Where is the edit button for our posts? I need it to fix my frequent typos.
I also posted this question in Small Talk on the Shopping Channels forum because it took me a while to remember where this site update forum was.

What is going on with the huge pictures accompanying notifications? They used to just put a tiny box notifying me that someone reacted to my post. Now, in addition to the tiny box, I am getting a giant picture of the avatar of the person who made the reaction. It fades away in a few seconds, but in the meantime it almost totally covers up the posts I am trying to read. Extremely irritating!

The posts are all truncated, squeezed over to the left. One third of the screen is taken up by the useless list of top posters. Not interested in that feature. Right now, on the screen I'm reading as I post, the posts go all the way across the screen, like they were before. How can we override the big block of top posters information on the right? Can't there be a button to X it out?
Windows 10 desktop, Firefox.

I just heard this on E!, Kim & Jonathan went to the Casamigos party basically just to be photographed, because they didn't stay long.
They went to all the trouble of getting costumes & getting ready just to be photographed. How pathetic.
Did she get paid to show up at the party? That would explain her just staying long enough to qualify for the paycheck.

Oooof, wide load! Her bottom half looks big enough for two people.
X17 said they photographed Kim at the gym. Who wears full makeup to go to the gym?

Charlie's house? I hope she had it scrubbed top to bottom before she moved in. That was a party house.

Cricket, this is terrible news, and it makes me hurt for you and Joe. I am praying for both of you. I am sure you will find a way to take care of your horse (Sadie?).

I have one embellished item, a Christmas sweater. I think I got it from Storybook Knits at HSN. I only wear it 2-3 times a year, but it's merry in the true sense of the word and wasn't so 'out there' that I couldn't wear it to work. Plus, it's a cardigan, so I could easily ditch it if I needed to look serious.
I always thought the Quacker and Storybook items were perfect for anyone working with kids, or even doing administrative work at a nursing home. Kids love bright, colorful, pictorial clothing...just look at the items they themselves wear. And nursing homes can always use something to smile about.
Oh, Storybook Knits! I always loved watching those shows, even though most of the sweaters were too decorative for my taste. I did buy three of the more subtle ones, without sequins, and still have two of them. One has a light blue and gold spray pattern, like raindrops, and the other has two owls sitting on tree branches. (I like owls.) The owl sweater is kind of loud, but it's so cute. Hoooo, hoooo!

Blac Chyna is suing the whole Kardashian family over the cancellation of her reality show with Rob. She claims they made it impossible for her to continue with the show. The E network said no, it was her own fault, because "she refused to be in the same room as Rob ... so there was no way to shoot." The ratings were bad, too.
It's not clear from this article whether the lawsuit has actually been filed, or whether Chyna is just mouthing off about her grievances. Seems to me that if she'd actually filed it, TMZ would have gotten a statement from her lawyer. Also, whenever there's a celebrity lawsuit, TMZ usually tries to get copies of the documents that were filed with the court.

Only my own opinion as well: I think the whole family – and yes, that definitely includes Kourtney -- will suffer major withdrawal symptoms when KUWTK finally, inevitably, ends. It’s not just the big paychecks, endless free vacations and lucrative aka shilling endorsement opportunities, it’s the constant spotlight media attention and pap walks in their questionable outfits that they will miss because that is what defines and validates them. Every.single.one.of.them. I do understand that to some, Kourtney often has presented as being ambivalent about participating in filming, so accordingly, I would have thought that she would at least keep her own children off the show to ensure a quiet, more private life for them, far away from the tabloid life of their two parents. There have been other reality shows where one or the other parent has refused to give permission for their children to ever appear on camera. But then, without the kids and her Scott drama, what would her storyline have been? Not hating, just asking, just wondering what people think…
Kourtney is not a very interesting person, so without the Scott babydaddy drama I don't think she would have had a storyline.

Here are a couple of pics of the room. It’s small, but they’ve managed to get a lot of storage into a small space - a wall of closets that include drawers and shelves, and the night tables have three drawers. We have a wonderful view of the Rhine from our window, which they call a “french balcony.” It isn’t actually a balcony - just a window - but there’s plenty of room upstairs on the deck if you want to sit outdoors.
Such a pretty little room. Love the headboards with the blue and white fabric.

Thanks, Fishy. It does sound like they are hoping to get a better contract later. I don't blame them for disliking the terms of the current contract. HGTV sounds extremely greedy and predatory toward its stars. Any move they make, HGTV takes a big cut.

Won't work. I don't mean to be discouraging but it won't. It's not about weight loss for him. There are some real emotional issues that need to worked out here. Maybe it's with a therapist, maybe it's with a psychiatrist. Who knows. But then, and ONLY then will the weight come off and stay off. No matter how much he wants it now.
Let's just take a look at what we know about Rob's upbringing:
1) Only boy in a family of all girls where we know he was poked/picked at because he was male.
2) Child of divorced parents - and a mother who had an affair, leading to the divorce.
3) Older sister sex tape.
4) Family featured on a reality show, for all the good, bad and ugly to be seen, dissected, criticized, etc.
5) Unhealthy relationship with sister Khloe -- disguised as "close"
6) Witnessed drug use, break down and other "bad things" that happened between Khloe and Lamar.
6) PArticipated in drug use and other "bad things" that happened between Khloe and Lamar.
7) Fat shamed, mocked and ridiculed by family members, in addition to media.
8) Got in a relationship with a money-hungry Blac Chyna which was clearly abusive (on both sides).
9) Single father of an adorable baby but now engaged in a nasty custody battle.
10) A stepfather who transitioned
10) Diabetes diagnosis and who knows what other health problems.
I'm not trying to make apologies for Rob, I actually think he's an asshole. BUT...I do feel sorry for him. Perhaps even more so than somebody like Kyle. Take the average person, just one of those things can send them running to a therapists office. But all of that? In a family that is so clearly just focused on the success of the women? So there's zero support structure for him, and ZERO support for him taking the initiative himself to get the mental help and support he might actually need? That one episode where Kourtney brought in the family therapist, and Rob started crying about how unsupported he felt should have been a trigger to any mother...but Kris just started making it about herself and not wanting her kids to be upset. These women think it's all about weight loss. Kris will hook Rob up with any dietician in the world who will make him a raw egg protein shake, but she won't encourage her own son to get the emotional therapy he needs?
The whole thing is sad.
Great post. I agree that Rob probably won't be successful in this attempt to lose weight. We just saw what happened when he lost weight while he thought he was in a supportive relationship with Chyna, and then gained it all back when the relationship failed. That kind of yo-yo dieting will go on for the rest of his life (which may be short, if he doesn't control his diabetes) if he doesn't get his emotional problems sorted out.
The Kardashian-Jenner family is all about style and zero about substance. Or you could say all sizzle, no steak, something like that. This callous attitude comes from the top down: Kris. All that matters to her is that her kids look hot and sexy -- "You need to bring the sexy" -- and that they make as much money as possible for the family businesses. If she ever cared how her children actually felt, she lost that quality years ago. She's brought them all up to be as shallow and mercenary as she is. It makes me sad to think that the grandchildren might be brought up the same way.

Rob says he's going on a diet again. He has gained back all the weight he lost while Chyna was helping him. This time he says he'll do it alone. Now he wants to be the "old Rob" for daughter Dream. The family is skeptical that he can do it without help.

I didn't like Hefner either. He made a career out of exploiting women. In reading about his life, I saw various people complimenting him on positive things he did to promote civil rights, help society become more open and accepting of sex, etc. But I still think he was a sleaze. We live in a very coarse society now, compared to what it was like in my youth, and I think he was one of the major bad influences in the development of today's sex-drenched environment.

Guess Rob is trying to offset some of the child support money he (i.e., Kris) agreed to pay Chyna. He's suing Chyna for "assault, battery and vandalism" from a Dec. 2016 incident. TMZ didn't say how much money he wants.
http://www.tmz.com/2017/09/27/rob-kardashian-blac-chyna-assault-lawsuit/
"Rob Kardashian: Blac Chyna Beat Me, Tried to Choke Me Out!!!"
"According to the docs, Rob says Chyna went on the rampage in December 2016 by first trying to choke him with an iPhone charging cable -- and then repeatedly struck him with blows to the head and face.
"He also claims she trashed the house, which he was renting from Kylie Jenner. In the docs, Rob says she broke a door, damaged walls and a TV ... doing more than $100k of damage. He says he tried to make a break for it in his Bentley, but Chyna threw a chair at his ride ... and then struck Rob with a metal rod.
"She even smashed a holiday season gingerbread house, according to Rob.
"In the docs, Rob says the melee played a factor in E! cancelling his and Chyna's reality show ... because execs thought the situation was way too volatile.
"Rob's suing her for assault, battery and vandalism. We've reached out to Chyna, so far no word back.
"Side note: Rob's suit includes her contract for "Rob & Chyna," which says she was making $92,500 for each hour-long episode."
***
What do they mean by Rob's suit includes her reality show contract? Is he trying to sue her for the money he would have made if the Rob & Chyna show hadn't been canceled?
My side note: It's grimly funny that she (allegedly) tried to choke him with an iPhone charging cord. How trendy. People used to use belts or scarves when they wanted to strangle somebody.
