  1. It was hilarious that they had Kayla specifically mention his frontal lobe when the front of his face was visible. I thought they'd put some kind of bandage somewhere on the top of his head but maybe they were already over budget for that day, lol. You better cross all of your fingers and your toes for that wish to come true. I was surprised Sarah was so calm when she got back to Eric's apartment after he made the Eeyore face and prefaced the conversation with it being about her child. She should have made the car ride over a living hell.
  2. So she can become a murdering psychopath who fakes her own death, falsifies paternity results, lies, cheats, steals, falls in love with John Black, and tries to catch Ciara on fire. Why else?
  3. A Hidden Immunity Idol that isn't hidden. Brilliant!
  4. It's funny, in a sad kind of way, that so few believe someone could be motivated by the kindness of heart. The joys of being human.
  5. Steve has a microchip removed from his frontal lobe and not a bandage is to be found? That settles it, these people are living in a simulation! Now everything makes sense!
  6. Yes, there's something odd about what Serac is calling the "real" world. In Episode 2, Serac says, "We're in the middle of a war. And I need your help to win it. No one knows it's happened yet. Or that it's already been lost." Why would someone need help to win an unknown war that's already been lost? I'm beginning to wonder if the attainment of consciousness, which was believed to be a great achievement in Season 1, is a threat to Serac's system, Rehoboam. The description for this episode is The truth doesn't always set one free, and it could be that Serac is trying to get to Dolores before she attempts to wake everyone up with her truth. A truth that doesn't bring freedom but a catastrophe. This would make what we're watching less of a traditional battle between good and evil, but rather a race against time due to a misunderstanding.
  7. Interesting. Perhaps she brought Bernard/Arnold along to help her somewhere down the line, as he would have a long history with Original Recipe Dolores.
  8. This probably won't help viewers who are hate-watching but it may provide some insight into the ideas the show runners are exploring this season. From The Hollywood Reporter... https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/westworld-season-3-episode-4-mother-exiles-explained-1288618
  9. It's funny that Dolores explained in the last episode that the hosts don't have a problem with impulse control, unlike humans, and we see Stubbs drinking and snacking here. Does that mean Dolores is an unreliable narrator?
  10. It seems like Dr Rolf did have a grudge against Hope for trying to kill Stefano all of those years ago but I saw Dr Rolf being driven by scientific achievement more than revenge. Princess Gina and Stevano committed crimes on their own accord.
  11. It could be wishful thinking on Katie's part that it's a multiverse-altering event. I can see her wanting it to be that, but I doubt Katie would consider that someone like Lily would be the destruction of their quantum computer. Also, Katie said something to Forest about Lily being the kind of person who's more afraid not to take action than she is to take action. I suspect it's why we've seen her meeting with Sergei's contact, climbing on the outside of the Amaya building, and crashing Kenton's car into a wall.
  12. Interesting. I thought she was frozen in a state of surprise or excitement but I can see how she'd be trying to catch a frisbee. Perhaps that was one of Forest's fondest memories of her. It's funny that after his speech to Jamie last episode about how he doesn't panic and that everything is containable, that he seems to be losing his mind over all that has transpired since he killed Sergei. What if the quantum computer can't see past a certain point because it's destroyed at that point and isn't able to compute beyond that? Is that a possibility? Because for those qubits to work the computer has to be stored at near absolute zero temperatures, and I wonder if Lily dies because she enters its chamber and tries to destroy it.
  13. If the cat mocks Ciara for being in love with a serial killer, and tells Jennifer to fall off of another balcony, I won't disappointed. Oh wait, that was Princess Gina's microchip. Stefano's foamed at the mouth over Marlena most of the time. Ugh.
  14. Dr Rolf is the character who's given Stefano's existence the most credence, and it's in his best interest to believe that his experiments are a success. For all of the flaws with this story, I think the writers have done a decent job of having the characters vacillate between regarding him Steve and reluctantly as Stefano. Even after Kristin told him about her baby dying and they had their emotional hug, she still mocked him and addressed him as Steve in some conversations. I didn't get the sense that anyone really thought of him as a surviving Stefano. Chad and Marlena were brainwashed. The thing I liked about Tony and Kristin talking about the destruction of the microchip in yesterday's episode was that it seemed there was a level of uncertainty in their voices. What if a part of Stefano's consciousness is on that microchip? Would they want that destroyed? It seems to me that Science is determined to understand how consciousness is achieved, and when that happens it's only a matter of time before one's consciousness is transferred from body to body. Would anyone opt to have their loved one's consciousness destroyed if it could live on? As usual, this story was poorly execute but I was intrigued by some of the ideas it was toying with. I watch a lot of science fiction, though, so...
  15. She talked about the unbearable guilt she had been living with since she'd swapped the babies, so my impression was that she was ready to face the consequences rather than live with that guilt. I hope she changed her mind the next morning, and left the country with all of the money Xander gave to her. I thought the scenes with Nicole and Dr Raynor, and Tony and Kristin talking about their curious emotions over Stefano's microchip being destroyed were the best part of the episode.
  16. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall when Ramona's thirsty friends found out that Leah was the new housewife and not one of them.
  17. I enjoyed Leah. She knows she's being paid to entertain. When she asked Tinsley why she's letting Dorinda talk to her like, it made me realize that Tinsley does put up with a lot more of their insanity than she dishes out. I can see Dorinda's point about Tinsley being secretive but I'd lean more towards thinking it has less to do with wanting to know Tinsley on a deeper level and more about how they're all putting their lives "out there" for public scrutiny, and perhaps Tinsley is perceived as getting away with something if she's doing the same thing. Didn't they all turn against OC's Gretchen for trying to keep her personal life out of the camera's eye?
  18. I hated John for deceiving him in such a manner. I know that Dr Rolf is far from an innocent victim in all of this but it made me hope that Rolf has some more tricks up his sleeve. It took me this long to finally realize that Dr Raynor was Vicky Spaulding from Springfield, USA in a former life.
  19. It's probably a storyline manufactured by the show's producers.
  20. Yeah, that shocked me, too. I've got back to look at it again twice now.
  21. Wiki says that Michele, Wendell and Nick were the three votes for Adam.
  22. Wendell seemed more jovial as he was walking up on Extinction that I can recall him being all season.
  23. Did they leave something out? Seems pretty obvious it will be Adam.
  24. All of the pre-empted shows were available that day OnDemand or on the NBC app, which allowed them to stay on schedule.
