  1. Well it’s nice to have the show back. I liked what they’ve done so far, it’ll be interesting to see where we go from here. I’m so glad we have our Audrey back and am enjoying her relationship with Charlotte. I can’t help but wonder why all of the Audrey’s were so compassionate and yet they keep portraying the original “species” for lack of a better word, as less than honorable on so many fronts. I love Nathan so don’t see him as stalkery or any such thing. He said he didn’t want to leave Audrey once, then moved on. In fact they really didn’t work together all that much. I have a feeling there is a lot more to Kira dying than we know at this time, but maybe not. I like Duke, but boy does he do the man-pain thing to the hilt. Jeez did we have to hear how many times that this was his fault. Quit being the martyr and try to help, don’t run away. Glad we got some answers, but I’m not really satisfied yet. We really didn’t get any substantive info on the Barn and how it worked and what in the world Howard was.
  2. Well yes and no. Renard has made great strides, but Nick never knew that it was Renard that put the hit out on his Aunt so it wasn't Renard, but Adalind that he went after. Most of what has happened between Adalind and Nick was tit-for-tat. We have no idea how Renard would have reacted if Nick had gone after him for what he put into motion. There could very well be a giant feud being enacted as we speak. Also, it became in Renard's best interest to have Nick on his side, so he acted in his own interests, not in Nick's with much of what he did. Another point is Renard came from a place of power. Renard knew what was going on and Nick was trying to figure out things on the fly. That allowed Renard to sit back and see how things shook out instead of reacting in the moment. Adalind always reacted in the moment, not being privy to the big picture. And, Adalind is, or was pretty young while Renard does have age and maturity on his side. Adalind is very impulsive, which I think is changing now that she is seeing more of the consequences of her actions playing out in real time right in front of her eyes. She also had a complete turn around with regards to Diana, she has paid a huge price in that regard. Renard doesn't really seem to give a shit about what happens to Diana, as long as the Royal's don't get to use her against him.
  3. Yes I absolutely hope Juliette is really and truly dead. As for Adalind, I don't want her to be a complete villain anymore, but then I have said that several times already so sorry to repeat myself. Not really and truly good, but not a complete villain either. I want her around and the best way to do that is for her to be a semi decent character. But she should keep a bit of the biest just for good measure. It will be interesting to see what comes of the Comic Con panel on Saturday. I'm looking forward getting a glimpse of that. I do hope someone tapes it so those of us not going can watch. I want to see more Rosalee this season. And I wouldn't mind a little comeuppance for Renard. He has gotten a freer pass than Adalind has.
  4. Oddly enough I like Adalind and I love the idea of a Grimm/Hexenbiest baby. Not because of Nick and Adalind, but the idea of that mix intrigues me. Far more than the Diana super baby storyline. The problem is I want a grown up Grimm/Hexenbiest hybrid. I like Adalind, she makes me laugh and as I have said before that covers up a lot of sins in my book. Probably not in real life, but certainly in my fiction. I would like to see her become more independent. I’m tired of her running around looking for saviors. She needs to save herself and quite being manipulated, manipulative and needy. I’d like to see her go back to being an attorney. She can be a thorn in Nick’s side in that capacity. I don’t want her to be all nicey nicey but I would like to see her a lighter shade of gray. I don’t care what the relationship is between Nick and Adalind, I really haven’t formed a firm opinion on that yet. I would like to see her interact more with Rosalee and perhaps the two of them have more to do with the Resistance and the Wesen Council. So no, please don’t kill my Adalind, she, Wu and Hank are the only ones who make me laugh on a consistent basis so none of them can go. My standards are pretty low. I have no problem admitting that.
  5. Why ya gotta ruin my summer? I think she's dead and I can't hear anything else with my fingers in my ears. If they go darker, and I'm not sure how much darker they can go, it won't be the fun show I fell in love with. I can see Nick going in two different directions. We could get an angsty man painy guy, or we can get a bring it, you can't take anything else away from me so now you have a hard ass, kick ass crank, live with it. I think they'll find a middle ground. I think we'll have Nick turning very Grimm in more ways than one.
  6. If they are going to continue with the Royals they need to get Nick more involved with them. The big problem I saw was that it was Renard and only Renard that interacted with the Royals. Now you have a pissed off Grimm after them, they killed his mother, so perhaps it could become more interesting. But they need to tighten up the writing where the Families are involved and do their stories in short arcs and then be finished with each of the Families. So far it has been a long snooze fest.
  7. I really don't have any problem with Juliette walking toward the helicopter carrying Diana and then showing up at the Grimm's house. She carried Diana to the helicopter, strapped her in and then left. There did not look like there was enough room on the copter for more than 4 people. Two were piloting and two were sitting in the other two seats. Where was she going to sit?
  8. I watched it again last night and enjoyed it more knowing how it ended. There was a lot more humor in it than I remember from the first viewing. The scene where Adalind took the head to the hotel was very funny. The fact that she put the head in the closet, then closed the door, then reopened the door with a flourish so she could start screaming cracked me up. I may even watch it a third time since it got better upon second viewing. Still didn't like Nick not being able to kill Juliette, but I've chosen to let it go.
  9. Yes, please just give us a better more extensive backstory on the Royals. They could be interesting villains if we knew more about them. Flesh them out and show us more about the other Royal families out there we haven't met yet. Then let's defeat them one at a time in several small arcs. They can be the big bads of the series, but we need to know why they exist.
  10. I for one would like to see them explain and then wrap up the whole 7 Houses of Royals. It would be nice to have 3 nice neat arcs this season and next season that use Renard with the help of the Resistance and maybe the Grimm gang to eliminate each House one at a time. One by November, one by February and one to finish off the season. Collect the keys and then show us what they do/are for/what ever. Each arc needs to tie into what is going on in Portland. I would like to see more of the Wesen Council and to see Rosalee more involved with them. This would also be a way to organically bring in Adalind. I would have her start being a lawyer again and start defending some of the Wesen that Nick and company arrest. She could be a thorn in Nick's side and work with the Wesen Council as well to show the bad guys the errors of their ways. I'm not explaining this very well, but it has always bothered me that our legal system gets really trashed in this show. But mostly I want to see Nick be a real Grimm again. No angst, no drama, just a super cool Grimm. And yes, more use of the Fairy Tales this show is based upon.
  11. I like the idea of both Diana and new baby sent away for their own safety. All of the parents involved know where they are and can visit them when it is safe to do so. Diana and Grimm junior can grow up together and be best friends and when they are older there can be a spin off with the wonder siblings.
  12. But it's not an unrelated matter. It was not only to get her daughter back, the daughter he kidnapped from her, but also for taking her Hexenbiest powers away from her. Kind of you took from me, now I'll take from you, quid pro quo if you will. I don't condone but I do remember these are characters and this is not real life.
  13. I've come to the conclusion that Hexenbiests really don't care about side effects. Ever so many of their fixes come back to bit them and others, in the butt. I think every one of Adalind's have and I bet Henrietta had had her share as well.
  14. I really enjoyed this final. It had humor, which was hard to come by considering the circumstances, it had action and it had angst. And, it ended with Juliette dead. That was all I really wanted....Note to my grown son, if a woman you are in love with sets me up to be gruesomely murdered and you are unable to kill her with your bare hands I will come back to haunt you, and haunt you, and haunt you. You will never know another days peace. Consider yourself forewarned. I'm not sure I understand all of the questioning about Juliette not being on the helicopter. She took Diana to the copter and didn't get on it. It's really pretty simple. She apparently needed her moment of closure with Nick. Love Bud, will always love Bud. Toothbrushes are very important. Love Meisner, will always love Meisner. I clapped when I saw him. I was so worried it was Juliette, that would have ticked me off. Love Truble, and always have, even from the beginning. Love Rosalee, enough said Love Monroe, also enough said Love Hank, will always love Hank. He does bring the funny. Great reactions all the way around. Love Wu, it's hard not to. They killed off the characters that I was enjoying hating. Kenneth, loved seeing you die. King Perv, loved seeing you die. As for the rest of the characters, including our hero, yes I do love them. They are making our Grimm a little grayer, and I like that. He has lost a lot of his naiveté and that is good. I was so glad he got to be a Grimm in this episode, because that has fallen by the wayside all to often lately. We haven't seen much of our powerful Grimm this season. I liked the fight with Kenneth, not the best choreography in the world, but it got the job done. I want him powerful, not invincible and I got that last night. Renard, didn't have too much to do but did it effectively. He is our real gray character. He is the one who started all of this and has never really uttered even one word of regret. It would be great if next season we do see the darker side, real darker side, not Jack the Ripper dark side, come out to play. It appears that Adalind is becoming a more polarizing character these days. As I read all of the posts here, the majority of them were very negative regarding that character. I adore Adalind and am unapologetic about it. She was helpful, very helpful, last night, but I do not believe she is coming all the way over to the light side. I love her interactions with the Grimm Gang and would love to see more of that next season. I do not like shows that only have one female protagonist and Rosalee needs other strong females along side her. So far Adalind hasn't been a strong female, I want her to become one. I'm looking forward to next season and I have my fingers in my ears and am lalalaing as hard as I can to any and all that try to say Juliette isn't dead.
  15. If she won't go away completely, than I want her to stay bad. I don't like the character anyway, that way I can legitimately not like her. Not that my dislike of her needs more legitimacy it would just be better from my perspective. I have never felt the love from her for him. That's why I don't want them to stay together.
