Garcelle contracted COVID along with RHOBH co-stars Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne. She said in a statement that she's been feeling OK so far. Hopefully she'll stay that way and can come back to the show by the new year.

She co-hosted Access Hollywood Live for a couple years so transitioning to this show was pretty easy for her. Judging from some of the articles I read she was pretty keen to take on the job. Lord knows they desperately needed her.

Whether or not her husband's death played a major factor in her being on both shows, she has a 2 year old child to support.

I thought it was sweet how Akbar teared up at the video of Adele singing in her living room. It's nice to see a man show express his emotions.

I flipped over after watching the first segment of The Real (which needs to go back to its original time slot, but I digress) and wondered what was going on. It was nice seeing John Goodman promoting The Conners, but I'd like to see Sara come back as a guest. She hasn't been on since last season.

I loved that sweet moment between Natalie and Sheryl too, @Medicine Crow. My heart hurts for Sheryl when she opens up about her childhood sexual abuse. This! I've been tired of hearing about the Smith's and their "unconventional marriage"/swinging talk for a long time. Get up to whatever you want in your bedroom, car, kitchen, backyard, etc. Just keep it to yourself. I think that's just gossip fueled by the eternally pressed Witch and her tabloid buddies. The hosts would be falling over themselves kissing her ass if she were still there, but everyone's on the same level now and the mood is genuinely relaxed. I bet Sheryl was relieved to turn the reins over to Natalie. Especially now that the ratings have improved.

I missed the last few shows, but caught Sheryl's birthday celebration today which was fun. Love Kool and the Gang and the love Sheryl got on her big day. I bet Endora was sitting in her dungeon watching and seething. ;)

Exactly. I think the addition of Natalie has finally taken the load of carrying the show last summer off of her shoulders. She seems even more relaxed and like her old self these days.
