I think they had a real love but you can't pretend to fight and have strife for several years without it bleeding into your true feelings. The TV show probably helped their bank account but not the stability of their relationship.

It is wild to me... the parents/family/friends of the USC always expect the new arrival to immediately have a plan and start working. When everyone KNOWS the foreign national has not control on when they'll be allowed to work or drive. When the USC in the situation is also not working... why aren't you chatting to your DAUGHTER/SON/FRIEND about providing for the person who just arrived. The USC signs an I-134 stating they'll be responsible for the foreign national for 90 days. They should honor that contract. Why can't Bini go to MMA classes closer to his home? Why does he need "The Best?" right now? Finally, if the USC decides they want a relationship with someone from a different country but doesn't take into account the different cost of living (and salaries) of the country they're coming from. They can't complain when their partner expects the same quality of life they've come to experience with the US when they get to the US. (because I'm sure they live a fairly fun vacation type lifestyle when they first meet up in the foreigner's home country). Kobe spoke about selling his cafe for $2000. That's nothing in the US. But, $2000 probably goes a lot further in the Cameroon. Expecting someone coming from a country like Cameroon (average salary $737), Brazil (average salary $1,651), Ethiopia ($250), DR ($110)... Trinidad and Tobago ($16K a year)... to move to the US with substantial savings that will translate to a comfortable life in the US is ridiculous. If a US citizen is interested in finding love overseas and they want their partner to move over to the US. They should be funding the move as they have access to a lot more resources.... TL;DR I really dislike this show. But, I can't stop watching!

Yes. As I understand it. If the contestants file for divorce before final episode/ reunion airs people are able to search out the county records and "spoil" the ending.

Rumour has it production pays for the divorce if they say "No" on decision day. But, couples aren't allowed to get divorced until after the reunion airs. I'm thinking they might have changed the contract and stated 1.) You get a bonus for saying yes on decision day 2.) Production will pay for your divorce if you break up before the final episode (reunion) airs. So, couples have more incentive to stay together after the eight weeks. That's the only way I can comprehend why Mark the Shark and Katina decided to say "Yes".

Korea had forced quarantine for 7 days to 2 weeks for a long time. It costs about $1200-$2000 (if you have to stay in a hotel) so Deavan visiting Jihoon would definitely be more expensive because when JiHoon returns to Korea he is able to stay at home (so no need to pay hotel quarantine costs). I believe quarantine is no longer a thing from April 1, 2022 (if you're fully vaccinated) but IIRC Deavan is anti-vaccine so she'd still have to pay for quarantine.... Not sure if Jihoon is vaccinated. But, he won't be allowed to enter the US if he isn't.

Sarma removed herself as an active participant in her own life. From her change from investment banking to a career in food (a co-worker suggested she loved food more than investing). To her actions marrying Anthony (the accountant suggested she married him to avoid tax) and defrauding her investors and stealing money from employees. She also said she didn't remember why she fired one of her employees but mentioned they ran into each other a few weeks or months later and hugged and cried so everything was good. She must've been an extremely charming boss because I don't think I would return to a job after several missed paychecks and a mass walkout. Did she give them back pay to convince them everything was good? So much missing from this story. I wish Sarma wasn't the main narrator because she is the very definition of unreliable.

He filed first and just going to her apartment after it was filed would have led to an arrest (to my understanding). I thought the final story was the most interesting. Jamison was clearly dangerous and I would not have played with fire like Alex did. She is extremely lucky she is still alive.

It's the way she phrases things. I know several single moms raising 2-3 kids alone. If Noi is so determined to have 3 kids she can look into increasing her income and having Steve be a stay at home dad. One needs to find a compromise. If your spouse doesn't want to work a corporate gig and is more interested in part-time work/ consulting. You need to make up the difference if you want to raise three kids and not compromise and only have 1 or 2.

But it doesn't mean Steve is a bad person. He has mentioned maybe compromising how many kids they have because "children are expensive" or "we might have a special needs kid who requires more attention". Noi isn't hearing any of it. So, I'm thinking there is a certain dollar amount Steve is supposed to be making and he isn't. Noi is coming off extremely immature in this situation IMO. She doesn't want to compromise. It's three kids and he needs to pay for them.
