1. Being thrown in a hole and the possibility of being burned at the stake can make you a little shrieky. It was frustrating though that she couldn't put it together about Geillis faster. I love Ned the character and the actor who plays him. I thought the stone scene should have been longer and they should have shown her fading a bit. I don't think that would have taken viewers out of the show. She's a time traveler this isn't pure historical fiction.
2. Liked it a lot, think it was a very satisfying series ending. And I was braced to be disappointed just because so many final episodes are disappointing.

I'm happy with who died and who didn't. I think Boone was a lame ass character and I'm relieved he didn't get much screen time. I'm glad Wynn got away. I imagine he let Ava have a little of the money. When they showed Raylon at her door I figured she was going to have a kid. They even foreshadowed that a bit in one episode. It does explain a lot of her desperation and actions. I don't really believe that Boyd believed Raylon about her being dead. The we dug coal together line was perfect a call back to the beginning. I'm going to miss the show but glad it went out gracefully and fulfilling.
3. I also have my doubts that the show will kill Raylon off out of respect for Elmore Leonard though I suppose he could have signed off on it before he died. I also wonder if Ava will die because they're making her appear so doomed. I'm not getting the point of Ty & Sea Bass unless there was some clue in Ty's cryptic last words. The Katherine with the purse thing was funny but it made Sea Bass seem like an even bigger dumb ass. Avery''s stunned expression was interesting. I wasn't surprised Wynn was the stooge. The best scenes were him, Raylon and Art and him and Mike.
4. I love a gay pirate! I was thinking for awhile that Thomas was gay and there was something off in the Flint and Miranda relationship. I didn't think they were in love and didn't really get a vibe they ever had been. Now it makes sense they both loved Thomas and that's what their bond is. As far as Flint's sexuality it's probably a little fluid but hopefully this means no Flint/Eleanor hookup. I enjoy Eleanor's horrible father but I find her very boring. And Vane, ugh, whipping those hair extensions around, please stop.
