  1. The way I'd like to have wind in my hair is ride a fast horse!
  2. From the few times I've seen bits of his show, he seems to be very interested in poop. He could sell PooPourri on QVC.
  3. Yes, it was temporary. In California, a TRO lasts up to 15 days or until your full court hearing, which takes about three weeks. A restraining order granted during the court hearing can last up to five years. Source: http://tarrant.tx.networkofcare.org/pr/library/article.aspx?id=1799 "Restraining Order FAQs" by the California Crime and Violence Prevention Center Chyna gave the two luxury cars (Ferrari and Lambo) back to Rob, along with the jewelry. What's interesting is that she said she returned the items to Kris's house. Haha, I wonder if that means Kris gave Rob the money for all those gifts, and Chyna knew it. http://pagesix.com/2017/07/10/how-rob-kardashian-tried-to-buy-blac-chyna/ "How Rob Kardashian tried to ‘buy’ Blac Chyna" "Blac Chyna immediately returned her luxury cars to ex Rob Kardashian after he boasted about spending nearly a million dollars while posting revenge porn of her on Instagram last week. “Once he posted all these things on the Internet, I had my two assistants drive the Ferrari and the Lamborghini, and took all the jewelry back to his house. Actually, to his mother’s [Kris Jenner] house, and had it dropped off..." This article quotes Chyna saying Rob has only been to her house twice to see Dream, but she still thinks he's a "good father" and wants to share custody.
  4. What a crock! This is just another fad diet used to sell a book and collect e-mail addresses. I can't stand Dr. Oz. He started out as a serious doctor, but now he's just a showboater.
  5. Baller the jeweler didn't say why he declined Chyna's purchase of the $300K in jewelry. What did he mean by: she tried to "slide" the purchase? Had Rob already called Amex and removed Chyna's name as an authorized user of the card, but she hoped the information hadn't gotten into the system yet and was trying to "slide" by? That is, if Rob ever did authorize her to use the Amex card. He was pretty reckless, if he did. By the way -- I'm assuming it was an Amex card, but actually the article just says "Rob's credit card" and doesn't say what kind.
  6. Booney, thanks for the tip! I'm going to try Liquid Fence if the deer start eating my flowers again. Kittygirl, we have a couple of big hawks and a huge great horned owl in our neighborhood. Sometimes I find piles of feathers where they've attacked and eaten smaller birds. I hate to see that, but it's nature.
  7. Grrrr, the deer. I live in a densely populated Atlanta suburb (actually it's more "intown" now than suburban), and we have lots of deer due to destruction of their habitat by developers. This year the deer haven't eaten many of my plants, thank goodness, but last year they ate a whole big rosebush full of booms, and all of my impatiens. Your deer ate salvia? Damn. I was just reading an article that said salvia wasn't attractive to deer because it has a fragrance they don't like. But every article also cautions that deer will eat any plant if they're hungry enough. I am trying a method of deterring them by mixing a small amount of human urine with water and sprinkling it around the plants. Have also tried saving some hair from my hairbrush and putting it on the ground next to the plants. I don't know whether those things worked, or whether the deer passing through my yard just weren't very hungry. In a couple of counties north of mine, people are seeing bears. The bears love birdseed, and are going from yard to yard cleaning out the bird feeders. One man stood out in his yard making a video of the bear. But the bear was so intent on getting the birdseed that it just ignored the man and kept on gorging.
  8. It's Caturday! Here's a cat in a garden (not mine).
  9. "Why is the View doing this?" One word: ratings.
  10. The BG article gave me the creeps. Rob sounds very angry and deranged. Sounds like he could be on the edge of a huge meltdown. If the restraining order is granted, that might push him over the edge. Aside from that, his allegations about the sisters and Kris are interesting. I'm wondering which sister got the $500K of plastic surgery, paid for by Kris. Kylie or Khloe? Both of them are barely recognizable from their original faces and bodies.
  11. Cricket, those are beautiful pictures of your garden and the sunset. I need to take some garden pics too. Kody is darling! He'll grow up to be a very handsome dog. I'm enjoying the funny stories about all the mischief dogs get into. Best wishes to Joe on his leg procedure. Hope it works as intended.
  12. Yep, that is a "please take my picture" bra. It's hilarious that TMZ tried to call that thing a sports bra.
  13. K&K claim that they're business women. Okay, then pay attention to what your business is doing! They can't just agree to have their names and faces put on products with no understanding of the product or of any legal consequences. Their lawyer is a smarmy weasel. No, using copyrighted images without permission is NOT just like being an actor in a movie. The whole family is slapdash and greedy like that. They are always raking in big dollars for posting pictures on social media of themselves holding products, like that tea which supposedly makes you lose weight. I don't think they know or care anything about the products they endorse. They just want the paychecks.
  14. http://www.tmz.com/2017/07/06/rob-kardashian-blac-chyna-dream-war-naked-photos/ "Kardashian Family Upset with Rob Over Posting Naked Pics: You're Hurting Your Child" No direct quotes from the family, just "this is what the Kardashians are telling friends." The Koven is worried about the effect on dream. They also think Rob is damaging their brand. "We're told the Kardashians are adamant ... ANY public feuding between Rob and Chyna is unacceptable. They are ashamed the war has become a public spectacle and hurting the family name." Oh really? I thought they loved family fights, especially when they can be filmed for the KUWTK show or the Rob and Chyna show. People were saying upthread how Rob grew up in a crude and classless family. Case in point: Khloe gave a July 4th party for the family, and the place card she made for her mother said "Reserved for Kris Fucking Jenner." Khloe even posted a photo of it on her Snapchat, like she was proud of saying that about her mother. (From E Online article.) http://www.eonline.com/news/864984/khloe-kardashian-s-epic-fourth-of-july-party-included-gold-dipped-everything "Khloe Kardashian's Epic Fourth of July Party Included Gold-Dipped Everything"
  15. This is getting even nastier: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/blac-chyna-claims-rob-kardashian-beat-her-response-instagram-rant-1018748 "Blac Chyna Claims Rob Kardashian Beat Her" 12:38 PM PDT 7/5/2017 by THR Staff "... Blac Chyna is accusing her ex, Rob Kardashian, of beating her, following his Instagram rampage on Wednesday morning. The model took to Snapchat to write in now-deleted posts that he allegedly beat her and put a hand on her. "On my kids I'm supposed to be quiet because you're a Kardashian," she wrote, adding in another post, "The light will come to light." ...
  16. http://www.tmz.com/2017/07/05/rob-kardashian-blac-chyna-revenge-porn-law-photos-vagina/ "Rob Kardashian Posting Nude Chyna Pics Probably Did NOT Violate Revenge Porn Law" Well, he's going to get away with this shitty behavior. What a childish, malicious asshole! Though if Chyna "liked" his posts, what does that say about her? They are both messes. http://www.thedailybeast.com/rob-kardashian-posts-revenge-porn-to-slut-shame-his-ex-blac-chyna "Rob Kardashian Posts Revenge Porn to Slut-Shame His Ex Blac Chyna" "The erstwhile sock designer has missed the irony of a Kardashian slut-shaming someone else, not to mention potential legal consequences." Could somebody please put his designer socks over his fingers so he'll stay off social media? From the in-depth DB article, how it might affect poor Dream: "Yes, even in the internet age, there are certain rules we abide by. And when it comes to parenting tips, here’s one: don’t expose a picture of the mother of your child’s vagina to your 9.2 million Instagram followers. For one, your attempt to put your ex on blast by sharing her nudes is Slut-Shaming 101—and being a misogynistic cyberbully won’t earn you that 'World’s Greatest Dad' mug anytime soon. Your daughter’s life is already destined to be lived out on the Internet and over the course of multiple reality TV seasons, and stocking your Google search results with revenge porn of her mother will only make things worse."
  17. I watched "1776" on TCM. I've always loved that movie. Not for the music, which isn't all that memorable, but for the acting, which is great.
  18. Did you look at Calvin Klein? CK has dressy full length pants for office wear. I have several pair and really like them.
  19. LOL! That's what I get for not paying attention to Autocorrect. Car washing/cash washing. I have accidentally laundered cash -- couple of bills and coins in the jeans pocket, stuff like that.
  20. I wonder if Chyna is getting child support checks from Rob yet.
  21. Me too. Cash washing is relaxing for me, and even waxing the car. You get absorbed in the task, and it takes your mind off stressful things. Plus, your car looks great when you're finished.
  22. Because appliances are cunning little devils! "It's a long holiday weekend, so I think I'll break down. Bwahahaha!" Appliances can also communicate and work in packs. Say it's Thanksgiving weekend. Refrigerator: "I think I'll break down." Oven: "Cool, let me break down at the same time! That'll be fun!" Toilet: "Hey, don't leave me out. I want to break down too!"
  23. P.S. Their apology and removal of the T-shirts from the market didn't satisfy everybody. TMZ says lawyers for The Doors are still going to file a lawsuit against Kendall and Kylie because "the damage has been done." http://www.tmz.com/2017/06/30/kylie-kendall-jenner-the-doors-t-shirts-cease-and-desist/ "Kendall & Kylie Jenner This Is the End of Your T-Shirts ... The Doors Will Sue!"
  24. Yes, you're right, their apology was probably just damage control.
  25. Doesn't PMK have a lawyer for the family businesses? How did K&K's stupid move get past the lawyer, or did they even think to ask? Well, at least K&K apologized (after Biggie's mother burned their butts on social media and threatened them with a lawsuit) and took the shirts off the market. http://www.tmz.com/2017/06/29/kendall-kylie-jenner-pull-vintage-t-shirts-apologize/ "Kendall and Kylie Jenner Yank All Their 'Vintage T-Shirts' We're So Sorry"
