The Great American Recipe - General Discussion
VanillaBear85 replied to NotChristine's topic in The Great American Recipe
It aired as a 90 minute episode here with the last half hour as basically an interview with the 3 finalists and some guy as the interviewer. I missed the first hour and only caught the interview portion, which I didn't really pay attention to so I am unsure what was discussed. Seems Salmah won. -
Kayne was the right one to leave. I didn't realize it was just a yellow plaid scarf wrapped around her waist. Then the cape and lace were not right either. I adored the backpack vest and don't think he should have been in the bottom 3.

I hated the high school hallway runway.

Past Seasons: The Classic Show - What Did Jai Do Again?

There has been a marathon on Bravo today. I still adore the Fab 5. -
Why are they crying and talking to Anna like that? Let her make her crepe paper party streamers dresses. I'm glad Kara Saun said something about everyone having their own aesthetic and to not say those things to Anna. I don't think Anna should have been top 3, but the last minute kind of ruined some of the other designers for me.

I think I'm done with this show/season. These judges have me confused.

Seems like Michael left the show. I was rooting for him since he's from Cleveland. -

I am so happy for Zoe! All 3 cakes looked good, which isn't always the case. I liked the colors of Alyssa's cake the most, but I think she did too much piping. -

I am kind of mad at myself for never making the Dennis/Sinned connection before. -
Spring Baking Championship - General Discussion

Luke clearly won that round so I'm happy for him. The judges seemed to like the taste the most and I thought it looked the best. I didn't like how Clement did the cherry blossoms. The branches were too thick and it looked like a bush that needed to be trimmed. I did like the lace. I thought Christian's looked okay, but the piping was a bit sloppy. -
Pretty sure she was also the same teacher fired in the pilot episode for kicking a student and Gregory was the substitute for her class.

Wiki and IMDb show there are 13 episodes this season all airing weekly with the season finale on January 25, 2023. The episodes have been available on Tuesday so maybe it will be available January 24th. I liked Parker and Harry as Jamie and Jamie. They played off each other well and they were so goofy. I really liked Janice.

I think Ghosts of Christmas Always is one of the best recent movies from Hallmark. It was a good movie and not just a good Hallmark movie. I had some questions about the ending, but it didn't bother me enough to change my enjoyment of the movie. I recognized all the ghosts from somewhere else. Future ghost Carl Winslow from Family Matters. Present ghost from a season 1 episode of Leverage: Redemption. Past ghost played Iris from the salon episodes in Roseanne. Three Wise Men was just okay. It was kind of clunky. It was nice having a movie with the three actors, but I didn't really care about them. Thanks to the poster for saying the mom was the love interest in Three Men. I could not figure out how I recognized her. That was a good tie-in. Overall it was an interesting dynamic with the three brothers. I just didn't like it that much. I liked Noel Next Door except for the son. Once he kicked the ball at his head I was done with him and the movie.

"While staging a date-night experience for Parker & Hardison at an ultra-secure freeport facility, the team comes across another heist in progress and must stop it to save the life of a 13-year-old boy." I thought this was a strong episode. Poor Mason.

The first bathroom in the Goth house was not that good. The shower tile was not straight and there was a gap above the light switch.
