  1. I guess it was too much for Scott to make it through the season unscathed. He sees his friend getting better, but decides to take the word of someone who has every reason to lie. Why not go back and monitor Lucas’ miracle cure before letting Taamet go?
  2. But he prefaced it with “And most importantly”, so it was completely different /s
  3. Why did Levi go with them to 1988? Does he want to be a 3rd wheel in multiple time periods? He doesn’t have a kid to worry about there. Shouldn’t he have gone back and given the rest of the people a heads up about what he found?
  4. And here I was going to give the casting director kudos for getting a good fit for young Dr. Sam. Figures it was his kid, probably needed a role to get his Equity card. This show is ridiculous, but I will admit to chuckling over Riley’s interactions with her future father. “So disappointing” indeed.
  5. The writers clearly never learned about Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Who blathers about their personal relationships when they don’t know if they will have food to eat or get attacked by wild animals at any minute? And one of them has separation anxiety. The weird fetishizing of physical proximity over keeping their loved ones safe is ridiculous. FGS, your children are safer in 1988, not reuniting with you in 10k BC.
  6. The show runners seem all in on making Eve the most amazing super heroine who always saves the day. Now we’ve met Gavin/Isaiah’s mom, but we don’t know if she’s Silas’ child or DIL.
  7. Are they messing with time? Because I can’t imagine a sinkhole at the Hollywood sign in 1988 that was forgotten by 2021/2.
  8. They vote do it, because they like to keep the villains around, but America should get vote who to get rid of during the season. They can call it “America’s Thorn”.
  9. Why does Aven want to be with Rachel? I don’t get it.
  10. The prize is an annuity. The winner gets $25k a year for 40 years. So each member is entitled to $694/yr.
  11. This show peaked in its first season. The Trista, Ryan, Charlie triangle was some good TV. I remember being surprised for real with her choice.
  12. It’s in the contract. The lead is always right!
  13. The truth slipped out. She’s going to be embarrassed unless she gets a ring.
  14. Is he contractually forbidden from saying he can’t commit to an engagement until he knows he’s F1? Because that seems to be the crux of the problem. He doesn’t want to be left looking like a fool if she picks Tino.
  15. Next person who says clarity gets something thrown at the TV.
  16. The engagement push from the siblings is so bizarre.
  17. Continually calling what Zach did “walking out” is a deliberate choice. They could have said he “left” or “broke off” the relationship. But nope, gotta go with the pejorative.
  18. He was also a guest mentor who dueted with a couple contestants during the 2021 season.
  19. LC’s strategy was smart, but even she couldn’t have foreseen that the other contestants would think she looked like Lawrence Fishburne!
  20. Jesse is putting in the work. Chris Harrison would never!
  21. Sometimes this show is downright evil. Gabby is now convinced that if a man doesn’t want to propose after knowing her a few weeks, that makes her unloveable.
  22. Logan is an aspiring country singer himself. He released a song in the middle of the CtF season.
  23. This doesn’t seem like the kind of show that should need an ad to recruit contestants. Shouldn’t the producers be identifying potential relatives and reaching out to them?
  24. TBH, the best clue for Jason Aldean would be the clip from the 40 Year Old Virgin where Steve Carrell yells “Kelly Clarkson”. Jason’s biggest hit was a duet with her.
