I think it might be partially embarrassment like you said. If I had done the kinds of things he did and then have to sit with those people, yes I would be sorry, but I would be really embarrassed. He can see now that he is out how horrible it all was and he probably has deep regret for so many things. Plus as others have said, I can imagine he has apologized many, many times over the years.

Bolded part is exactly the whole reason I don't think I can ever like her. When my husband was going through his divorce his ex filed a restraining order on him. She claimed he was stalking her and that she was afraid of what he would do to her. She wrote this big long story of his stalking on the papers which included dates and estimate of times. For two weeks my hubby could not see his kids nor could he contact them. The day they went to court he had documented proof that the dates she wrote that he "stalked" her he was at work literally all day. Judge dismissed the case. But he didn't get those two weeks back. Too many women take advantage of it and it hurts the ones that really need it.

Not only did Leah's refrigerator have Sprite in it (love it! lol) but she also had a bottle of Mike's Hard Lemonade on the shelf right above it, within reach of her children.

I know Kail has more time with Isaac but does she have sole physical and sole legal custody of him? My DH had joint legal and joint physical even though BM has a majority of the physical time with their kids. BM can't make big decisions without running them by DH first. Does she? No, but she can't make him pay for those big decisions if she doesn't run it by him.

Do we know this? I might have missed it because the show last night was irritating me so bad that I skipped a lot but did they say they didn't have a choice on when their vacation was? In the 15 years of working both DH and I have always been able to schedule our vacations whenever we wanted.

This episode made me come out of hiding and post. I am a stepmom and have seen my DH go through so much of this stuff that it really makes my blood boil. First, Kai: I don't even know what went through her head when she decided to plan a vacation during Father's Day. I truly feel that if she had planned any other time during Jo's 6 week time he probably would have agreed as long as he could make up the time. I don't understand mother's who don't feel that Father's Day is important when they would throw a huge fit if Mother's Day was ever taken from them. If Kail thinks Isaac will be upset about not getting to go on the vacation then he will be upset with his mom (not his dad) for scheduling a family vacation while he was at his dads. Common sense Kail, you don't have it. Leah: She says they are struggling financially because Corey isn't paying all of his child support but she is so "stressed" out that she is taking time off work??? What the crap? I paused the show and started laughing because she has no clue how stupid she sounds and is. I won't even comment on her hair because it speaks for itself. I am not even questioning her with the child support, if Corey is shown that he needs to pay more then he needs to pay more but I do feel she should thank her lucky stars that she has such a wonderful involved father to her children. Corey would obviously do ANYTHING for his girls. I loved, LOVED how the girls were repeating about going with dad while their mom was sitting there bad mouthing him IN FRONT OF HIS DAUGHTERS!! When they were in the car headed to pick up the girls Leah really looked off, like she was on something. And seriously, how hard is it to wear a seatbelt while you are being a filmed for a very popular TV show. I agree with everyone here about Leah having no idea how insurance works. They are not the easiest people to deal with and Corey obviously knows he can only do so much. Leah got very defensive about the mentioning of the missed appointments. Like really defensive that it made me side-eye her regarding the whole thing. Why would the therapist be calling Corey over missed appointments if they had been excused? It doesn't add up. It burns me up how Leah downs Corey for not taking Ali to the appointments. We have seen him go to many of them but he also WORKS Leah! He works to pay you that child support and help support the girls. When you WORK, you can't just take off anytime you want. Life, figure it out!
