  1. I enjoyed Legend of the Lost Locket as well! An interesting mystery and I enjoyed the two leads very much. Viv Leacock is always a delight and I'd never seen the actress who played Amelia -- she did a great job and had nice chemistry with Viv.
  2. I am too, and I hope this show continues for many more years. I just love it. I am so fond of every single character whom I feel like we’ve gotten to know so well.
  3. I thought both shows -- Cook's Country and ATK -- were snoozes today. No takeaways for me. Gosh, I miss what these shows used to be in the not-too-distant past.
  4. This was one of my favorite episodes of Will Trent. The various “families” shown and how tight they are and their bickering and having each other’s backs — Will & Antonio, the GBI and APD, Will and Angie, Faith and Amanda, the drag queens (they really, really touched my heart and the actors who played the accused and the lawyer were just excellent), Nico & Will & Betty, Ormewood & Cooper, and I’m sure I’m missing some. And to those who praised the “Will Trent” sign at the beginning of the show — all lit up at the club — agreed, that was SO cool!
  5. I did laugh when Amanda walked in when Faith and her BF were holding hands and Amanda said “I didn’t know I was walking into a sex den”. That cracked me up. Amanda wasn’t acting like Faith’s aunt; at that moment, she acted like she’s her 90 year old prim grandmother!
  6. Asking for $$ from the crowd — Leticia is terrible at this!!! Great move for them to switch spots.
  7. Vinny climbing that wall as easy as Spiderman — wow.
  8. But remember, those who wander are not lost! 😂
  9. I wonder if they are still even together. They really do not seem to be a good match. Too much walking on egg-shells.
  10. I like Q too. I’ll join you at the very small table! I think his voice is strong and his delivery is more of an instructional-type which is risky on Survivor, but that’s how coaches are used to communicating — I’m married to one — I don’t dislike him one bit and feel his “help” to Bhanu and Charlie are well-intentioned like “dude, come on, you’re hurting your game with these actions”. I will admit that it’s clear that Q didn’t talk to himself before coming on the game and prep on how to tone down his “coachness”. Unlike the very shady, very bossy Venus. Now her…I really don’t care for.
  11. Seriously!! I couldn't believe she didn't get dinged for that purple mess but no, she won the episode!
  12. I’m sad for Jet and I’m sad for Antonia. I would have been joyful if either of them had won. This conclusion doesn’t give me any joy, but congrats to the Randomizer queen and talented chef that is Maneet — she is formidable in competitions. That group of 5 judges was impressive, with a special fondness for Eric Ripert.
  13. I realized how very badly I wanted Antonia to win when I saw Maneet’s name. Just so disappointed for AL.
  14. He has. They said Mike got an incredible opportunity to join the FBI and he’s now in Quantico. I haven’t read the books but I’m gathering they break up in the books + Cameron has moved from HM to GAF and he’s going to host a game show.
  15. I really enjoyed One Bad Apple. It was great to see Hannah and her sisters again and Norman was great in this movie. Victor Webster is always enjoyable and I thought he was a terrific addition. Didn’t miss Cameron Mathison one bit. That’s not saying that I don’t like Cameron in the previous movies (I like him a lot) and didn’t enjoy watching the development of their relationship because I did — but for me, the Hannah Swensen movies are about the script and mysteries. I am always glad to see Alison Sweeney (except in Jane Austen Hallmark movies). In One Bad Apple, there was a bit of humor here and there which was welcomed and I would watch future movies with this cast so I hope they continue them.
  16. The ads building up interest in Elsbeth were so frequent and annoying to me that I hadn’t planned to watch the series. But after checking in here and also reading some good reviews, I thought I’d give it a try. And I’m so glad I did. It’s fun and entertaining and I love the NYC vibe. Carrie Preston is doing a great job with a quirky character who could be “too much” and yet, I like watching her sort things out a la the fumbling-but-savvy Columbo.
  17. Awesome way to end the sad departure of Sean and Michelle! They got Phil jump-roping! Way to go, leaving with their spirits up and heads held high.
  18. Bizzy and Sunny’s puzzle interpretation is SO off!! Mama rat took little rat skiing around the world…
  19. Damn. I really wanted Venus gone.
  20. Could they show Venus playing with hair more? Good grief. It’s like she’s posing for a photo shoot.
  21. Hunter is just so calm and smart. I love watching him.
