I am not at all a fan of Halloween, but I thought this was a great episode. I'll forgive the fact it was a Halloween episode.
I thought the music editing in this episode was amazing. The music shifts in and out of Marcus' Halloween curse stories made me laugh out loud, and how Fiona's singing at the end merged perfectly with the background music. I've always thought the show's background music approach and music editing was great, but this episode was even more standout. And Fiona's overdone smile after Sherlock read his affirmation rock about unexpected love and kindness killed me.
