Comparing what Charlie can't do naturally and what Comes natural to Maks. They are very opposite. Sharna should have got a non competing Pro or at least someone like Derek who has looks more in common with Charlie. Maks was a fellow competitor and Meryl's new partner. Go check out what people started to say about Charlie holding Meryl back compared to Maks. It started and continued from there. Especially because in the Meryl and Maks Packaging week 2 had them laughing at the implication of Len saying Meryl was good on wood and had Maks super physical throwing her all over the place in the rehearsal.

I think Sharna and Charlie had nice chemistry the first week. Though the dance was about Charlie's lifting. Nobody got to learn anything new about Charlie.Sharna's breathtaking in the dance but it was about lifts. The Package was fun about the teaching of dance though. Which is where I wish they kept their packages. On week 2 Sharna or the show decided to play Charlie against Maks in Charlie's package. Why would it be a good thing to want to have that Comparison? Charlie and Maks are different creatures. Maks is a pro. Charlie is never going to be that rough raw am I crazy masculine that comes natural for Maks. Starting this week It left the audience really comparing Meryl's partners. And we actually lost Sharna has well since that package was about Maks as teacher. And in Maks and Meryl package, they laugh at the Len Good on wood Joke and then Maks is physically throwing Meryl. This really got their showmance going. People started talking about how Charlie and Meryl never having that type of relationship. Maybe Charlie let down Meryl all these years. I think this is the week Charlie lost Then in Week 3 Charlie didn't mention Meryl as one of the people he was Celebrating with in his happy dance. There was a lot of talk poor Meryl this week on facebook and Tumblr. And This dance, while one of the ones I will remember most had the troupe and a Gimmick but mostly it was about Charlie's happiness. Sharna pretty much was kind of like she was just another troupe member. And then After that Shana decided to jam pack Charlie's routines. I think because of the critique Charlie got in his Rumba with Peta. Right when Charlie was getting the most tired because of having to do both DWTS and SOI. I think if Sharna comes back to the show, she needs to make sure she stands out at the same time as highlighting her partner's strength and working on selling the partnership.

I would love for more people to to go comment in that thread but oh well ;)
