It seems you didn't read my post. June knows what Gilead is planning with Holly now and according to her own words she can get to Canada now. So why doesn't she? Even if she didn't get that this was a stupid plan back when she could have escaped with Emily, she should get it now. She is getting nowhere from within Gilead and that has been clear for quite a few episodes now. In addition to that, her other daughter is in danger now. She should hae hauled ass out of Gilead a while ago.

I have to say, I don't buy the extradition talks with Gilead, at all. No civilised country would even consider it. All of europe (and I assume Canada) won't even extradite to the US, if somebody might get the death penalty there. Which is also why the US carefully crafted it's indictments against Julian Assange, so that the possible punishment is "only" a few hundret years in prison, but not death, which would be possible for treason. As a rule we shouldn't extradite to the US at all, because the prison system employs torture (solidary confinement, accaptence / encouragement od rape, etc.) but I guess the US is too powerfull politically and too much of an ally to completely deny extradition. I don't see that with Gilead. Their economy is a shitshow and they aren't going to militarily attack a nuclear power. So what leverage do they have? Nothing. Not just another person, a pregnant woman! That's like the highes tpossible crime in Gilead. Also now the handmaids do the hanging? The writers just pull shit out of their asses whenever it's convenient. Handmaids used to do the stoning when a crime wwas commited against a handmaid or by a handmaid. Everything else, the guardians did. But this episode we need June to kill the Martha, so suddenly that's the handmaids job! Yay... No, anger at a mother who is being a dumbass about rescuing her daughter. She should have gone to Canada and woked from there to get her daughter back. What did she hope to achieve by staying in Gilead? All things considered, this worked out way better than could be expected, because of her thick, thick plot armour. And what about her other dautgher? She is in danger of being brought back to that hellhole. Why isn't June concerned about that? In this episode she said "my commander can get us all to Canada". Meaning she is sure commander Lawrence is willing and able to get her out any moment. So why doesn't she book it to Canada right now? With her there and speaking out, there is a way lower chance of Holly being sent back to Gilead.

That picture is not enlarged, that's ensmalled... and there are still no balls there. Not sure what you are seeing. Also "making it visible" is altering the image. If you blow it up you increase artifacts, if you brighten the image, you make artifacts more visible. This is a digital image, sent through a mediocre codec, through the internet. That's what the whole problem with GoTs the long night was. Nobody could see anything, because the streaming services codec settings are crap. With your image manipulation you aren't making it better, you are making it worse. Yeah, still no balls. Just the same skin-holes you have on the upper lip as well.

Why wouldn't you be able to post it here? I posted the images here. Also there are no balls. You can't just "enhance" and "make it brighter" an image. This isn't a CSI show. All you are doing is increase artifacts, which then makes it look like there is something where there's nothing. You can see quite clearly without doing anything to the image, that it's just solid rings with nothing on them. On the bottom you see the holes in her skin, just like you see at the top.

It's not much more viseble than the screnshot above, which I think shows what you describe quite clearly, but here you go: There aren't that's just the holes in her skin. You also see them on the top.

I mean it's a bit weird, that somebody who plays the lead in a show about how bad a religous cult that is holding slaves is, is also in a religious cult that's holding slaves in real life... I think all religions are equally stupid, but Scientology seems to be on the more evil side at the moment. The catholic church left most of it's extorting of members and enslaving people in the middle ages. What balls? I think you are mixing up that book cover with what was on the show. The rings on the show were solid. Not even a seam was visable. Whatever locking mechanism must be inside the mouth and it doesn't look like you could get to it without some special equipment, considering how tight the mouth is shut. Those things don't come off regularly, certainly not enough for the handmaids to eat regular meals. It's still dumb.

I guess we have different interpretations of what "Gilead has been a black box for years" means. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ To me that means they know nothing about Gilead. That's what a black box is. Also how would they not know what the power structures are? That's so unrealistic, it's extremely laughable. I already laid out why in my previous post.

Yeah, it seemed like Commander Winslow was putting the moves on Fred. Only thing I'm not sure about is if Fred noticed or if he's too dense. Prayer. I guess it does work afterall! I knew something like a sewn shut mouth was coming whan the handmaid took off her red mask. So I wasn't shocked. Not sure how June was, she should be savy to this implausible bullcrap by now. So it's again torture porn without any logic behind it. The retcon with Nick was annoying. We saw his backstory. We saw how he became the commanders driver. There was no terroristing. But even more annoying is that the writers think that would be a reason for the swiss to not talk to him. He is a commander and an eye. If anything him having been a terrorist makes him more valuable than before. Can they 100% trust him? No, but they couldn't before either. This is so dumb. Also I don't buy that Gilead would be "like a black box". With all thse refugees getting to Canada, some having been in commanders hosueholds and in close procimity to commanders for a long time? We know of two first hand. Emily and Moira. Emily had been posted to multiple commanders and Moira was forced to be a prostitute to commanders. Every prostitute will tell you, men talk and tell them things they wouldn't tell anybody else. That should have yielded a bunch of information, also who to turn and probably connections to the network of Marthas. How is this writing so bad? How can you fail so hard at convincing world building?! Why am I still watching this show?!

If you are a bit more on the heavy side, you actually do have a bit of an advantage biking, as long as it's really flat (which the netherlands are), because your leg musculature will be more developed from carrying all that weight around all the time. I'm really sad Team Fun got eleminated. But it was their own fault for not checking the eggs. According to their exit interviews they arrived only 15 minutes after Nicole and Victor. So not having to go back for a new egg would probably have done it. Although counting that little hairline fracture as "broken" was a little harsh. What kinda grinds my gears is the hours of operation. Production doesn't even pretend like there is some reason behind it anymore. It's just "your bike locks will open at 9am". And it's like 90% of the legs have a bunch at the beginning now. I know it's hard on production an probably more expensive if teams get fragmented, but damn, this is no fun. At least give me 50/50. At this point this isn't "a race around the world" anymore, it's little races in different countries. No they wouldn't. Not if they were women ogling men. Objectifying men seems to still be allowed in western society. It's basically one of the pillers of women-led comedies. You are a better person than me. I was like "Yeah, it's called jumping. It's the one where her supposed plan is to sell bottles of wine and gradually build up how many she sells. But the "buyer" is like "no, 300 cases!" and she is like "Mariuuuus, now I need $400000 to make this work, buhu!" and Marius is like "well okay, I'll get you $400000, because I'm a dumbass all of a sudden and can't see the oldest and most obvious con in the books." I googled "Ricky James sneaky pete", got no hits. Who is he? Also the writing didn't make any sense in season 2 already, so I don't think somebody dying made any difference.

I think they are too strong a team to be successfully U-Turned. It could maybe work if there isn't anybody behind them, so they can't U-Turn anybody else. But if they are up against another team, that team is toast.
