  1. BOILER UP!! I'm a Purdue grad and got married on campus. I love how they are handling all of this. It warms my heart that they are just plain nice people. That means everything to me. And, we are getting an almost 99% eclipse! What a day ♥
  2. I wonder if the new shed is for Samuel to start a lawn care business since he is graduating?
  3. I am grateful for the KINDNESS shown and shared ♥
  4. I would also really appreciate a DM about where everyone will be. Thank you.
  5. Seagoville has a new WOMAN warden. This makes me smile.
  6. I'm gluten intolerant and break out in a rash with wheat touching my skin. For example, I do papier mache and have a lot of trouble with making the paste (wheat flour) and using it.
  7. Jill posted her Plexus team standings on FB. Nurie was not listed. Perhaps Nathan put his foot down. Ellen is her second highest ranked team member. Can a person leave a Plexus team and form their own? Jill needs to play nice with Ellen.
  8. In Joy's camping video, were Anna and her children included? My heart breaks for those kids. If they are indeed living at the TTH their lives must be miserable. They seem forgotten.
  9. In this interview, I loved it that Jill said she would want a daughter to have higher education if so desired!!
  10. Jill would have really had my attention if she had made chili and added a bit of honey to the cornbread!
  11. With a plea deal, Josh would have to admit guilt. One thing Jill pointed out in her book is that Josh has gone from asking forgiveness to now not taking responsibility for his any of his actions.
  12. After completing the book, reading it carefully and thoughtfully, I find Jill to be honest and still healing. I have a whole new level of respect for her. Jill attended the trial one day and said her brother sat there with a demeanor of someone who had a traffic violation. She calls him a monster and said he needs to be in a place where he can no longer hurt anyone. At the end she states that "Pops" put the show before the kids. She is concerned for her siblings. I feel she is hoping some of them will read it and that it will help lift the veil. I feel it took a lot for Jill to write this book and to begin to learn how to trust. I wish her a continued healing journey.
  13. People were saying she was a parent of one of the Holts, but it seems she is coming forward and saying that is not true and is wanting to speak. I'm not on Reddit, Instagram or Free Jinger. Is anyone hearing anything? Allegedly, she wants to add details to what Jill had to say in her book.
  14. Does anyone have information about "Alice" resurfacing because of Jill's book, and wanting to add more details about what happened behind the scenes in the Duggar family?
  15. What does Phillip do when he has to move out of his dorm room over the summer? Did Jill move all of his belongings there? What about Christmas/semester break?
  16. I'm guessing we will be seeing a flurry of Happy Shiny Duggar posts to counteract Jill's book. Joy and Jessa seem to be leading the way.
  17. I wish Jill all the best. It is a step for her into a new world. I hope she has exciting new experiences and hears stories from others about how high demand religion has impacted their lives.
  18. I am second in line on the reserve list at the library for Jill's book. It is due out soon and I am interested to hear what she has to say.
  19. Shiny Happy People led me to Cults to Consciousness, and John Dehlin with Mormon Stories. Both are so powerful.
  20. I wonder how Timothy escaped the mandatory family vacation? Perhaps he has a real job and is expected to be at work. It would be nice to think he actually chose responsibility over mom's commands!
  21. Leeds, sending {{{HUGS}}} and love ♥
  22. At the end of Sophia's birthday cake video, David clearly says, "I'll take my piece!"
