Re Allie’s weird look, I think everyone is supposed to appear a little guilty looking when they’re informed of Charlie’s death....heightening up the suspense as to who is the real killer and all. Honestly, are we supposed to start feeling sorry for poor Ava? What kind of mother, whether she was ever able to love the kid are not, actually says, “I’m glad he’s dead”? When she was going on about how Charlie has hurt people and blah, blah...has she no self awareness. I guess because she has now found the kid she loved and lost so much, that makes her a decent person and everything she ever did never happened.

Was Dani (I think it was Dani) not allowed to eat anything at EofE? That girl looked like a walking skeleton at that final challenge, bones sticking out everywhere. She didn’t look much better even later. I hope she regained at least some weight.

Talking about Justin not telling Kayla about babies being switched at her hospital, I was wondering about pretty much the same thing when Nicole was telling Abe all about the switcheroo, and he was so blasé about it. I mean, isn’t he the mayor of that town, and isn’t he always running things at the police department? I would think that a doctor switching babies for money would be somewhat against the law for both the doctor and the payer (Xander). Abe just acted like it was no more than Nicole’s personal problem.

I know that was all supposed to be high drama and edge of your seat suspenseful, but those prison scenes today were absolutely hysterical. boes, your summary is also hilarious. I guess anyone can just walk into that execution chamber, even someone carrying a gun, without being stopped or challenged. And that creepy looking doctor.... I had to laugh when Evan tried to sneak out the door once Ciara was distracted, only to be confronted by Rafe. Is this going to be yet another example of the guilty party getting charges dropped if he reveals where David is? The Salem police force can’t seem to make anything stick. Hard to do I guess when the entire force consists of one man. Still pondering how it could be Gabi who is the only bone marrow match. Are we going to find out that she and Kristen are somehow related? I don’t recall over the years if the identity of Kristen’s biological parents has been revealed or hinted at.

I was thinking the same thing. Why do all the Horton just assume that Gabi is somehow obligated to offer up everything for their needs even after they treat her like dirt. Actually listening to Julie screaming like a banshee at her, I would have pressed the button myself. Julie’ affections blow toward whatever she wants with little regard for others. What Gabi really needs is a good lawyer. Everyone keeps telling her how doomed she is without suggesting any alternatives, even her brother. Ted would get her off. Too bad he’s gone, but surely there’s some other clever lawyer around the town. She would never have been talking a deal with the DA directly. Deals are made between lawyers, but we haven’t seen Gabi meeting with any lawyer. BTW has she been sitting handcuffed to that same chair, wearing the same clothes for the last two weeks?

So what happened? Did they forget to pay the rent at Poderosa and lose their lease forcing everyone eliminated to sit around in the dirt all day doing nothing? At least the people still in have challenges, and can talk strategy, or collect firewood or whatever to pass the time, but what do the rejects do all day? I thought they would be having more challenges among the losers to cut down the numbers, but they're all still hanging around. How is it Survivor if they're all still there?

Is anyone ever going to call the cops on psychopath Deimos, or is he going to continue to get away with kidnapping, poisoning, and crippling everyone without anything ever being done about it? And we're supposed to somehow believe that he'd be a "wonderful father" to Nicole's baby.

So what is the point of having Stefano come back (sort of) for just a couple of scenes and then have him just disappear from the jail cell? How are they going to handle that when we know the actor can't possibly come back again. Is it just going to be an eternity of wondering by the Salemites if Stefano is still out there. Just let him die for heaven' sake.

I know this is just a TV drama, but are we really supposed to take the Salem PD at all seriously? Who do we get actually going in to save Joey? JJ, a rookie cop and Steve who isn't even a policeman. And they just stand there talking. Shouldn't the place have been completely surrounded, instead of having the officers just walking around doing nothing. Where are the ace detectives, Hope and Rafe when we need them? the entire police force can't find these guys, but Theo can just waltz in and make a fool of himself. I thought for sure when I saw him with the gun yesterday, that they were going to turn another one of these kids into a murderer.

Victor should be happy that Theresa, Chloe, and maybe even Nicole are coming to live in his house. He can yell "slut" all day long. You just know that even though they are all there together with tons of security and supposedly the terrific Salem police force around, that the three amigos are still going to waltz right in and terrorize them all.

Gabi and Chad... Love the idea. Trashing Gabi by making her so obsessed with Chad a while back that she went after goofy Melanie was the worst ever.

Gosh, I remember years and years ago, long before Jennifer was even born, when Laura was a believable and likeable and competent Doctor. Now she seems to be a joke. Wow! Is the whole town of Salem in trouble with the triple whammy from the prison guys. Sounds like a bit of overkill to me. Isn't one crisis at a time enough? How can the writers keep up with who hates who? It's also wierd that the three are all in the same prison and are able to have their little meetings with no problem. I wonder if Eric is also in the same prison. Even he was mentioned today.

What's happening in the world...I'm actually beginning to like DaVonne. Her diaries are hilarious.
